This is one of the best KOA Kampgrounds in our state, perhaps on the west coast. We are KOA Klub members and have been camping at KOA and Thousand Trails campgrounds for many years. This KOA has staff that goes above and beyond! The events they have planned for kids throughout the weekends are so appreciated. Thank you all for the memories we've made!

We had a wonderful time over the long weekend. Lots of activities for kids to do. Campground was clean and well maintained.

The greeting at checkin was great, the site that we had #93 was disappointing at first there was garbage and the sewer connection was broken, the site was gravel and was worn away to almost dirt and not level, the power box cover was broken like half way open, the bathrooms are on the other side of the campground so it's a walk if you are going there about 300 yards, we had a good time there.

We loved it! Did get a little nervous when kids all started screaming and running. Apparently the kids all knew candy was in the offing. Was great fun to watch them all scramble, laughing and having a great time. Loved the trees and natural surroundings at our site. Thank you.

Disappointed that power was out a few times and we couldn’t get back in the gate when it was out. When we tried to call office for help no one answered. There was no real apology for the inconvenience. The campground is really nice however.

Beautiful mature trees. But they need to be trimmed for big rigs. Sites are fairly level with lots of room between sites. Good water pressure. WiFi at your site is through a third party provider and costs extra. But it is a strong signal and is fast enough to support streaming. Could not get Sat Tv due to large trees blocking the signal. No cable or OTA TV either. We would stay here again.

All staff except the lady working in the store were very grumpy and unfriendly. Camp site had not been cleaned before we arrived the fire pit had half burned logs and debris in it. The campground looked very unkempt the grass needed to be mowed and in the store there was no ice cream on Wednesday the lady said they would deliver Friday. Of all the KOA's this one dissapointed us.

Lots of trees are a plus. Not being able to reach the office by phone is a very definite negative. More than one person to answer phones during the season is needed. One of our group made 8 calls without success. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Would not choose Grandy Creek if trying to camp with friends and be near each other. If you can't reach the office in a timely manner, you could be "miles" apart.

While the setting itself & individual sites are lovely, the overall layout is very inconvenient (requires a LOT of walking) if people wish to use any amenities (restrooms, showers, laundry, even playground). The store was so far from our site we never even went there. Beautiful shady trees for hookup sites and rental units but huge barren field (tent camping?) to traverse to get to restrooms etc.

Park clean and friendly. How ever, need more staff to handle phones for reservations. Took several phone calls to get someone on phone. Voicemail box always was full so could not leave a message

This was only our 2nd outing with our travel trailer. We LOVED our campsite (beautiful view of the mountains). We were quite impressed with the location, the facility and all the activities to do on Saturday. We checked out on Monday and can't wait to come back. The staff... oh, let's talk about the staff! They were THE NICEST people! Helpful - loved on our dog and simply...ROCKED!!!

Loved this campground! Great site, plenty of space between neighbors. Beautiful location & great views. Nice facilities, very tidy, lovely shower house & laundry. Super friendly staff. Only one suggestion: the sewer hook up at our site was very high off ground. Our Airstream doesn’t have very high clearance. Created a gravity issue when dumping. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

Camped at this KOA for 15 years. Reservations made 6 months prior for full hook ups. After a 20 minute check in wait, we were given a non hook up site. When we showed them the confirmation email, we were told "nothing we can do - take the site or leave". No compensation for their mistake - no credit for price difference. Last several years this KOA has gone down hill. We won't be back.

The site we were placed in for a reservation for two families was so small we had to park cars elsewhere. The pool was filthy and left grit in our eyes after swimming that caused discomfort for more than a day. There were repeated problems on the bouncy dome. Unsupervised teenagers were endangering the smaller kids, swearing and fighting. Management's solution was to close it down for everyone!

The lady at the main entrance was friendly but a little confused on our payment. Our card got charged the wrong amount twice. It was resolved but a person that is more experienced would be best when dealing with our finances. A worker took money and put it under her bag, it seemed odd. Once we knew my sis was overcharged she went to get money and the lady pulled money from under bag, seemed odd.

We had a lovely stay on our maiden run in our new RV. We loved the relaxed atmosphere, the friendly staff and fellow campers, and the big fields for dog walks.

The WiFi wording was frustrating- we thought it was included. The wrist band upcharge for the kids activities was also disappointing. Too many guests smoking.

Noisy, crowded place. Greedy bunch, charge for every little thing. Make rules that aren't enforced. Won't answer the phone when you try to call in a complaint. Won't be back here for sure.

Have gone to this KOA for years. Was nice to see they fixed most of the mini golf platforms. Did not like that a couple employees told me I had to wear a helmet when riding my bike. TONS of people rode bikes with out helmets.

Staff was excellent. The park thinks too much of itself (tickets for speeders, coded gates that change midweek, wrist bands to think about doing anything). And then they don’t enforce quiet hours.

The only problem was had was our next door neighbor. They had been there since June, but instead of backing in, they pulled in and thus we shared our space outside our front door with them. When they had company over, we heard their entire conversation and their dogs. There is always limited privacy, but in this case, there was none.

Odd combination of KOA and Thousand Trails in one park. No cable and no OTA channels. WiFi at the site was $6 a day - too expensive.

KOA IS GREAT. ESPECIALLY KOA CONCRETE IS BEST. BUT I HAVE ONE SUGGESTION. KOA CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATED TO ONLINE AND PHONE IS NOT GOOD. KOA DOESN'T ANSWER. I TRIED TO CONNECT WITH KOA BY PHONE, AND E-MAIL. BUT KOA DIDN'T ANSWER. AS ONE FAN OF KOA, I SUGGEST THAT KOA NEEDS TO ANSWER!!!. ANYWAY, KOA CONCRETE IS BEST. THANK YOU~

Many amenities did not apply to us. We did want clean bathrooms and WiFi. The bathrooms were not super clean. We had Luke warm showers and the WiFi was extra. The price was too much for that experience.

I was given the 2nd smallest RV site, even though my on-line reservation clearly stated I was pulling an 18' boat. Was told to see if it would work out instead of making it right by providing a proper site immedately, nobody wants to set up camp and them tear it down and move, we made due.Someone crapped in the middle shower stall, 8 hours later it was still there. Staff was less than friendly.

The stay was much better than trying to make reservations. The recorded messages are out dated, phone goes unanswered, return calls are not timely. We have gone there as a group for many years, same with others in our group. If one person would handle the check in and the other handle the walk in, the process would go a lot smoother. No receipt was available at time of check-in.

Rest rooms very clean; staff courteous and friendly; grounds were very clean. Spike strip at the exit was very disconcerting and unfriendly. A spike strip is something usually seen at very secure military installations or perhaps Fort Knox. Speed bump just before the exit was harsh. Need better signage for the entrance because the neighbors across the street have all sorts of dire warnings.

Camp site was spacious. However, the toilets and showers were quite a distance away; many people ended up driving to them. The showers weren't conducive to showering; small, limited space to place belongings, floors were dirty.

We were greeted with a very pleasant lady named Bambi, appropriate for in the woods, given all of our packet what was available to us great pool during the summer play area for the children dog area for the dogs lots of room to spread out also availability of yurts and cabins. Great proximity to exploring the Cascades

This campground was clean and quiet. My dogs loved the dog park and walking around the camp. Because it is almost the end of the season, there were no activities but we had our own entertainment. The only blight was a run down trashy trailer with trash strewn all over their campsite. It looked like a homeless encampment. Not sure why it's allowed.
