Super friendly check-in guy!!! Had no trouble finding my spot which was very nice, level with shade trees and plenty of space for my slide outs.

Severely understaffed. 45 min check in. No answer to any phone call over several hours. The staff you do have are very nice and helpful but tired. Pool and jump pad not open on time. (3 hours late) store not open. Showers need cleaning…badly. Has potential to be a really fun wonderful campground but needs more staff

Beautiful campground, very clean and well maintained. Only disappointment was our neighbor behind us who decided to smoke pot well into the night so we ended up having to go inside and shut all our windows.

Very understaffed, understandable, but for a busy weekend (4th of July) it was pretty disappointing. The pool opened this weekend, but it opened late the second day because management didn’t leave keys behind. Bathrooms were not cleaned our entire 2 night stay. Store hours are SO minimal.

It wasnt as good as I remembered. Yards were not mowed the bathrooms by the pool were dirty. They didn't open the pool until 3pm on sunday. Really went down hill. Also the mini golf should be torn down it's not safe. Paid alot of money for bad business

Nice campground with full hookups. However, this is the first “Holiday” KOA I have been to that did not have a store or daily trash pick-ups. They also only had one bathroom on the whole campground, which was quite inconvenient. Staff driving around were a bit rude. First poor experience at a KOA and I have been to MANY. I would call this a “Journey”. That would avoid misperceptions.

We have stayed at this KOA many times so to see the conditions during this stay was very disheartening. Everything uncared for: bathrooms were dirty and in need of maintenance, planters full of weeds and dead plants, many common areas full of weeds such as the life-sized chess board, many broken parts on the mini golf course...place looked "sad". The one nice thing was the pool finally opened.

The campground is a KOA/ Thousand Trails combo. It is very secluded with no road noise at all. The park was very clean, & well cared for. There is a creek with tent sites lining it. We were in site #104 which was a pull through with a 41 fifth wheel. The site was one of the nicest weve ever been in. The entire park looks like its in a forest and it smells wonderful like a balsam candle.

1. Bathrooms were dirty all the time. And sometimes without toilet paper! 2. Mini golf course rotting and falling apart. 3. Jumping pillow wasn’t always on. 4. Pool was closed. 5. Campsites needed mowing. 6. Store was never open when we needed it. The staff member Joe was great! Friendly and funny!

Great place to camp with RV. Very clean facility. Disappointed that the pool was not under construction and looked like it was ready to go but it was closed. A great place for a fun local get away.

None of this was the employees faults, they were trying the best they could. They are clearly understaffed and dealing with poor decisions from management/ownership. Very slow check-in, all water shut off for almost a whole day on a Friday so no bathrooms even, couldn’t really get ice or firewood, no store. They need to really step it up here or not call themselves a KOA because KOA has standard

I rated lower but only because no pool....which I understood. Our grandchildren had fun in their kiddie pools and with water guns! We enjoyed the visit with one of your staff, Amanda, and she indicated future plans to add more spaces like the ones our family used. That is great news! We suggested the ability to RENT BBQ grills for patio sites.

The weekend of June 24-27 was a complete failure on the managements part. The park is so old and behind times on the electrical grid it is unable to provide adequate power to run appliances etc. At the rate of $60.00 per night. I expect the pool, store, jumping pillow, put put golf, the general store to be open. If they are unable to facilitate then less money should be charged.

Disappointing that the pool was not available on such a hot weekend. Electric hook wasn’t always reliable. For the price charged somewhat disappointed.

Pool and other activities closed. Employees telling campers to slow down when driving but they exceeded the speed limit. Power was very insufficient to accommodate the extremely high temperatures when AC relief was needed. Powe kept going off and on. It was a very disappointing weekend that was ridiculously over priced. Probably will not return and will not recommend to friends and family!����

The showers were not cleaned. The showers are in need of repair, the faucet to turn on water fell on the floor. This happened in more than one shower stall. We knew the pool was closed but website said there would be slip & slide and sprinklers for the kids. That didn't happen. Power went out and there was no maintenance person working. Overall stay was good. We had a power outage and were told no maintenance peole to help, so fellow campers searched out the problem. The bathroom's were cleaned once and showers were not cleaned at all during our stay. We were told at the time we made res. the pool would be open and found when we got there it was not. I know you are short staff but I feel we paid for services we didn't get.

We loved the trees for shade and it was a nice stay. Only complaint is the people next to us and their 3 large dogs never on a leash. We had small dogs and their pit bull was able to come into our site. But other then that we had great time.

Covid restrictions made our stay entirely different than it would have been. We’ll go back during different times, because we can tell this is a really nice place.

We love the setting located next to Grandy Creek. The trees provide nice shaded sites. The only "noise" is the creek, which is part of the reason we have liked this location. It appeared that they might have been understaffed at times. The most objectionable thing we experienced were the bath/ shower areas which were filthy and unattended to during our stay.

The camp ground hasn’t been taken care of very well. Grass needs to be mowed better and a weed eater used more often. Dog poop bag dispensers we all empty.

We were at the right place at the right time! Delays earlier in our day had us on the highway nearby when we decided to stop for the day and found this gem! Staff were so friendly and helpful and the site was beautiful! It was spacious and clean with great amenities. We had a wonderfully relaxing evening by a burbling creek. Will stay here again when we’re in the area.

Minigolf dilapidated. Board with several nails pointing up. Dangerous for kids! Swimming pool unavailable. At our site the sewer hole was too high making it difficult to clear sewer hoses when unhooking. Site was very good other than that. It is combination 1000 Trails & KOA so kept having to answer which we were when asking questions. Office & store not open except weekends - WHY?

The most well kept, beautiful peaceful campground I've ever been at. With a stunning view of the Sauk mountains to wake up to. I understood that they were a little understaffed, so the showers could use a little more basic cleaning. But the water was hot , amazing ! We will be returning for sure. What a gem !

We spent 5 nights at this beautiful RV park! Great customer service from a wonderful Park Ranger (can't remember her name). When we arrived someone was parked in our space and was gone. The Park Ranger quickly found us and even more beautiful space and brought us a bundle of wood & bag of ice for the inconvenience. Would love to stay here again!

This park has the possibility to be a great place but so many services are closed down even now with the excuse of "COVID". The store is only open for 3 hours on Fri and Sat, for instance, and the kid's outdoor inflated jumping balloon area is "masks required".

We stayed a weekend in our travel trailer with our two kiddos and one dog. Place had great activities for the kiddos and they got to ride and run around to their hearts content. Wish the sites had cement parking pads, but gravel was fine. Lots of dirt, no grass in our site due to trees, some others had fewer trees and grass.

We contacted KOA in advance asked to be placed closer to restrooms-we have no facilities in our trailer. We were told we'd be just a short walk across the field. Instead, we were put in a spot which was a good 5+ minute walk each way-there were many available spots closer. The restrooms were very dirty and only 2 stalls were open. Garbage and dog poop were left in our campsite. Not a good visit.

Hello, unfortunately the bathrooms were dirty and our spot had litter throughout it when we arrived. Our friends had many cigarettes and garbage in their fire pit upon arrival. We will return at some point, I’d like to know the best way to reserve a spot that adjoins a grassy field area instead of being across from the fields. Our spot was shaded without much grass. Thank you for your time.

It’s a good park, great location near N Cascades NP but when we were there they were under staffed, store was closed and the grounds were not kept up.

When I called to extended our stay, I was told that I would have to check out and check in because our site was going to be used by another camper. Since we were attending an all day event, I planned to park in the overflow, but when our new site was open, I pulled in there. I called and left messages at the office, but the ranger still questioned our integrity when he saw our unit.

Bathroom too far away from sites. Getting back into campground was problematic - wrong codes given. Not too impressed with the staff we ncountered.

The jump pillow was amazing! Other amenities, like the putt putt course and checkerboard are in disrepair. Kids had fun on the playground and we would visit again.

This was horrible the bathrooms were dirty they were not cleaned all weekend there was feces on the toilet seat for the three days we were there. This place in the past was awesome I did not see a single staff member walking the grounds anywhere. Would’ve been nice to know that the store was closed as well as the mini golf. I made it my reservation through the app and it was all incorrect

My surge protector indicated a reverse polarity. The staff said I could use power from the spot next to me. A electrician never showed up to fix mine. I was only there for 2 days though. Over priced by about $20 per night. Staff couldn't have been better. Nice, prompt when addressing the electric problem and otherwise didn't bother me. Will see me again!

We were greeted with a very pleasant lady named Bambi, appropriate for in the woods, given all of our packet what was available to us great pool during the summer play area for the children dog area for the dogs lots of room to spread out also availability of yurts and cabins. Great proximity to exploring the Cascades

This campground was clean and quiet. My dogs loved the dog park and walking around the camp. Because it is almost the end of the season, there were no activities but we had our own entertainment. The only blight was a run down trashy trailer with trash strewn all over their campsite. It looked like a homeless encampment. Not sure why it's allowed.
