Check-out time for all guests is 11 am. Late check-out may be requested and MUST be approved in advance with the Office. The Late Check-Out fee is $20.00 and permits registered guests to continue to enjoy the park amenities until 4:00 pm. Please note: to prevent spread of invasive species, only locally, commercially bundled firewood is allowed to be brought into the campground. Bundles of firewood are available in the KOA store for a fee. NO GATHERING of sticks or wood from the property. We offer free delivery to your site.
  • Flower picking is prohibited. Please do not walk or climb in the flower beds.
  • WE LOVE OUR TREES. Help us protect them by not cutting any branches, limbs, or bark from any tree in the park. Driving nails into, cutting, chopping, or bark peeling of trees or branches (whether the tree is alive or dead, as long as it is standing) is not allowed in any of our woods.

One-Car Limit

Guests are limited to NO MORE than one vehicle pass per reservation. Even if more car passes are purchased at the front desk, guests MAY NOT park more than two vehicles on any site, including any visitors you may invite.  Please also be aware that some of our sites can only accommodate one vehicle in addition to your RV. Additional vehicles will be charged $10. The limitation on number of vehicles is intended to avoid situations that have caused congestion on our roads and detract from a more open/relaxing atmosphere at our park. All guests are STRONGLY encouraged to avoid driving more than one vehicle and/or to carpool or shuttle your visitors from locations outside the park.  Overflow parking is limited and fills up quickly, so please take this policy seriously and plan accordingly.

No Smoking

NO SMOKING: Thank you for not smoking in restrooms, buildings, cabins, pool, or playground area.

Visitor Policy

Visitors of registered guests are welcome, but are NOT covered by your site registration.  In addition to our facilities and amenities, we invest thousands of dollars annually to maintain and improve our beautiful, wooded park and landscaping.  Unlike a public park, our property is not subsidized by taxpayer dollars, and our trees, flowers, and landscaping do not take care of themselves. Additionally, we work hard to create a peaceful environment that does not get over crowded with outside people who are not registered guests and their vehicles, which is subject to the two-car limit per site. Therefore, even if all your visitors are doing is sitting at your site, they still need to stop at the office, pay the Visitor fee, and receive a pass. Cost is $10/day per person (age 5 to 99).  Children 4 years of age or younger are free.  After registering in the office, visitors are then welcome to enjoy all the park amenities until 10:00 pm.  Visitors wishing to stay the night must inform the office before the front desk closes.  Parking is limited on sites, and Visitors may be required to park in an overflow parking area and display a Visitor car tag. Guests who are found to be hosting visitors that have not registered may be subject to a fine or ejection.

Speed Limit

We respectfully ask that you refrain from plugging in. Violators will be directed to immediately unplug their vehicle, and are subject to any damages and/or will be evicted without refund.

Inclement Weather / Reservation Guarantee & Deposit Refunds

We fully understand that inclement weather is not ideal for camping, but unfortunately, the weather is not in our control. As a result, we won't take credit for the sunshine, nor the blame for the rain. When reservations are made, guests must understand that they are agreeing to our cancellation policies for their camping plans. While we cannot guarantee the weather will be perfect for your stay (although we certainly hope it will), WE GUARANTEE that once your camping reservations are made, we will ensure that a camping experience with us is available only for you. As such, we turn away all other prospective guests from that point forward for that site. As a business, we also incur an expense to process reservations via your credit card payment. Therefore, even in instances of inclement weather, refunds of reservation deposits will be made consistent with our cancellation policies.
