One night stay in 45 ft coach with tow. Spot was long enough with easy in and out. Paths were tight getting in and out for Big Rig, but everything else was pleasant. WiFi started very strong, then started freezing up, but came back after rebooting. Office was extremely friendly and helpful.

Level sites. Clean facilities. They guide you to your site which is a good thing because the layout is a little confusing. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice shaded sites... Smaller campground, so very easy to get to the restroom, office, pool..etc.

Site 24, short pull through was tight for our DP. Had to unhook toad but knew that at booking. Had to back out as the forward pull out would have grounded the nose. Friendly staff, clean park and super quiet! Spots are tight. A few tons of gravel would fix some of the roads but all in all a good stay and would go back!

Nice campground but bathrooms are old and a bit rundown. They are scheduled to be updated and once done that will make a huge improvement

We were greeted by a nice man who led us to our campsite on a golf cart. Very cool. Great night!

It was lovely!! We were very satisfied with the salt water pool!! The days were @0 plus degrees. The pool was clean and refreshing!! My large family stayed on two campsites with a concrete patio between!! Wonderful!! The staff were friendly and my grandson was smitten with one of the staff!! Would recommend highly!! Water park close! Cumberland gap close! Train and coal mine tour close!! Loved it

Just an overnight stay. Very friendly staff and owner. Because of the Covid mess, they have been unable to fully staff and therefore can't offer everything right now. Pretty area. Pool was nice. Didn't use bathroom/shower.

as a KOA journey it fits what it needs to do. Our site was easy to get into, but we are really close to other sites. It's very close to Cumberland falls and other great icons. It's a great place for the place it is located.

Campground is small but sites are spaced to give you room for your front yard. Very clean with excellent people both in the office and on the grounds. Stayed for 3 nights visiting family in the area, will definitely stay here again!

The owners and employees were very friendly and someone was always around if you needed anything. It was peaceful, and very clean. Really loved all the tree shade. This so far is my favorite place!! Thank you!!

Very convenient to I-75. Campground is very clean with most sites level. I will definitely stay here again when traveling in this area.

DO NOT STAY! Go north or south to the next KOA do not stay here! Our cabin was very dirty! Hadn't been cleaned, mopped, or dusted in many months. The floor and door were sticky and dirty to touch. So glad we did not have kids. Maintenance was so poor, not in years! Landscaping, well not in years. Office and or camp store, well didn't have anything! Will not tell about the bathrooms.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

we clean our cabins after every stay, yard maintanence is always being worked on but we have very limited staff at this time.

Very well kept KOA, desk person very helpful and the staff that parked us ( on a level site) were great. The built in fire pit was a plus, we’ll be back

2nd stay @ this campground and never disappointing. Kids loved the pool, playground and just walking around doing a scavenger hunt! Everything is within reach if u need to venture out. Nice staff. We stayed in the deluxe cabin and it was so nice!!

Really enjoyed our stay however on our departure day we barely had time to cook breakfast and pack up by the 11am check out time. We are used to checking out at 1pm and check in being 2pm.

The sheets had stains/were dirty and had holes. The beds were uncomfortable, could not sleep on side.

Site 43 is a fantastic site but you pay double for the privacy,swing and grille. The remaining sites give the appearance of campers in a sardine can. The staff was very friendly. Overall it was clean . Several areas of rain washed out roads/paths. Much attention was on expansion in progress.one very positive point the grounds have flags throughout which I love American.

The only comment I have is the absence of three particular channels by your cable TV provider. Noticeably unavailable are the channels of "FOX News", "CNBC", and "FOX Business News" . At least two of those three, and more often than not all three, of those channels are available at KOA Campgrounds throughout the USA.

Loved the campground. The closeness of the other campers were a non issue. Over the top friendly staff and really didn't think we would use the pool. But wow!! Was that ever a great way to cool down after hiking in the area. Think we join the rewards club and stay with KOA more often. Thank you for such a great stay.

Very nice staff. Sites are awkward and Not very level. It would be nice to have signs for exiting. We were glad we were in a small RV...a big rig would have difficulty down the driveway, resulting to scratches from I trimmed limbs

The cabin we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I agree we would definitely stay here again.

Nice KOA for an overnight stop. Good looking pool in the summer. Not much in the store when we stopped in but it was after high season. Would definitely stop here again.
