The campground is nice but the campsites are compact. It was kind of hard to tell when we first got there what was a road or a campsite. We would have liked our site to have been more level. I would go back if we were in the area again.

We love the campground and often stay here on our way to our destination as a halfway point. We’re a little disappointed in the spot we had this time. I couldn’t get in or out of the truck without feeling like I was gonna fall down the hill because the spot wasn’t quite long enough to park the camper and the truck. The Hosts were very friendly and sincere, perfect spot for hiking, fishing, sight seeing, all within about a five mile radius . For tent campers, it's close to I75 so its easily heard, and you could almost read a book by the ambient light. Didn't get to do all I could've done, due to time and weather. Very pretty area.

I was only there for a very short time. It was dark and raining when I arrived after hours. I had a very difficult time finding the space. The end of the roads need site numbers..the sites would be much easier to find.

We loved the campgrounds. The owners were excellent and very friendly. I would highly recommend this campground. Very clean and excellent facilities

The campgrounds is nicely wooded, shower house was clean, but needed some cosmetic improvements, such as shower stall hooks & door latches. The staff was friendly & we enjoyed our morning conversations. The Interstate & sewage station could be heard in some areas all day & night so research your spot before booking. Someone hit our truck fender with an RV or camper a few days before we left. Boo

The bathrooms could use a refresh but the campground is otherwise well kept and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We didnt like our lot...I think we were at 20. Not very much grass area and if we had 4 people sitting at the fire they would have to sit on the road. Staff very friendly!

The bathrooms were clean, and the cabin mattress was comfortable. But the bed frame is made of logs with the mattress down inside them, so sitting on the bed is impossible and getting out of bed was difficult and left us sore. On our last night, there were teenagers laughing and shrieking in the front parking lot until well after midnight, so any quiet time guidelines were not enforced.

Campground sites were to close together. Tough to get in and out. In fact my camper was hit by another camper trying to get into their spot. I will say however that everyone there was very helpful when my camper got hit.

No firewood. Pool closed. Store empty. I know its end of season but if you're going to charge me full price you should have all amenities. This place needs some updating. This is just a KOA journey, the no frills campground, they're right. The campgrounds itself was pretty though.

Super disappointed. I made reservations on 10/9 and received email confirmation at 3:05pm (reservation #5725192) for $97.36. We didn't get to the campgrounds until after 9pm and the office was closed and we had no after hours check in waiting for us. I attempted the after hours number 3 times with no call back. I understand things happen but I still have not received a call acknowledging it!

Leading campers in a little to their sites and accidents happen. Overall nice place but clean up some of their weeds and trash. There was a empty can around the pool area and it was never picked up.

Very tight campground. We had a pull through site but had to back out of our site cause the camper next to us had their truck parked in the road so we couldn’t pull out. We tried knocking on their door but no luck. Campground should enforce where they park. Only upside is the campground was cheap.

Travel trailer for one night. Nice wooded sites and clean. We only were able to reserve electric and water as the park was full. Glad we were able to get the site. They have a dump site so not having sewer hookup was not an issue.

Site was behind the office/laundry and cones were placed blocking off the access to the laundry, so people were cutting through our site. Totally unacceptable for a premium site! I also paid for a bundle of firewood and it was soaking wet and would not burn. Not a happy camper!

Very easy access and we found it big rig friendly. Right off the Mountain Expressway - maybe a little noisy from the road but not bad. We were close to the Red River Gorge and the NADA Tunnel. Stayed 2 nights and would come here again.

Very friendly, helpful people, and easy access to main roads. Lots of trees, yet not difficult to manuever. Bath house was needing repairs and updates, but remember, this is camping.

Stayed in a very nice deluxe cabin. The caretakers were very nice and helped us find our cabin. We will stay again when we are in the area.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Sites around the pool are too crowded and tight. The patios and fire pits are wonderful but our RV sat in deep mud and a giant water puddle. More gravel needs to be put down!!

Nice KOA for an overnight stop. Good looking pool in the summer. Not much in the store when we stopped in but it was after high season. Would definitely stop here again.
