OUR WATER PRESSURE IS APPROXIMATELY 90 PSI
A WATER PRESSURE REGULATOR WILL BE NEEDED TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO YOUR EQUIPMENT

These sites come with umbrellas. Please only use weather permitting. Please keep closed when unattended. There will be a fee for any damages to the umbrellas.

RV SITES
Check in at campground store and pick up your welcome packet and amenity wristbands.

Check in at rec center, located diagonally from the campground store, to pick up your welcome packet, amenity wristbands, and keys.

A preauthorization of $250.00 for incidentals is due at check in.  The $250.00 hold will be lifted upon check out if no damage to the unit has occurred.

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
0 - 7 days before arrival - No refund
8 -14 days before arrival - A 50% refund minus a $25 processing fee
15+ days before arrival - Full refund minus a $50 processing fee
There will be no refunds after you have checked in for inclement weather, failure to follow the rules & regulations, or disorderly conduct.  Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. 

• Each guest will be provided with a wristband upon arrival
  
• Each guest must show wristband to use amenities
  
• There will be a charge for amenities equipment brought back damaged (golf clubs, paddles, etc)
  

Guests may have visitors at their site/ cabin. If visitor would like to utilize our amenities such as mini golf, beach, pools, etc, a Day Pass wristband will need to be purchased at the campground store for $18.50.

• Each campsite may have up to two vehicles, provided they are not blocking roadways or obstructing in any way
  
• Additional vehicles must be parked at the lower Rec Center parking lot located across the street at an additional charge of $5 per day (per vehicle). Please pay fees at the RV store
  
• Boats and trailers must be parked in lower Rec Center parking lot located across the street

In the event of inclement weather such as a tornado, or strong winds, we offer a storm shelter located across from the RV Park in the rec center basement.

• Trash is picked up between 10:00 am - 11:00 am each day
  
• Please tie up trash in a bag and leave it in front of the campsite
  
• You may also place your tied, bagged trash in the dumpster located NE, at the top of the main RV road (below maintenance building)
  
• Cigarette butts are considered trash, please do not drop them on the ground. Doing so will result in a $50 fine added to your credit card upon departure
  

Our laundry facility is located on the right-hand side of the store - the last door on the left. It is quarter-operated - you can get coins from the store or from the quarter machine at the Rec Center during business hours.

• Use designated fire pit only
  
• Clear the area of debris that may catch fire
  
• Please do not light fires if windy
  
• Please keep fires small
  
• Please do not burn trash or use fire pit as a garbage container or ashtray
  
• Fire pit must be clear of debris before departing (not including fire pit ashes)
  
• Keep extra wood or flammable items away from campfire
  

• Bundles of wood can be purchased at the campground store during business hours 
  
• Please use appropriate size wood in the fire pit
  
• You may use wood from the forest providing it is not too large and from the ground only
  

• We love pets, please register pets at check in, maximum 3 pets
  
• For their safety, always keep pets on a leash when not at the campsite
  
• Never leave pets unattended at the campsite
  
• Pets must be tied up or in your personal fenced in area while at your campsite
  
• No pets allowed on the North Beach by the swimming pool
  
• Please ALWAYS pick up after your pet immediately
  
• No aggressive animals will be allowed, camp hosts discretion
