The Wi-Fi is the worst. We almost never had service. Ladies at counter couldn’t care less about it. Staying a month and paying those prices is a long time to be without good Wi-Fi. The grounds especially at the entrance need help. Looks like you’re driving into a dump yard when entering. The site pads are old and junky, some spots muddy. Having a hot tub would have been nice.

Totally obnoxious. My son in law picked up my daughter (a registered guest) and was at the site for no more than 10 minutes yet the campground charged us for a guest and car. I would strongly urge anyone staying here not to use a credit card they can charge.

It is very important to register guests and get assigned parking. Your guest's vehicle was parked in the middle of the road resulting in multiple complaints from departing campers, including a camper that reported he may have hit it while departing. We are sorry you were unhappy with our policies.

Didn’t get the 50 amp I reserved. Spot is under coconut trees with large coconuts over Rv. Booked for dog park. No dog park in years. Outdated park packed in like sardines. Pond was almost empty except for mosquitoes.

We apologize that we were unable to accommodate your 10am arrival time. We are extremely busy this time of year, and our check-out time is not until 11am. The site you were assigned was still occupied. We recommend calling whenever you know you will be arriving early to see about accommodations.

Everyone in the office and answering phone calls were great, very helpful and accommodating. Rest rooms and showers were clean and well maintained. My negative feeling about this KOA is that the sites are crowded much too close for my comfort. Look at Markham Park as example. This KOA entrance with random cargo trailers and RVs is not visually appealing. Landscape and organize it better.

We would definitely come back. I loved the pool, I swim every day and this pool was perfect. It’s hard to fine a big enough pool at the KOAs and this one was great. Our spot had vegetation and we liked that for privacy. Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Good location for Miami and Ft. Lauderdale area beaches/sites.

Grounds are clean, showers nice, pool was nice. However, camp is not really pet friendly. Dogs cannot be outside camper even on leash without you sitting beside them. No dog stakes in ground allowed. Owners/caretakers check on you all throughout day, to make sure all rules are followed! No real place to let your pets out, or run a bit The site we we assigned near bathrooms smelled like poop

We stay at lots of KOA's and this is the worst one yet. We stayed in patio spot, which was overpriced. But at least we had room. The campground makes no sense in the way they park haphazard. The bathrooms were weird. Two shower heads and two sinks in one solo bathroom? Grounds weren't well maintained. And two of the men who work there were unfriendly or condescending. Won't stay here again.

Found the campsite very well managed and kept clean. The only real problem was the internet

Staff was very courteous and location was convenient. The campground was in disrepair, obviously no money earned was being re-invested. No cable or TV reception. Lots were small/short, required cones to ensure the front of my truck was seen. Septic lines were above ground, and right on the neighbors patio. Required to drive across a very rough & bumpy gravel lot when leaving, no room to turn. KOA?

We arrived a couple of hours before check in time and since nobody was in the cabin we were able to check in, which we really appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay. I made a mistake with our reservation and they couldn't have been more helpful, ultimately it all worked out. I think the key is to be flexible and calm when mistakes like this happen, it was my mistake and getting angry about it wouldn't have helped anyone. The site has a great pool for lap swimming and lots of chairs to get sun. Older campground but charming.

Food truck and bonfire Thursday right after we set up. Extremely helpful getting us on our site. Under the flight path for the airport, but that can’t be helped. Plenty of walking and biking trails

This KOA is run down. I reserved a patio site. I paid for a patio site. The office person tried to give me a standard site. She said it is a patio site. No. She says it’s a grass patio. Ummm NO. Finally got a patio site. Patio chairs were nice and that’s it. The patio joined with the site next to us. Too close. This KOA needs a lot of improvements. Mow, gravel, paint, clean up.

You were upgraded to a deluxe site at time of check-in at no additional charge when you told staff you were unhappy. We didnt feel welcome. The girls in the office were sharp & a bit snippy. Acted like we were more of an irritation than a guest. Maybe because we were not long term campers? I dont know. Very high priced considering they didnt even offer cable. We will not go back to this one.

Great stay! We stayed one night but everything was great! Stiff was great! I had a package delivered and they had it ready when I arrived. They jumped into action the minute we arrived, greeted by three staff members, fast check in and great help backing into the site! We walked the campground multiple times with our pets and it was nice. Close to shopping, restaurants, and convenient for airport.

Excellent camp site, much more than expected. Great pull through site. Was a bit surprised that I owed additional funds since I had an email showing I paid in full before. I paid anyway since person on duty did not access to file.

Best part was the staff, they were friendly and helpful. The facilities are rather old and worn. It was hard to tell the campsite from the weeds growing around and in the driveway. The Wi-Fi was nearly nonexistent. Don’t think I’ll be back, it’s priced like a well kept KOA but it is sorely in need of repair.

We had a nice stay. Staff got us into our spot perfectly. Bathrooms were well kept. Some sites were tight but not ours. Lots of room. Spend the extra on a deluxe sight. The roads are tights but they’ve adapted an older campground well. Would stay again. Thank you.

Clean, quiet and peaceful. Lots of activities. A definitive setting of the past which has been pristinely maintained. Evening staff was super friendly and helpful.

We would not recommend this campground to a dog! The management's terrible & unprofessional. They've ran off numerous campers with their micromanagement rules, and rudeness. It's over priced for a campground, & they say its because they have a motel. Its gravel lots that are over crowded, unless you want to pay high dollar and stay by the eye sore pond. Workers are even miserable. Never again!!!!!

The staff is the highlight of this KOA. The pool area is nice, while the restroom facilities were OK, clean, but limited. The park has quite a few permanent and seasonal units, and a couple are quite dilapidated. Not up to the KOA standards we are used to. We would stay again, but would look for other options first.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Park is old and not designed for longer RVs. Sites were very narrow. Dog park is gone.

Very nice RV park! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, made us feel right at home. Our assigned lot was a spacious pull through with dull hookups and patio furniture, fire pit and BBQ! Quiet place, with pleasant RVers!
