Under construction so not the best of experiences to give long term review. At this time we booked as a roof top tent and staying at a KOA rather than the outback and rustic locations with our jeep, koa is chosen for amenities. No ice, limited amenities and under construction made for a rough stay. Had to close up roof tent, and prepare site for leaving for the simplest needs.

Tiny sites. Tent site did not have water as promised. Last couple of days, power out at showers/bathrooms/tent site and no hot water for shower. Staff was nice. Bar/game room area looked like a storage room. Map was not very accurate.

Description should be updated. The quoted price would be acceptable if all the amenities were there. One shower room. The laundry room was out of order. Pool was clean. Shower was clean. The firepit was nice. No activities. No game room. No bocce ball court. No propane. Security gate broken. The other campers were nice. It was quiet. Location was nice.

I was there long enough to find out their problems and there’s a lot, the owner should no longer be the owner. The place should be inspected by a professional and be shut down and start all over again

The office ppl were nice and accommodating. The showers and rest rooms were very clean. The pool was nice and refreshing. The camp sites could be a bit more private for being very close together. Since the camp sites were near a road and the rvs right across the way maybe privacy bushes or a fence. We felt a little on display. I would recommend and i would stay there again.

People, workers were great, tent site was good… Internet certainly needs updating… only works around the pool area, main office area. This KOA is a work in progress to modernize update it. You can see a lot of building materials for updating RV sites etc. etc.

We love our trips to the woods in the city at KOA Davie... Very Clean, Safe, and Peaceful..also Very Friendly �

Most restrooms were out of order. Only one shower for everyone. Pond very low and looked terrible. Looked like a construction site with restrictions on where to walk. Tent sites next to horse stables and smelled. Under a jet landing path. Too expensive at 60 dollars a night for a tiny grass. I actually left a day early with no refund for the reasons mentioned. Will not return. Workers are nice.

Staff is friendly and helpful, bathroom are very clean but the three nearby ones where out of service for the last three days of my stay. I wonder it has something to do with the construction that is going on at the moment. Keep in mind E-Z Tents are not allowed, I had to go buy a regular tent. This was my first time camping, the experience was nice overall, can’t wait to experience other camps!

Staff was great, I. Fact went out of their way for me as I got hung up in traffic. The grounds were great and I will use this campsite again.

The facility is kept so clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The tent sites are really nice. The amount of new construction going on right now is impressive and will make this KOA even more enjoyable. We look forward to camping there again.

Mike and owner Patrick are very unprofessional. Requested three different sites and a late check in. Check in info was left on the office door (that's fine), but one of the requested sites was initially given then scratched off and another small site provided. On top of that, there were no other tent sites occupied when we got there. Camp site very untidy won't be going back nor recommend EVER!

First night neighbors against campsite fence were celebrating until 5 AM. We woke up to loud shouting and talking at 3 AM and not able to go back to sleep. It was a Friday night. Saturday morning no free pancakes as advertised. You had to hit the free pancake to note discontinued in April.

The grounds were well kept. Nice trees and good amount of shade. Good pool area, and restroom available there but the private shower was out of commission. The campsite itself was a little small and hard to tell one from another. Not much of a nature feel. Friendly and helpful staff. Convient store in the office with necessities was nice. Gameroom and bar or restaurant but closed for covid.

I had a reservation for 3 nights. There was only one bathroom available and the pool had to be shut down due to a child’s feces. We decided to leave one day early. The owner would not refund our last night even though there were not enough bathrooms or showers. Men and women had to use the same family toilet. The remote for the television was mot on the recreation room and not available

My Last night I was there the young adults were primitive camping right next to me and played there music until 1am -2am in the morning and were very loud so this was not peaceful or relaxing for me and its quite expensive for primitive camping to have to experience this.

Tent camping not recommended, they don’t like opened tent to cover you from the rain, no small refrigerator . Now the service is good and bathrooms clean . Recommend for rv camping, custodians very nice special ( mike who I call 10 cents his on top of everything ) .

We were only there for two days but we loved our stay. The bathroom and shower areas were so clean I could not believe it was a campground. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We are already talking about booking another stay and staying longer.

Very nice , wasn’t expecting to be camping next to RV’s , BUT that was actually really good being my first time camping and everyone in the community was very nice . They greeted us and everyone was very happy. A special thanks to the night manager Tommy , that’s a cool guy there. We will be back. I would of added pictures to this review but they don’t give the option ..

Roberta was very helpful and accommodating to our situation. I had to work until late and she allowed us to check in later than scheduled. The campsite and bathrooms clean and well-kept.

Quiet little campground with very friendly staff. They could use a larger selection of store items but there are many stores nearby.

They kicked us out because they closed the showers!

Everyone in the office and answering phone calls were great, very helpful and accommodating. Rest rooms and showers were clean and well maintained. My negative feeling about this KOA is that the sites are crowded much too close for my comfort. Look at Markham Park as example. This KOA entrance with random cargo trailers and RVs is not visually appealing. Landscape and organize it better.

What a lovely place. Unfortunately it rained and was a bit cold while we were there so I didn't get to use awesome looking pool.

We were tent campers. Nice área away from RVs with picnic tables and fire rings with a bench. Electric and water. Only problem we’re the airplanes overhead all night long while trying to sleep. Restrooms were clean although we only found 1 shower but it too was clean.

I had a motel room they called it. I was told we are the only ones in there. But someone kept coming and going all night keeping us up and making me feel unsafe. The cable TV did not work, the room had a bunch of dead cockroaches on the floor that I had to clean. The staff was nice and helpful at check in but they close the office at 6 so be there early or don't bother

Very nice RV park! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, made us feel right at home. Our assigned lot was a spacious pull through with dull hookups and patio furniture, fire pit and BBQ! Quiet place, with pleasant RVers!
