Only stayed 2 nights. Nice place except the internet connection was terrible. But we're finding that is the case with other places we've stayed. I've been in better parks but it's good for the short term.

Negative reviews not warranted. Stayed over Xmas, staff friendly, attentive even on Xmas Day. Upgraded our site at no xtra charge. Big rigs ok but a bit tight (we have 45'+tow) doable though. Clean campground & facilities. Being close to airport can hear planes at times but so can everyone that lives in the entire Ft Lauderdale area! Cute ducks walking around;would definitely stay again good work!

Overnight stay in a MH. The pool was warm and the staff was friendly.

We changed our monthly reservation to 6 days. I understand the deposit is non refundable. However, Very disappointed that my monthly reservation deposit could not be applied to the days requested. Therefore we left after one night in order to not give any additional dollars to this rv park.

We are very sorry you are unhappy with our policy. Our sites during season are in high demand. We turn people away all of the time because we have no sites left. Last minute cancelations prevent us from filling those sites. Guest are told on the phone at reservation and in the e-mail confirmation that the $400 is non refundable.

The receipt said there was a fire ring, but the campsite had none. Air planes flew low right over the KOA about every 5 minutes. All night long.

Pas d'internet à la roulotte, parce que trop faible à l'émetteur. Près de l'office Internet très très lent et non fonctionnel 1 jour sur trois. Obligé de déplacer l'auto d'un invité pendant le souper même si terrain libre à côté, aucune tolérance. Samedi matin, 2 heures de bruit infernal autour de la roulotte: tondeuse à gazon, weed eater, soufflette à feuilles tous des moteurs br

Our internet is not for streaming and is limited to checking e-mail and searches, we are working on getting a new system installed. Your guest was asked to move because he was parked on the neighboring site that was occupied by another guest, a motorhome that leaves and returns during the day. They complained at the office as they were unable to access their site.

I was in need of propane. I was in lectures at a conference daily from 8-5. I asked when I could get it and was told the next day if I got to the campground by 5pm that I could get propane. I showed the next day at 5pm and was told that the woman who told me the schedule for the propane was wrong with the times and I would not get propane. They refused to help in any way at this point.

We are so sorry that we were not able to to assist you. We are bound by Florida Laws regarding propane dispensing and unable to dispense after 5 pm in winter months.

Very tired looking campground in need of serious improvements. Very expensive compared to other KOA campgrounds. Does not uphold KOA standard. Least desirable of any KOA we have stayed at. Not welcoming.

We reserved the 3 bed room motel/cabin and it was absolutely beautiful. Clean spacious and down right relaxing. Ms. Julie in the office was amazing. We travel with kids and she suggested a perfect place for us to explore. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

It was a great stay!!! The staff is friendly and the grounds well kept! The highlight was the large bathrooms and showers! I would highly recommend this KOA!!

What a lovely place. Unfortunately it rained and was a bit cold while we were there so I didn't get to use awesome looking pool.

This is the absolute worst KOA I have ever stayed at. The facilities are subpar compared to any of the other KOA facilities I have visited. Also, every time I used the laundry facilities, I saw roaches. The management and management staff are not helpful and lie about their policies. This is by far the worst campground and experienced I have had in the past 5 years of camping.

We apologize for not having a site available when you requested to extend your stay. Staff informed you months prior that deposits were required for busy season months. When you did not make reservations those sites were booked by on-line booking. We hope you were able to find suitable long term accommodations.

Sure it’s a KOA still? Lots of old derelict trailers, needs serious upgrades and improvements. Staff was nice but the park has seen better days I think!

We reserved a premium site and unclear what was premium about it. All the sites resembled the same. There is no cable hook-up at the site either. There is no AC in any of the bath houses and being located in South Florida this is unheard of...no AC. Overall campground needs a lot of updates. It is very outdated.

Entrance to park is beautiful but once you go thru the security gates that are not working, you see an old outdated park with stored junky old trailers off to the right and you can tell the layout of the park is outdated. The pond was half empty maybe because they were working on it? The trailer pad was on unlevel grass and way too close together like sardines. Park needs help. Staff was nice.

We were tent campers. Nice área away from RVs with picnic tables and fire rings with a bench. Electric and water. Only problem we’re the airplanes overhead all night long while trying to sleep. Restrooms were clean although we only found 1 shower but it too was clean.

The only thing I will say about this place is the lack of signs letting you know where it located. So you will need to rely on your GPS. Other than that, this place is located near some great places to eat, shop, etc. It's dated but we liked it. Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our short stay relaxing. People we met there we very friendly. We'd stay again for sure.

Barely worth the KOA name. We've always been accommodated with early arrival or late departure if needed. I arrived at 11am and was charged an extra 20 dollars when the place was empty. The grass is overgrown and unkempt.

Rv sites were less than expected, no room for towing vehicle, what looked like a small pond was filthy dirty, ducks walking around campground pooping everywhere. Not what I expected from a KOA in Florida. Jumbo was very friendly and helpful with local restaurants. When checking in camp host stated she would waive visitor fees, two visiting first day no charge, second day charged for hr visit

Very nice RV park! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, made us feel right at home. Our assigned lot was a spacious pull through with dull hookups and patio furniture, fire pit and BBQ! Quiet place, with pleasant RVers!
