Very nice staff and good rv sites. Only drawback was the noise from the airport.

Nice looking and well maintained campground with a nice lake in center. The pool was heated, but when it was warm enough to swim, it rained. We had rain and wind most of the week and weren't able to do much. Lacked TV and dog park we are used to at most KOAs. Sights were a bit tight and hard to pull in and out of across from the lake. Internet was intermittent and poor. Staff was friendly.

The staff is very unfriendly, not the people I would hire in the hospitality business. The camp sites are WAY to close. The bathrom was really nice but it seriously needs some updates. The biggest problem was the sewer was too tal to allow slop. The only redeeming quality was location

Great place. Very helpful and friendly staff. Showers very clean and nice. Great bike and walking trails right at the park entrance.

Overall not a bad campground. The entrance could use some work as it looks like a gravel pit. Could also use more bathrooms and showers. The were also a few old run down campers that looked like they haven't moved in years. We had a decent amount of space on both sides.

I would have rated higher, but the airport.....planes leaving at 4:30 am.....etc. Not KOA's fault. But I would have to let others know. I did not have a good night sleep while we were there. FYI...it did not bother my husband. Everything else was good

Do not bring any friends or family to visit for a few hours to your RV site because they will charge you $5.00 for each guest even if they won't stay overnight and spend just 1 hour inside your motorhome. I haven't seen family for a few years, they are 8 people, and I would have had to pay $40 dollars just for that. Decided to take UBER, met them outside the KOA.

We arrived at approx 1:00 and they charged us $20 for early check in. I understand that check in is 3:00, but the site is sitting empty. In my 30 years + of camping, I have never been charged this. On a positive note, there were a couple that are new employee's. This couple were very accommodating. Hopefully the owners learn from this nice couple.

We were VERY concerned about the electrical connection; there is NO WAY to turn the power off prior to plugging in. Everything we've read and heard at seminars states this is an absolute MUST. We even saw a burned up plug at the last campground we were at where they were reminding all their campers to be sure to do this. Attaching a surge protector also difficult. Parking was difficult.

Great park, spaces are a little tight, but enjoyable. Staff is amazing, always friendly and they go out of their way to help you.

The two women that ran the place were rude and unprofessional I will never stay there again

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review with us. We do require that all guests be registered in the office and park in assigned parking. We do not allow parking on other sites. We do have some campers that use their motorhomes as their primary transportation and expect there site to be available when they return.

the staff were friendly and helpful. I found the sites to be a tad tight and bunched up. The shower facility is not designed for multiple users as it lacks individual stalls.

Thought it was OK. the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stay at a KOA occasionally, and always wonder what it will be that will keep us from having a good night sleep. It is usually trains, busy freeway settings, or aircraft. This KOA was right in the pathway of aircraft landing in Lauderdale. Many aircraft. We would probably pick a less busy location if we came back to the area.

Our space #16 was beautiful and if we return, that would be my choice. Wood patio with furniture. Yard space in back with table and firepit.

The helpfulness and friendliness of staff gets a 5/5 stars from me! The WiFi was not great. The location for me was excellent as I spent time at Hard Rock Stadium and at several beaches. I would use this campground again. Some have complained about airplane noise, but I was in a camper with air conditioner running and had no problems sleeping peacefully. Very nice place! Clean!

We arrived early and it was not a real pleasant greeting. But we got that worked through. The campground is very quiet and clean. I loved the area since it was an equestrian community. There was a super nice park across the street and tons of biking/walking paths. Easy access to the freeways!

The staff was very friendly - and everyone genuinely seemed pleased to be working there. The location was perfect. It had a very nice park next door and a rail trail. The downside was the state of the campground. I know KOA's tend to have small campsites, this particular one seemed to have too many. And sprucing up the area is needed! The wifi was pretty bad. Invest in better wifi.

Spots were so close we could not move. Lost power and water while there. If had an extra car, they did not even give you time to unload before they were asking you to move your car.

We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We did have to shut power and water off when another camper hit the water and electric. We were able to restore everything within 20 minute but do understand this can be an inconvenience. We allow one car per site, extra vehicles are to remain in the front storage area as you mentioned there is limited space for extra vehicles.

Loved my stay. People were very helpful especially Marc doing all he could to help us out when needed. The only negative thing about our stay was a rooster from a neighbors house waking us up at 4 am nonstop right next to our site #54

Too small for large units, electric not capable for the 50 amps, someone playing loud music till 4 a.m.. staff was friendly but park is too old and unorganized. Our slide was an inch from the tree. Little trees have no place in rv parks.

We are sorry we did not meet your expectations during your stay with us. On New Years eve we sometime have issues with late parties around our property. We did contact police regarding the noise but it took some time for them to respond.

We had a great stay. We weren't in the cabin much, but it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The wi-fi didn't work so well, but I've found that to be the case at every KOA ever. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area looked really nice, although we didn't have time to use it. Thanks for a good stay.

Very nice RV park! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, made us feel right at home. Our assigned lot was a spacious pull through with dull hookups and patio furniture, fire pit and BBQ! Quiet place, with pleasant RVers!
