Having a spot next to an abandoned trailer that was boarded up and falling down, is not the KOA we normally experience. I was also charged extra when I checked in even though I had paid when I reserved. I asked in my RV group and apparently the abandoned trailer has been there for some time, We did not feel safe at this campground.

Most restrooms were out of order. Only one shower for everyone. Pond very low and looked terrible. Looked like a construction site with restrictions on where to walk. Tent sites next to horse stables and smelled. Under a jet landing path. Too expensive at 60 dollars a night for a tiny grass. I actually left a day early with no refund for the reasons mentioned. Will not return. Workers are nice.

The place is very poorly maintained , the staff is rude, there are no lights and very unsafe to walk around after dark , the space VERY tight and cramped. The owner is adding more spaces with no permit for electric, plumbing and other modifications, The is a "pond" in the center of the property that that has very little water in it and is nothing more than a concrete pool with BUGS !

Biggest drawback is the high price. The people at the site and all nice / friendly and work is in progress on improvements. Pool was warm and clean. Roberta was very helpful. Work Kamper Pete was awesome and went out of his way to be helpful even with some travel arrangments. Wish we could have kept our utility trailer on the site (bike garage). Jets flying over but aren't a problem.

We hated our stay. The access to the campground is horrible and access to the site was worse. Even the departure was bad because the path (you really can't call what they have roads) are narrow, one way, and wound through the campground. I didn't see any two sites that were the same. It kind of reminded me of a shanty town, only worse. The sewer hook up was too high. Worst KOA we visited.

The place is absolutely dirty. There are no lights for safety. The place is not maintained. By far the worst KOA campground we have saved at in the last 30 years. Would not recommend this to anyone

This place needs work, very old, junk everywhere. No disconnect on the electric supply. Wifi non functional, no cable hookup for the TV. They are charging a premium price for a site that is grass with a small concrete pad. Not up to the standards I expect from a KOA park.

I was disappointed in the campground overall. The site was very small, narrow, no vegetation/privacy. People did not pick up after their dogs in the dog park and along the walk ways. It is under construction. I am hoping it is better next time we visit the area since we have family nearby. Flamingo Gardens was wonderful if you are looking for something to do that is educational and fun.

Wifi wasn't working. Honestly the site was not worth $100 per night, sofa cushions were so old and dirty couldn't sit on it.

The only reason that this KOA did not get a five star was that only one restroom/shower was working. All of the rest were being repaired. Enjoyed the local bicycle path. The one & only lady working the office should be commended for going above here regular duties as the office closed at 6pm but she worked over to guide us into our spot & stayed another 30 minutes to guide another late guest.

We had site 55 which was awesome for our 43’ toy hauler. It was huge and had a nice very private patio The roads are extremely narrow and the other spaces are tight so I would not have been so thrilled if we hadn’t been assigned 55. Office staff was very nice and helpful. Dog park coukd use a light

While the office staff was phenomenal the WiFi was horrendous and I work remotely so was very unproductive to say the least. Loads of construction which will reap benefits for future stays!

Staff is friendly and helpful, bathroom are very clean but the three nearby ones where out of service for the last three days of my stay. I wonder it has something to do with the construction that is going on at the moment. Keep in mind E-Z Tents are not allowed, I had to go buy a regular tent. This was my first time camping, the experience was nice overall, can’t wait to experience other camps!

Bad WiFi, small bathrooms, and we were stuck in the far back with full time people. It was a very small site. Meanwhile there were plenty, large open sites at the entrance. These sites were well maintained with a large deck with furniture. And that tiny site in the back cost $90 a night. I would not recommend this place or stay again. And an early check in fee? I have never seen that before!

Las cabañas huelen a mold las ventanas de los aires llenas de mold el aire acondicionado encima de la cabecera el ruido es demasiado no deja dormir la ducha súper pequeña del internet solo funciona cerca de la oficina no se para que le dan clave de internet si no funciona en la habitación y con todos esos detalles la noche es súper costosa. Salí enferma de ese sitio.

Stay Away! The only good thing about the park is employee Roberta, and I want her to find another job. This is a parking lot, stuffed with RVs. It is DARK. There are several old shacks , that I can only assume Norman Bates rents out by the hour. The description of the park are all lies. There is a malaria birthing puddle of a lake . This park has shaken my faith in KOA. Then they are expensive!

Kind People,Friendly,I understand they maybe under construction,but it had to be the lowest quality atmosphere we ever seen.Grounds are seriously in need of work and upgrades as they are doing,but buildings are shabby looking by never upgrading the old cement block construction, If I owned it, I would of stucco'd or refaced the office, pool area, and other areas, no cable, and lots were small.

Staff was great, I. Fact went out of their way for me as I got hung up in traffic. The grounds were great and I will use this campsite again.

Bathrooms and pool were nice and clean. Spots were small and ours had large rough rubble which made it hard to walk on. Lots of construction taking place and roped off areas made it cumbersome to get around. The laundry was substandard for a KOA

This was the worst stay EVER. We parked our RV in their staging station while we went inside to pay for our one night stay. When we came back, the RV had been dammaged( hit and run). The owner refused to let us see the surveillance footage, and pretended he did not know how the camera worked. He told us to call him later. When we did, he told us that the footage had been deleted! He is a bandit !!

I enjoyed my stay as usual. I choose your location because it is convenuient to my family and easy to find. Staff vey helpful Also liked dining at The Eafgle's Nest. Will return ( when thee mosquitos leave )

This RV campground is under construction; however, sites are narrow, almost all buildings, including pool, are outdated and need refurbishing. Bathrooms are clean and check-in personnel was helpful. For a KOA, this facility did not meet our expectations and was overpriced. Many of the sites appear to be occupied with permanent residents and is directly under flight path for airport!

Associates were very friendly and helpfull, but the campground gave an overall feel of rundown. Good location, very close to a very nice county park. Great for fishing, biking, and walking.

This KOA was under a major renovation and the Premium site we paid for not in good condition. The groundskeeper put a whole in our sewer line and we did report it. The WiFi was nonexistent where we were. We paid for a premium site and got substandard accommodations. Mike who was on duty was very pleasant but seemed overwhelmed with all his duties.

The campground was not very well kept up for the price. Also the cement pond was stagnant and only half filled. It was basically a campground surrounding what looked like a dilapidated old style motel. The pool seemed to be in good shape and the manager was helpful and friendly, especially with what he had to work with.

The facility is kept so clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The tent sites are really nice. The amount of new construction going on right now is impressive and will make this KOA even more enjoyable. We look forward to camping there again.

Very nice RV park! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, made us feel right at home. Our assigned lot was a spacious pull through with dull hookups and patio furniture, fire pit and BBQ! Quiet place, with pleasant RVers!
