It’s in transition. Staff was nice and you see amenities being upgraded. With a little more work it’ll be 5 star. The location was good, close to the highway.

Crowded spots, limited bathrooms, looks like they are trying to improve—but the old, trashy single wide trailers that are either rentals or permanents are an eyesore and take away from an overall pleasant and save feeling experience.

First night neighbors against campsite fence were celebrating until 5 AM. We woke up to loud shouting and talking at 3 AM and not able to go back to sleep. It was a Friday night. Saturday morning no free pancakes as advertised. You had to hit the free pancake to note discontinued in April.

The place is quiet, comfortable, and well kept. We had an issue with the 30 amp not working, but they let us borrow an adapter. That issue was not fixed, and we ended up buying our own adapter. The wifi didn't work, I was told on the way out that they are getting a new system. Overall it was a good stay, and we would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived after hours yet someone came to greet us and help find our site. The site was a little tight but clean. As our plans changed over the course of our stay we always found staff members accommodating. Plus the location was ideal with many attractions within a 20 minute drive.

On the smaller side. Nice and clean. Office staff was very friendly. Close to everything that Ft. Lauderdale has to offer. Lots of construction happening for future. Did not use pool or laundry facilities or the game room but they looked clean. We stayed while my husband worked in the area for a few days and it was perfect for that. The grounds were well kept. Nice trees and good amount of shade. Good pool area, and restroom available there but the private shower was out of commission. The campsite itself was a little small and hard to tell one from another. Not much of a nature feel. Friendly and helpful staff. Convient store in the office with necessities was nice. Gameroom and bar or restaurant but closed for covid.

I had a large group and we had two RV spots, 3 cabins and one motel room - staff was wonderful, accommodations were great, and we all had a fantastic time for the four days we stayed. Park is very nice and clean, with beautiful grounds that were very well-maintained. I highly recommend this KOA!

To much to explain. VERY DISAPPOINTED ! From start to finish nothing but a headache. The management also sucks and doesn't help.

Can’t believe I was told that it would cost $20.00 additional to check in before 3 pm. Appearance of entire park not up to KOA standards. Staff at check in very friendly and professional.

Centrally located, the grounds are under construction/remodeling, clean but dated the spaces are tight. Nice staff but almost militant regarding the rules.

Very unwelcoming hosts if you arrive before their 3pm check in. If you wish to check in, they want to charge you $20. Sites are so close together that you could step in the neighbor's firepit when coming out of your camper. Unruley children riding their bikes through your campsite. What appeared to be a man living in his tent across from us had a noisy car and would run it at 6am for 5-10 mins...

The site was clean but we had power surges continuously I told the manager in an email because it happened all night long and I never even got an apology was hot and humid did not use any of the facilities

Hard to limit to 400 Caracters, no grass, all cement /coral / or gravel. No WiFi as advertised, visitors advertised as $5 fee each but billed $10 ea. Plus $10 fee for their car (not advertised). Constant harassment about parking/speed/visitors… all sites crammed in together. Many residents within the park, only few travelers. Not a relaxing experience.

My first site was drab and the foot traffic through my site was not welcome. The Park changed my campsite the next day and the rest of my stay was fine except I had gone to this park bc it had a pool. I was told on check in that the pool had a chemical imbalance and a pool man was coming that evening. I was there from Monday to Friday and the pool never opened. Disappointing!

This is a beautiful park, very clean, and employees are nice. My spot , # 62 was good for an overnight, but... My RV is small, only 20', so I can fit anywhere, and I felt like I was stuck in this spot because I fit. Fence on one side, blue block building behind me, I think it would be best if I had been warned that this was not a great spot, but was only one available.

I had a reservation for 3 nights. There was only one bathroom available and the pool had to be shut down due to a child’s feces. We decided to leave one day early. The owner would not refund our last night even though there were not enough bathrooms or showers. Men and women had to use the same family toilet. The remote for the television was mot on the recreation room and not available

Nicely landscaped, very polite and helpful staff. An old park but well kept. Some site work going on in the entrance area but it wasn't disrupting. No cable hookup at our site but lots of "over the air" channels.

Laundry only 80% of equipment was working. Swimming pool was closed for four days, some kids have an accident, poops �� to the pool. All campgrounds equipment 50 years old need to be replaced

Have to many rules. No pop ups so dogs can be shaded. Was spoken to rudely by staff. Not allowed to have dogs bark. Thomas and Mike were the only two that was a pleasure to deal with and were very kind. If u want conk Plate silence even at your campsite then go there. Won’t see me though

Arrived at 9:15 pm... parked in “Overnight Parking... day 2 moved into a regular site... $195 for 2 days is way too expensive!!!

KOA has always been associated with an experience like "fine dining" however the Davie KOA wifi does not nearly adequately cover the park foot print nor is cable TV provided.

We are locals. Our purpose was to stay 2 nites to set up our new trailer before we traveled. We drove to the KOA in person ahead to reserve &. Roberta helped us plan. On arrival, we told the new staff of our concerns, yet they walked us to a site that put the back of car higher than front & that jammed the hitch. Experienced campers near us helped & they worked hard to release our hitch.

The park is old and needs a complete refurbishment. Some sites are unbelievably cramped. A sewer odor permeates the park... old, unused cable wiring should be removed, and dangerous entrances to what appeared to be a hiking trail (site #17) should be dismantled. The park staff was very helpful and friendly...

Not able to maintain our rv on site. I had to work the day of check out and had asked for a late checkout, the kid at the front desk tried to tell us it was too late to do a late checkout and try to charge us for another night. Not impressed.

I love KOA campgrounds. This one was disappointing. High rates not clean rooms and schematics were not correct. I was so excited to stay at a KOA rather than a hotel. I am now staying in a hotel. We have stayed at many KOAs and enjoyed them all. It seems COVID protocol isn’t in affect here

Staff is super nice an accommodating. It is an older KOA and they are working on improvements. All it needs is a little TLC and they will have an awesome campground. The grounds were quiet and facilities are clean.

Very nice RV park! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, made us feel right at home. Our assigned lot was a spacious pull through with dull hookups and patio furniture, fire pit and BBQ! Quiet place, with pleasant RVers!
