This is the absolute worst KOA I have ever stayed at. The facilities are subpar compared to any of the other KOA facilities I have visited. Also, every time I used the laundry facilities, I saw roaches. The management and management staff are not helpful and lie about their policies. This is by far the worst campground and experienced I have had in the past 5 years of camping.

We apologize for not having a site available when you requested to extend your stay. Staff informed you months prior that deposits were required for busy season months. When you did not make reservations those sites were booked by on-line booking. We hope you were able to find suitable long term accommodations.

Sure it’s a KOA still? Lots of old derelict trailers, needs serious upgrades and improvements. Staff was nice but the park has seen better days I think!

Bathrooms were very clean, private and large in size. The pool was well kept and clean.

We reserved a premium site and unclear what was premium about it. All the sites resembled the same. There is no cable hook-up at the site either. There is no AC in any of the bath houses and being located in South Florida this is unheard of...no AC. Overall campground needs a lot of updates. It is very outdated.

Entrance to park is beautiful but once you go thru the security gates that are not working, you see an old outdated park with stored junky old trailers off to the right and you can tell the layout of the park is outdated. The pond was half empty maybe because they were working on it? The trailer pad was on unlevel grass and way too close together like sardines. Park needs help. Staff was nice.

The only thing I will say about this place is the lack of signs letting you know where it located. So you will need to rely on your GPS. Other than that, this place is located near some great places to eat, shop, etc. It's dated but we liked it. Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our short stay relaxing. People we met there we very friendly. We'd stay again for sure.

Barely worth the KOA name. We've always been accommodated with early arrival or late departure if needed. I arrived at 11am and was charged an extra 20 dollars when the place was empty. The grass is overgrown and unkempt.

campground was ok, it is very old and needs some updating, the wifi was very good, we were able to stream pretty well

Rv sites were less than expected, no room for towing vehicle, what looked like a small pond was filthy dirty, ducks walking around campground pooping everywhere. Not what I expected from a KOA in Florida. Jumbo was very friendly and helpful with local restaurants. When checking in camp host stated she would waive visitor fees, two visiting first day no charge, second day charged for hr visit

I stay at the Davie KOA a few times a year. It is conveniently located to everything. The staff and guests are always friendly and helpful. They are always busy maintaining and improving the grounds. It is the only place I will stay when going to South FL.

Some of the sites are too close and don’t have adequate space to back in. My sewer hookup was so far back I had to use a third hose to reach it. It was also very elevated. The pool was nice and the laundry room was handy.

On our 5 week trip from NYS to Key West, this was where we spent the most time as we left our RV here while headed further south. It appears that this KOA may have been a trailer park before which still shows. Restroom/bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The pool water was too warm to cool me down in the 99 degree Florida heat.

Campground needs A LOT of attention and upgrades to facilities. Hosts were very nice people and check-in went smoothly. Pool was clean and surrounding area was furnished nicely, remote bathhouse was small but clean, but campsites were overgrown, a small "pond" in the middle was almost empty and the water was still and murky, and the clubhouse/laundry was old and rundown. Won't be returning.

Staff were not friendly. Our spot was the dump station, literally. Grass was extremely tall. Grounds were run down and trashy looking. Felt unsafe and unwelcome.

When I arrived had to find koa member. She informed us because we were 2 hours ahead of check in (3pm) we had to pay a extra $20. The site assigned to us was in the grass with hook ups on the wrong side, sewer hookup was impossible. The campground was very run down, not many rvs there. Don’t waste your time and money here.

It was a very friendly place to stay. We had a wonderful campsite, and enjoyed watching the resident ducks. The office personnel was terrific.

Very helpful staff! Facilities near, clean and in good repair. Very convenient location! Great opportunity for walking trails at park across the street or on the south side of the campground. Ron was SUPER in helping us get our sewer hose out from the ground connection. Thank you!

Great staff who Went beyond to help us.l. Need to clean up areas.. Pads need to be all smooth not any grass or weeds in them. Need to be open if you want to attract class A RV camping. Great to have trees but it is in way of turning and slide outs. Need to remove older broken trailers. Pool area great and welcoming. Need lights at entrance at night. More ...

Park has tropical feel. Staff very helpful; got us into tight space around obstructions. Park has potential but needs good bit of work. Site furniture had not been cleaned (e.g. trash in cushions). Being near office we felt like we were being watched. Our son came to pick us up and although we pre-notified the office, someone came asking us to pay for visitor. Dislike ducks sneaking up on us.

I would give it a zero if I could. Does not rate the KOA standard at all. Staff and ownership were rude. Everything was cobbled together and just cheap. Previous Run down nudist colony and shows it. Every space is extremely crammed in on top of each other. Horrible place and will never go back. Beware.

Much closer beaches than lion country. Peaceful little haven in the hustle and bustle of south fl. Traffic Even rode horses with my daughter. Didn't expect that. Everyone was nice

Very nice RV park! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, made us feel right at home. Our assigned lot was a spacious pull through with dull hookups and patio furniture, fire pit and BBQ! Quiet place, with pleasant RVers!
