Robert et Peggy ont été forts accueillants. Les sites sont tassés mais l'ensemble du camping est agréable. Les égouts sont à moderniser et à s'améliorer. Camping très propre et les employés ont le souci de notre bien-être. On a passé un mois très confortable.

$136.00 with no cable, wifi or sewer is overpriced. Location and staff were a plus.

Paid for full hookup site and was told at check in the sewage line was not working properly. No cable and the wifi did not work. No discount given at check in for a non full hook up site plus charged $10/night for our child. It's a shame because this could really be made into a nice campground.

Convenient overnight stay, safe neighborhood. Easy in/out. Sewer wasn’t working for our section so we couldn’t dump on site, would have to move sites after a certain time in the morning to dump that didn’t work for us bc we needed to leave early. We asked for a discount, we were told that she would have to contact the owner who had not gotten back to her about the sewer issue over the holida

I have stayed here numerous times because it is easy access to my relative's home. Always friendly staff. Very helpful. This means a lot to a woman traveling alone. Very comfortable. Not fancy but clean and friendly

Usually a good experience but this time we were assigned a pull through site that truly isn't accommodating to our size RV, we had to inconvenience surrounding neighbors in order to pull out and leave. The space between our left and right neighbors barely fitting tables and having the sewer lines side by picnic table.

Paid for full hook up but our site did not have cable or Wi-Fi. After we were all setup I got a call saying they we’re having issue with their septic and that I must disconnect and go to their dump station when needed. Power box had no breaker and we lost power at least once as well as water. From what we heard the septic was an ongoing issue. The owner was never around to hear my complain

folks running the place were very friendly. Older park but it appeared they were making renovations. Sites piled up very close. We have a 37 foot class A and it was very tight. Old growth vegitation needed to be trimmed around the site. Couldnt even put our awning out not even half way. Only stayed one night.

Pleasant and helpful workers. Original spot was supposed to have a table and patio, but it did not. We switched to the narrowest pull through that I've seen. Camp map shows showers near our site. Not built yet. Camp map is not accurate for what is there now. Appears to be an old trailer park transitioning to KOA. Not there yet. Good location and nice dog park.

Worse KOA that we ever stayed in. Had to leave early because of lack of wifi even though it stated they had it. Dirty and nasty bathrooms, grills were full of burnt charcoal and garbage in the fire pits. Go elsewhere!!!!

Ok for a pass through the area. Doesnt have the feel of a holiday level koa. Very tight sites. Good staff, friendly and helpful.

Nice staff. We stayed at 4 other KOAs in Florida during this vacation. This one was the most expensive by double, but had the least quality of pool, grounds, bathrooms, landscaping. If they visited other KOAs they would see what the others are like.

We travel all over and have stayed at many KOAs, some excelled, some not so much. This is one of the worst KOAs we’ve stayed at. Do not recommend it due to the size of the site for a 45’ heavy. Will not stay there again.

We stayed for 3 days , employees were great but it took 2 days for the back of our site to dry out and even then it was black muck, I feel we should have gotten a partial credit. It looks like they are working on the campground but for 95.00 a night , not acceptable

Booked a patio site ...when I arrived it was after hours 8 pm park not marked well missed it and has to circle back 15 min cause it was not a easy turn around. Once I arrived could not find my site unclear marked sites and then once a guest at the park helped me my site was so small the patio was not usable cause my Rv took all space do not stay here unless you don't plan on having KOA standards

Campground was in a state of re-build/chaos. While the hosts were initially cordial, it appeared, over time, that they really did not have a handle over accommodating requests/changes/intakes around the renovation commotion. The online campground map and the layout of the campground itself did not match up resulting in confusion. Customer service was reluctant and sometimes contradictory.

rates are more expensive than a hotel room that i find ridiculous but the place is nice, just the rates are too high.

The people working there are great! However the facilities are old and in need of an upgrade. The site fees are way overpriced for the amenities provided. I don’t think this campground meets what I consider KOA standards.

Staff are wonderful. Site was clean but very small. Trash dumpster was full trash on ground dumped next day trash full again. Older model campers need to be wash to get mold off will help appearance campground

We had a great patio site. Staff was friendly. Had bathroom/showers but I did not utilize, nor did I use the laundry but was available on site. There is some construction going on in parts of the park.

Having a spot next to an abandoned trailer that was boarded up and falling down, is not the KOA we normally experience. I was also charged extra when I checked in even though I had paid when I reserved. I asked in my RV group and apparently the abandoned trailer has been there for some time, We did not feel safe at this campground.

The place is very poorly maintained , the staff is rude, there are no lights and very unsafe to walk around after dark , the space VERY tight and cramped. The owner is adding more spaces with no permit for electric, plumbing and other modifications, The is a "pond" in the center of the property that that has very little water in it and is nothing more than a concrete pool with BUGS !

Biggest drawback is the high price. The people at the site and all nice / friendly and work is in progress on improvements. Pool was warm and clean. Roberta was very helpful. Work Kamper Pete was awesome and went out of his way to be helpful even with some travel arrangments. Wish we could have kept our utility trailer on the site (bike garage). Jets flying over but aren't a problem.

We hated our stay. The access to the campground is horrible and access to the site was worse. Even the departure was bad because the path (you really can't call what they have roads) are narrow, one way, and wound through the campground. I didn't see any two sites that were the same. It kind of reminded me of a shanty town, only worse. The sewer hook up was too high. Worst KOA we visited.

The place is absolutely dirty. There are no lights for safety. The place is not maintained. By far the worst KOA campground we have saved at in the last 30 years. Would not recommend this to anyone

This place needs work, very old, junk everywhere. No disconnect on the electric supply. Wifi non functional, no cable hookup for the TV. They are charging a premium price for a site that is grass with a small concrete pad. Not up to the standards I expect from a KOA park.

I was disappointed in the campground overall. The site was very small, narrow, no vegetation/privacy. People did not pick up after their dogs in the dog park and along the walk ways. It is under construction. I am hoping it is better next time we visit the area since we have family nearby. Flamingo Gardens was wonderful if you are looking for something to do that is educational and fun.

Wifi wasn't working. Honestly the site was not worth $100 per night, sofa cushions were so old and dirty couldn't sit on it.

The only reason that this KOA did not get a five star was that only one restroom/shower was working. All of the rest were being repaired. Enjoyed the local bicycle path. The one & only lady working the office should be commended for going above here regular duties as the office closed at 6pm but she worked over to guide us into our spot & stayed another 30 minutes to guide another late guest.

Very nice RV park! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, made us feel right at home. Our assigned lot was a spacious pull through with dull hookups and patio furniture, fire pit and BBQ! Quiet place, with pleasant RVers!
