Owners care more about the one night campers than long term

Manager was great, but the whole facility was unkempt, grass overgrown and a general aura of sloppyness. Patrons ignored rules requiring them to pick up after their dogs and as a result we had to walk carefully. Daily rate was a little high for what we got.

We stay at a lot of KOAs, this KOA is listed as a Holiday and it is not what we expect a KOA Holiday to be. It’s old, run down, lots of live-in campers and floods easily. They also charged a pet fee when we arrived and they don’t allow you to put up your EZup tent for shade. With that said, we were too big for the site we booked & the young man at the office was nice and put us in a nice back-

Personnel were very courteous. However, the site was very lacking in concrete pad and availability of hook-ups. Pad was broken up in several areas . I had to reposition the coach to use our leveling system. The sewer hookup required both my sewer hoses to reach the dump. The water hook up also require two hoses. The 50 AMP service required almost a full extension to connect. No view or atmosphere.

Run down and most campers appear to be permanent and some of them were in pretty bad shape.

This Campground looked like a dump. It was awful, dirty and scary. We didn’t leave our camper the entire time. So disappointed. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful so I don’t know why this place was so bad.

It was about average for a KOA until the money grubbing owner decided to charge my daughter & her husband $16 to pick up my granddaughter, who was paid up for staying the night. All he wanted to do was pick up his daughter! I will never stay at this KOA again. I will also make it public.

Excellent KOA stay and nice convenient location. Grounds are clean and plenty of space for our 32' Travel Trailer.

Staff was very unfriendly no attiives except for pool. I left before my stay was over and went to my next destination. I will never stay there again. And Noone should ever consider this place. I hope that they are investigating this place. Not up to standard at all.

I had a travel trailer spot next to the tent camping area. I was neat, clean and furniture, sewer, elect & water were in perfect condition. The fire pit was brand new and never looked used. Overall, the spots I though were a little tight but just being there 2 nights I could live with it. Rest rooms, shower, laundry were well kept and clean. Lots of amenities near the campground.

I'm brand new to camping. This campsite has everything, pool, dog park, everything you could want. It's very nicely landscaped. And Mike from the office was BEYOND helpful to me. I just loved it. The sites are a little cramped together, but I get that. It's right near and equestrian center for walking the dogs. Dog doodoo bags EVERYWHERE!!!

Pat, Mike, and the entire staff did a great job. Very friendly environment. Even the gardners were polite. We recommend this park. Good location to a a big park with bicycle trails, jogging, exercise area, and fishing. The facility is older but Pat is working hard to update and expand. Close to shopping but nice quiet park.

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially getting us into a very tight sight with little space to maneuver and vehicles parked by RVs. Road was very narrow as well. Very well kept grounds. Thought price was high for an overnight stay but I know we paid for location in Fort Lauderdale. Lots of permanent residents live in the park.

Electrical hookups need to be higher up off the ground. We didn’t see any circuit breaker at the box. Sewer hookups were awkward and didn’t really flow downhill easily. It felt like we had to walk through people’s campsites to get to the dog park. Staff was friendly and helpful and the park was clean and well maintained. The people that work there are very nice and helpful. We have family that live in the area and was told they would be charged for visiting us. The area is small with very little to do. We stayed for 3 weeks until a county park opened and moved out. Would not go back there.

Made reservations online and seemed to be a good price for a one night stay. When we got there they said we were too early and charged $20 for a two hour early check in, plus wanted to charge $5 per dog, so the economical night wasn’t so economical! Put us right on top of a camper that obviously didn’t move very often and the sewer hose was right beside our picnic table!

Friendly staff, clean, and adequate parking. This is not a destination campground, more of a decent place to park your camper while you explore South Florida.

It’s in transition. Staff was nice and you see amenities being upgraded. With a little more work it’ll be 5 star. The location was good, close to the highway.

Crowded spots, limited bathrooms, looks like they are trying to improve—but the old, trashy single wide trailers that are either rentals or permanents are an eyesore and take away from an overall pleasant and save feeling experience.

The place is quiet, comfortable, and well kept. We had an issue with the 30 amp not working, but they let us borrow an adapter. That issue was not fixed, and we ended up buying our own adapter. The wifi didn't work, I was told on the way out that they are getting a new system. Overall it was a good stay, and we would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived after hours yet someone came to greet us and help find our site. The site was a little tight but clean. As our plans changed over the course of our stay we always found staff members accommodating. Plus the location was ideal with many attractions within a 20 minute drive.

On the smaller side. Nice and clean. Office staff was very friendly. Close to everything that Ft. Lauderdale has to offer. Lots of construction happening for future. Did not use pool or laundry facilities or the game room but they looked clean. We stayed while my husband worked in the area for a few days and it was perfect for that. I had a large group and we had two RV spots, 3 cabins and one motel room - staff was wonderful, accommodations were great, and we all had a fantastic time for the four days we stayed. Park is very nice and clean, with beautiful grounds that were very well-maintained. I highly recommend this KOA!

Can’t believe I was told that it would cost $20.00 additional to check in before 3 pm. Appearance of entire park not up to KOA standards. Staff at check in very friendly and professional.

Centrally located, the grounds are under construction/remodeling, clean but dated the spaces are tight. Nice staff but almost militant regarding the rules.

Very unwelcoming hosts if you arrive before their 3pm check in. If you wish to check in, they want to charge you $20. Sites are so close together that you could step in the neighbor's firepit when coming out of your camper. Unruley children riding their bikes through your campsite. What appeared to be a man living in his tent across from us had a noisy car and would run it at 6am for 5-10 mins...

Hard to limit to 400 Caracters, no grass, all cement /coral / or gravel. No WiFi as advertised, visitors advertised as $5 fee each but billed $10 ea. Plus $10 fee for their car (not advertised). Constant harassment about parking/speed/visitors… all sites crammed in together. Many residents within the park, only few travelers. Not a relaxing experience.

My first site was drab and the foot traffic through my site was not welcome. The Park changed my campsite the next day and the rest of my stay was fine except I had gone to this park bc it had a pool. I was told on check in that the pool had a chemical imbalance and a pool man was coming that evening. I was there from Monday to Friday and the pool never opened. Disappointing!

This is a beautiful park, very clean, and employees are nice. My spot , # 62 was good for an overnight, but... My RV is small, only 20', so I can fit anywhere, and I felt like I was stuck in this spot because I fit. Fence on one side, blue block building behind me, I think it would be best if I had been warned that this was not a great spot, but was only one available.

Nicely landscaped, very polite and helpful staff. An old park but well kept. Some site work going on in the entrance area but it wasn't disrupting. No cable hookup at our site but lots of "over the air" channels.

Very nice RV park! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, made us feel right at home. Our assigned lot was a spacious pull through with dull hookups and patio furniture, fire pit and BBQ! Quiet place, with pleasant RVers!
