Park is not well maintained, Pads are unreasonably close. Pull through sites are extremely limited.

Laundry only 80% of equipment was working. Swimming pool was closed for four days, some kids have an accident, poops �� to the pool. All campgrounds equipment 50 years old need to be replaced

Have to many rules. No pop ups so dogs can be shaded. Was spoken to rudely by staff. Not allowed to have dogs bark. Thomas and Mike were the only two that was a pleasure to deal with and were very kind. If u want conk Plate silence even at your campsite then go there. Won’t see me though

Arrived at 9:15 pm... parked in “Overnight Parking... day 2 moved into a regular site... $195 for 2 days is way too expensive!!!

KOA has always been associated with an experience like "fine dining" however the Davie KOA wifi does not nearly adequately cover the park foot print nor is cable TV provided.

We are locals. Our purpose was to stay 2 nites to set up our new trailer before we traveled. We drove to the KOA in person ahead to reserve &. Roberta helped us plan. On arrival, we told the new staff of our concerns, yet they walked us to a site that put the back of car higher than front & that jammed the hitch. Experienced campers near us helped & they worked hard to release our hitch.

The park is old and needs a complete refurbishment. Some sites are unbelievably cramped. A sewer odor permeates the park... old, unused cable wiring should be removed, and dangerous entrances to what appeared to be a hiking trail (site #17) should be dismantled. The park staff was very helpful and friendly...

Not able to maintain our rv on site. I had to work the day of check out and had asked for a late checkout, the kid at the front desk tried to tell us it was too late to do a late checkout and try to charge us for another night. Not impressed.

Staff is super nice an accommodating. It is an older KOA and they are working on improvements. All it needs is a little TLC and they will have an awesome campground. The grounds were quiet and facilities are clean.

This park is sub par to any other Koa which I have stayed. Nickel and dime you. If a guest come to visit you have to pay $10. For them to park on your spot. So you can’t have visitors for a few hours. Grandkids have to pay to swim. Ridiculous. If this is all KOA policy I will be finding other accommodations in the future.

We didn't request any site in particular, but we were EXTREMELY pleased with the one we were assigned ! I feel it was the best site of the entire park ! Great stay !

The campground looked like it was still under construction. I have never paid extra for my pets before but the dog park was nice.

We booked our site on the phone while we were on the road. We paid in full for a Patio site but was directed to this grass site close to the patio site. WE didn't realize this until the next day. We inquired and were told we had paid for 4 dogs, and since we only had 1 dog, were given a 16.95 refund. I asked about the patio site and even showed the manager, but not other refund was offered. BAD

Worst KOA we have ever stayed at!! EXTREMELY tight spaces, high prices without cable, and they don't fully disclose pricing prior to check in. After I booked at this KOA, I received a call asking me about our motor home. She then asked me how many dogs we had with us. There was NEVER any mention of a pet fee, not even at check in!! It wasn't until I received my email receipt. Left early, no refund

Was told right away that it’s $20 if you check in before 3. Very tight turnarounds. Loud, vulgar music playing at tent site across from us and noisy in early mornings. Fire pit at our camper steps. Would not want to stay again.

Mike and Patsy are two great people they will go out of their way to help you or find an answer to a solution this is a great place to stay and they’re making some great improvements look forward to visiting them again next year

Staff was very friendly and accommodating but the campground is in disrepair. It is evident that owner invested a lot of heart and capital initially however, the park is in serious need of a renovation. The experience was not what we would have expected from a KOA property, especially for the price.

Staff was great! Friendly, helpful & very personable! Grounds were in need of upgrades though...stay away from far left back corner if you don't want to hear roosters crowing loudly starting at dawn!

We stayed for two months..Feb and March 2021 and we enjoyed our stay so much that we will return again next year for the same time. The campground is a bit dated but work is underway with new improvements. The restrooms and showers were very clean and we'll taken care of. The pool was warm and clean. Very quiet at night. The staff were nice and helpful. A great improvement would be better WIF

Beautiful setting with a large, beautiful park beside and another right in front of the campground. We fell in love with the wildlife. Heaven for bike riders! All the men who work on the grounds were wonderful, helpful and very friendly.

This was our sixth stay at Davie KOA. Over the years we have stayed longer and longer and always love it and enjoy our time. The location is perfect for our preferences and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Way overpriced. And $20 extra cost for checking in before 3? It's not like you have to turnover a hotel room. Not good customer policy. I am now staying 105 feet from the Gulf and still paying less. Do not recommend.

Pro: - large shower rooms with working hot water and good water pressure Con: - i've been in several KOA's, this is the only one to add a pet fee - wifi did not work, during my stay, they didn't do anything to remedy the situation (like comp a night or a credit for another stay) - very cramped area - we smelled sewage from our neighbors. camp host says it's from horse ranch nearby, I dont

Was very unhappy that they did not disclose they had a pet fee after disclosing on my reservation that I had 2 animals upon arrival I was charged extra for my dogs. The campground was overpriced for a mediocre facility. And very small for a large rig. Very tight and and narrow spaces and thorough fairs. I would not recommend this campground for large rigs.

We were very disappointed at the way we were treated at this KOA. We have never encountered a campground worse than this one. Disgusting restrooms, subpar laundry facility, employees are rude and extremely incompetent. The owner Pat (same owner as Hollywood KOA) refuses to talk with the guests about concerns— our main concern being employee Tommy who continuously yelled at our kids! Unbelievabl

We've used KOA for years all over the country and Canada and this was the worst by far. Extremely tight spaces, not being able to park our toad with rig as a seasonal gent parks car diagnoly and he is given priority. Driver's slide within inches of neighbors dog fence, could not fully open our bottom doors on driver's side. Having made reservation months in advance and this was the best they do

Very nice RV park! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, made us feel right at home. Our assigned lot was a spacious pull through with dull hookups and patio furniture, fire pit and BBQ! Quiet place, with pleasant RVers!
