Store Hours

We are currently in our winter season with office hours from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Please note that we are closed on weekends during this time.

Pets

Furry campers welcome! Please see accommodations for pet-friendly details.

Water slide and Wibit activities

Monday closed, Tuesday thru Sunday 11am to 7pm

Fun Pass

Its never been so much fun here at the Detroit/Ann Arbor KOA. We have expanded our water and land activities this year with more on the way.
Fun Pass: 
Under 42": $6.00 and includes Jumping Pillow and Miniature Golf
Over 42": $10.00 and includes Water Slide, Water Course, Jumping Pillow and Miniature Golf.
Please fill out Waiver before purchasing Fun Passes

Water Slide and Water course will be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Firewood Policy

Detroit/Ann Arbor KOA has firewood for sale during our store hours. We do not allow outside firewood to be brought in.

Dog Park

A Dog park is currently located on the East side of the park, with one in the works for the West side of the park. In addition, there are dog potty bags and garbage cans located in convenient areas around the campground.

Bathhouse

Located around the Campground Store are the Mens and Womens bathrooms. In addition, we have 7 private showers, with endless amounts of warm water, located in the same building.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are at 10PM every night and is stickily enforced!

Visitor Policy

  • Visitor Day Pass $10.00 ages 5 and up   No Day Passes on Holiday Weekends
  • Camper Visitors (Visiting Registered Campers) $10.00 ages 5 and up
  • All Visitors Must Check-in in office!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.Cancellation Deadlines:• RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.• Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival. Cancellation Details:• Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.• Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.• No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.• The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.• Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.

EV Charging Policy

Please be advised that charging of electric vehicles (EVs) is strictly prohibited on all campsites within the campground. 
  • The electrical pedestals provided for RV and tent sites are not equipped to handle the charging requirements of electric vehicles. 
  • Attempting to charge an electric vehicle may result in damage to both your vehicle and the campground's equipment.
  • No charging of electric vehicles is allowed on the campground premises, including but not limited to RV and tent pedestals.
  • You assume full responsibility for any damages caused to your personal property or to the property of the campground resulting from the unauthorized charging of an electric vehicle.
