Spot was so narrow we couldn’t put our awning out. The store closed at 11 am on Sunday for “inventory “. There were many people wanting ice and ice cream etc. close it on a late afternoon during the week or something. We won’t stay there again.

When we got there and got all set up on our site the electricity went out on us so they moved us to another site and the same thing happened. One of their staff (Sam) who was absolutly wonderful fixed our problem and it was smooth sailing the rest of the weekend. The only downfall I can give the campground is the smelly water. I didn't want to wash dishes in it let alone take a shower.

Our site had a storage trailer on it, so we were put on an overflow site that was not big enough for our trailer. There was not enough supplies for the children's activities. The only positive thing was that the staff was very friendly.

Wonderful staff, very welcoming and helpful. The grounds are beautiful, even without the lake! The trail around the lake was an added bonus and refreshed our travel-weary spirits. Highly recommend this KOA.

Everything was great, except I got a text message wood was one price, and when I went to purchase wood I was told. . .the price just changed, and now it's more, from $18 to $24. . .that was kinda weird��

I liked how they have cleaned it up nice young couple. people cant stand them trying to make it nice. To many cry babies just remember Rome wasn’t built in a day give them some time. Activities were good for kids loved the efforts of all.

I did not stay due to the muddy conditions. The electrical service had a special outlet that I did not have or have ever seen. You need to put gravel down and grade the site so water doesn't pond around the electrical box. I request my money back please.

Very disappointed. Have been going to that location for twice a year for 8 yrs. The price doubled with the KOA take over. Later check in times earlier check out times. Put gravel down in the sites so poked holes in the floor of tent. “Remodeled” bathrooms but left the sinks from the 50s. LONG CK in wait. Mngmnt rude to employees. Had another long wait 4 escort 2 site I’ve been 2 for 8 yrs

I understand you are new but for the money we had to pay and coming in on a holiday weekend we had to ask to get the grass cut was uncalled for. Then I called on Monday before we came and asked how much it would cost for a visitor and you guys said it'd be free when we got there on Thursday then you told me it was changed that day to $3 a person when my family did come to visit it ended up being

The campground was nice, but the management was poor. Activities were poorly planned and executed and the slide did not even open all weekend.

This was our first time camping as a family. What a great experience! So many amenities and activities, with a friendly and helpful staff. My kids had a super time and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back!

Great place, large shady pull thru sites with full hook ups. Staff is very accommodating, and they had fun activities for the kids.

This location may not be around this time next year. The owner has a poor idea of what good customer service is all about. Patti and Bobby were very attentive but that was it as far as the staff was concerned. They claimed and promoted that they had wifi but we never had it in our 60 day stay.. They were working on it is all we were told. Sites were muddy and not mowed.

The only game in town is their only positive. It starts with the owners who publicly criticize and berate their employees. They treat customers with very little respect. They advertise internet and cable, charge a premium and offer neither. The place is an absolute mud pit with the slightest rainfall. The showers and facilities are very dirty and less than desirable. Sadly we will not be back!

Worse place ever! The roads are terrible, muddy and full of potholes! Quiet time means nothing when your neighbor runs a chain saw after 11pm to cut up a tree that HE BROUGHT IN for firewood! TV blaring obscenities late at night. No rule enforcement. Will never stay at a KOA again!

Lots of shady sites which in summer heat would be nice. Like the grassy area by the water slide. Large sites, but roads are very narrow. Check in was odd just at the hut no questions on how to pay they assumed we wanted it the balance put on our deposit card.

We've been camping here well before it changed to a KOA recently. Staff I've also known or a few years. With the addition to some new staff and some new changes for the Campground. All are very friendly and helpful when you need something. It feels like an extended family atmosphere. Kids are having fun. You feel safe too. Everyone looks out for everyone. Great place. Come relax, ha

We realize this is a new KOA, so these comments are really suggestions: put in a K9 Kamp area where the dogs can get off the leash for a bit. We wanted to use the mini golf course; this is in need of repair. You offered WIFI but I could not receive it. You might consider an upgrade and/or cable service. At your price, we've stayed at KOAs that had both. We like your location and the beauty.

The campground is beautiful and we enjoyed the scenic trail around the lake. Unfortunately, we left the campground disappointed as it was a huge deal and impossible to get ahold of someone to pump propane on departure day.

We enjoyed our stay and did notice many improvements. Still needs to continue to add gravel to handle water pooling on the roads during rain to avoid being very muddy. Nice campground and friendly staff.

Reversed polarity on the power, power at outlets with CBS off. Was told my meter is bad & they used multimeter to show there is 120V and minimal power at outlets with cbs off. There not responsible if I have a power problem. Don’t live up to the high standards of a KOA

We spent several days camped here in December-January, preparing to travel west for the winter. We needed access to hookups and space to connect the tow vehicle. The site was really perfect for this purpose, even under 6" of snow. The owners were helpful, the rate was great, and from what I could see in the dead of winter, the campground and lake would make for some good camping in happier weather.

Everything was great! Our group will be back! Appreciated garbage pick up at the road daily!! Linda was very helpful and quickly had our bill adjusted for group price. Thank you Linda!
