We stayed for Mother’s Day weekend and had a great time. The staff is five star. I have never stayed at a campground with such a friendly/nice staff from checking in, to the tea party, to the gentlemen that showed us to our site. They took the kids on a tractor ride around the campground and my son was disappointed when it was over �. They just became a Koa, so going through upgrades but

We have been camping for over 30 years and stayed at several KOA campgrounds. The campgrounds were always clean and basically no surprises. This campground did have clean restrooms. But our site #16 was a mud hole. It looked like they had tried to fill in with gravel the size of small boulders but for the most part it was muddy. The drives were not only muddy but full of potholes.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds we love the lake to be able to float and fish. The only sad thing is the cost went up almost 20 a site per night.

I appreciate the extra effort taken to combine sites with my son and granddaughter it was greatly appreciated I haven't been able to see them lately.

Sites are small, fire pits are way too small & too low. Park is too small, no real slide. Hose @ dump station is too short & doesn't have a connector to flush out the hose. Stone sites made it too difficult to level trailer as the leveling blocks would dig into the rocks. Texts were nice but too many. Liked that could have wood delivered & charged through text & trash pickup. Ok overall but price

We've already recommended this campground to friends and family. It's our favorite place to get away! The campground itself is lovely and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to restaurants and other places of interest. We absolutely adore the lake: the path around it creates a decent hike, and the fishing is excellent! I already can't wait to go back!!

Super organized. Very well run. Extremely polite and accomodating! Delivered firewood directly to our site. We had a lake front spot which was super peaceful and had beautiful sunsets. Level sites. Front office had someone lead us to the site and help park. Would definitely visit this KOA again! And for those with kids- the water slide into the lake looked pretty awesome!

Wifi wasn’t working properly, great fishing but not great fishing spots. Small but fun , caught bass and enjoyed it being close to home. I have stayed at the Monroe location as well, they needed to refresh their campground.

Had an amazing time! Patty Kiser makes us feel at home every single time! When we see her golf cart we coming towards every time my family gets so excited!! The whole staff is so welcoming, nice, funny, happy!

Really enjoyed our lakefront lot. Had full hookup with good city water. Staff is very friendly. Will definitely visit again.

I would skip the "escort to your site" practice which started us off on a bad foot by aggravating us as we waited quite some time for an escort to our site. The site (226) was outstanding; we will likely come back again if we can get that spot in the early spring again. Enjoyed the store; make sure it is well stocked. Marijuana smell was prevalent and not appreciated; not sure what you can do.

Great property and great staff. I cannot say enough great things about the staff as they seemed genuinely happy to have us there and seemed proud of their property. Patty was amazing! I did however find it interesting that the so called "Community Manager", Todd, whose job it was to "provide one of the most hospitable and welcoming campgrounds" was the LEAST friendly person we ran into.

I loved it. Me and my 6 year old son stayed a couple days in one of the cabins. The workers were very friendly and above and beyond to help us with anything we needed.

Everything went smooth. Checking in and out was quick and easy. I was able to get propane fill ups right away. The roads throughout campground could use some work but they were eorking on the entry the day we left.

Came up to visit our son and his wife. About 30 min. away, so was really convienent . Did't use anything but the parking things, so can't say any more, but the place was ckean and wwell laid out.

It’s a nice campground. Road has to many holes in it right now. WiFi didn’t work. Staff was nice. To be fair this is a new KOA and as such it’s under construction. I would go back.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. BILL was especially helpful with getting me firewood and also helping me with starting a great fire. I love this place and will definitely be returning. Nice hiking trail and beautiful lake. This campground was close to home but felt like I was on a far away journey. Just the relaxation I needed, even while under construction the stay was nice. Thx

Very pleasant and helpful staff/management! The campground is undergoing renovations so there's a lot of work going on. Electrical (20Amp) GFCI's did not work on my or the adjoining site. When they say "Primitive Cabin" they mean it. There is a building, beds, a few outlets and that's it. No heat or AC, one ceiling light. Beautiful location on a lake! Great potential!

Great koa! We were there for 4 nights just after they opened as a KOA. Therefore not everything was 100% ready but our site was a great one! We will come again. The only reason we rated it a 4 and not 5 is we did not have WiFi. Beautiful sites!

Even the rain arrived, we enjoyed the stay. All were exceptional great. The personnel in the office were friendly and helpful. The outside workers were very helpful and courtesy. Could not ask for a better group to make our stay enjoyable. I want to thank them, in which, I did. Every area were clean.

Making reservations as very easy. I made them by phone and the office was very friendly and helpful. They sent an email confirmation right away and followed up the day we were scheduled to arrive. It's a large campground and they offered an escort which would be helpful to first time campers.

The lake sites were very well maintained. I wish those hard workin managers luck, they had a lot going on with the new start up and transition to KOA and still managed to be hospitable and personable. Will be back very soon.

We spent several days camped here in December-January, preparing to travel west for the winter. We needed access to hookups and space to connect the tow vehicle. The site was really perfect for this purpose, even under 6" of snow. The owners were helpful, the rate was great, and from what I could see in the dead of winter, the campground and lake would make for some good camping in happier weather.

Everything was great! Our group will be back! Appreciated garbage pick up at the road daily!! Linda was very helpful and quickly had our bill adjusted for group price. Thank you Linda!
