The staff was outstanding and even took our order for firewood over the phone and delivered it to our campsite! The campground is spacious, well-maintained and has beautiful lakefront sites. Our stay was perfect and we were impressed! Thank you!!

The campground did not live up to the photos on the website. The campground roads were, disappointingly, not paved and it rained 3 out of the 4 days we were there. We were not able to access the free wifi at our campsite. The location to our granddaughter's residence was the main reason we chose this campground and that was very convenient! The showers were clean and the staff was friendly.

Our stay was, and always is, fantastic! Seen a few different owners and so much staff an they’ve always been great! My only recommendation would be for when there are events, if the reminder text was sent out maybe an hour before instead of 5 minutes. Us parents tend to forget things so easily lol. Keep up the great work, see you next year!

The rates have gone up, but nothing is improved. (painting the office and restroom is normal maintenance.) The roads have not been repaired. The giant potholes in all of the roads may work as speed bumps, but they sure make walking in wet weather a difficult task. They need to trim trees, pave roads, add gravel to sites, upgrade the showers, and offer more things for the children.

Last camping of the season, mid-October. No trash pickup after Labor Day, means schlepping our garbage to the only dumpster which is quite a hike, especially on muddy roads with standing water, after a day and half of continuous rain (the rain, of course, is no fault of the campground). It would be nice, though, to have much more gravel on the campground roads, to help contain the mud-fest.

Everyone was friendly and we had a great site on the outside of a loop. It was very muddy due to recent rain so we were not able to put down our stabilizers. Minor inconvenience!

Had an enjoyable weekend with the grandkids for Halloween. Can’t predict Mother Nature. Staff very friendly park is what a campground should be per my granddaughter. Keep up the good work. ��

Wonderful Wooded Pull-Thru Site, Friendly Staff, they just need to work on the roads. There were large potholes in places, but overall a great stay even with the rain.

was a great weekend get away. the camp was well kept. we enjoyed the waterfront site. all hook up services worked as should. check in was fast and easy and a guide to the site was more than helpful....thanks again for a nice weekend

Nice location, but if weather is wet, this park turns into a mud hole. Path ways definitely need MAJOR upgrade to level with KOA standard

Very good sleep near the lake. Everyone I ran into working there is very friendly. Very relaxed, enjoyed my stay.

Last week was our sixth reservation at this KOA this season. Always enjoy our stays! The lake is so relaxing to spend time by. We are going back one more time before the season ends!

We stayed at the KOA in order to visit family that lives nearby we were unaware that we would be having trick-or-treat two Saturdays in a row and since we live in an over 55 community that was a lot of fun. we don’t normally see kids in costumes and there were lots of them (Well mannered). The driveway ruts need filled. The staff was helpful

The roads are in rough shape and create a lot of dust. The trash is not picked up from the campsites regularly and the fire pits are never cleaned out.

This reborn KOA definitely has some work to do to get back to the KOA standards. Staff was very friendly and helpful but the grounds need work. Roads were dirt and had large ruts and holes. Our site had trash on it and a bunch in the fire pit. Water pressure was low. Permanent and seasonal campsite need to be tended to. Several RV and car were too large for their sites and partly in the road.

I believe this is a newer KOA, the staff was totally friendly. I feel like there is improvements being made, some of the spots looked very tight due to some trees. I wish the roads were graveled, it was very muddy due to the rain.

A mixed review. Helpful host helped me into a lovely site near lake. BUT: acorns dropping onto roof all night led to poor sleep and slept in. Then, having paid for full hookup to empty tanks before winter storage, found the sewer pipe too high and no threads. Even with adapter, it kept coming off and I had to stoop and lift forever to empty tank. NOT OK. Backache!

The roads are dirt and when dry are extremely dusty! When wet (we had rain for three of the four days we were there), are extremely muddy. There were mud puddles everywhere. The campground must invest in gravel. Otherwise it was okay.

The bathrooms were very dirty. The lots were not kept up. Was stuck under a crab apple tree we heard banging from them dropping. A employee Ron who runs food out of his camper started yelling at a customer who was purchasing food from the legit food truck next to him because tables where slightly on his side. Then told the other food ppl that he'd have them kick out. UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE.

My only complaint was the vehicle traffic during the trick or treating from 6-8. I felt the staff failed during that time.

Didn't have any issues with the campground itself. My biggest complaint was the Halloween site decorating contest. I really don't understand how someone that did very little to decorate their site could win. Compared to others that went all out, my wife being one of them. I asked multiple people about voting and most didn't know much about how the process worked.

Had an issue with an employee sticking his finger at my face telling me to get my tables off his site. I was standing waiting for my food from a food truck that was in the campground. Very unprofessional from a employee of the campground. Have been going to this place for almost 45 years. Undecided if I will ever go back.Most of my friends and other campers are not happy with new management.

Had a very nice lakefront full hookup site. Enjoyed the weekend Halloween festivities and the grandkids got to trick or treat. Beautiful fall foliage visible throughout the park and pretty walking trail around the lake. Office staff very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The staff is absolutely wonderful! But…too many golf carts running through the campground after dark. We were constantly blinded by their headlights while we were sitting by our fire We have a 37ft trailer and had an awful time getting out of our spot and through all the trees. From now on we will request to be in a spot that is not surrounded by the trees.

Very dusty due to fast driving, also had staff and campers using empty campsite as shortcut for driving through. Great shadey area but in fall watch out for all the acorns dropping.

The campground is great! Halloween camping was a blast. But our LEASED vehicles now have dents in them from the Acorns falling from the trees. That unfortunately will be the reason why we don’t return for another stay. ������

Everything was wonderful except the Acorn beat up our trailer falling from the trees put two holes in the overhead hat on the trailer but other than that everything was beautiful that's the reason for the four instead of the 5 And yes we need me to I would recommend the campground people very friendly and we had a great time

We have a 38' Motorhome. Our site was changed to a corner site, and it was not wide enough. Once set where your guide wanted the rig, and went to put our awning out, it over hung more than half of the road through the park. Not acceptable.

What a clean campground! Beautiful lake - loved seeing the swans! Great Halloween decorations, and store. Clean bathrooms, friendly staff. And SO quiet. I would recommend this campground to anyone.

We spent several days camped here in December-January, preparing to travel west for the winter. We needed access to hookups and space to connect the tow vehicle. The site was really perfect for this purpose, even under 6" of snow. The owners were helpful, the rate was great, and from what I could see in the dead of winter, the campground and lake would make for some good camping in happier weather.
