This is a very friendly park! We enjoyed our month long stay. We would definitely return. Bobbi and Linda in the office are a great help. Sam is great with the park details. Keep up the good work!

Sites are not assigned to you when purchased online. You get what is available. If you are local, you will most likely love the place. People there are friendly; that is until you do not like their choice to put you in a spot 30 feet long, for a 28 foot trailer. Extremely tight, very limited access, poorly maintained electrical, water, ..., grounds. Dont like your spot, oh well.

We loved this KOA. Very quiet. Lots of full hookup sites. Lots of activities, however the schedule for them was incorrect, no biggie. We have already booked another stay. Great staff too!

A lot of fun things for the kids. While it's an older park it is very clean and nice. I like that it is not too close to the interstate. It was quiet! I was some concerned for some dead trees and trees with large dead branches over our RV site. I hope they get an arborist to come in and correct this condition soon. We will likely camp there again.

Great location with shaded spaces, large lake and lots of family friendly recreational opportunities. Friendly, competent staff always willing to help keep everything running smoothly!

We love being on the lake. It's a great campsite! I'm looking forward to the improvements to the picnic tables & fire pits. I also hope there is a plan to treat the excessive seaweed and algae in the lake.

This was our 4th year and we will be back. We have a site by the lake and its one of our favorite places to camp.

Site was crowded as neighboring camper was improperly parked and using wrong electric and water. Showers need major rework but should start with long and wider shower curtains. Best deal on laundry, $2 wash and only took $1 to dry. If only they can control the bugs/mosquitoes.

Excelente lugar, con un gran lago para todo tipo de actividad acuática . Sus lotes están lleno de vegetación lo que hace que el rv este todo el tiempo bajo sombra. Como recomendación me gustaría que para la próxima visita pudiera encontrar servicios de cable

The site view from the site was beautiful. However, it was very tight backing. The site and entire area was dirt so everything was covered in dust, including us. They dragged road. MORE dust. The staff was not pleasant. They complained about our arrival time (after noon) even though it was a weekday and the campground was mostly empty. When in store, they complained about other guests openly.

Dust and dirt unaddressed. Management refused to treat roads. Tractor dragged a rake 3 days in a row creating terrible noise and dust. Uncomfortable to sit outside let alone breathe the air.

Nice camp store & assoc but amenities leave a bit to be desired. Bike rental was challenging as majority of sizes were not functioning. Took a few hours until the right combination for my 3 kids to ride. VERY loud campers across from site 56...partied til 4am! Music got louder the more alcohol consumed. No one approached site or did drive through to check for loud guests. No quiet hours or rest!

Friendly staff, ideal location near the Detroit/Ann Arbor area. The campground was very quiet and the view of the lake was quite pleasant. With family in the area we will be returning. Thanks

Staff was awesome, recently changed to KOA. Was a nice stop over point on the way north. Site was nice and level, they proactively moved me to a site they thought would suit my needs, only improvement is the showers lights were out and basically no ventilation. Otherwise awesome

We did enjoy ourselves, but the sites were way to small. There should be some distance between campsites. When I made reservations I should have been told about pet week. I would have brought something cute for my dog. Also, for the price of the sites the water slide should have not cost extra. Fence was not fixed in dog run. Holes in yard and someone got hurt in my group. May not be back.

Overall our stay was good. There was a few things I was disappointed with. Mainly some of the staff. Most were friendly, but a handful of them seemed they had a personal vendetta to make our stay miserable. Camping should be relaxing and enjoyable. Not worrying about if you are doing things wrong every two minutes. And they are very overpriced. Slide fee should be included if Camping there.

Camp ground is a nice place to stay, lots of things to do with family BUT SITE 149 SHOULD NOT BE A CAMP SITE. COUNLD NOT PUT OUT MY AWNING, TO CLOSE TO THE CAMPER NEXT TO ME, SITTING NEXT TO THE SEWER NOT NICE. NO PICNIC TABLE NO ROOM FOR ONE, FIRE RING COUNLD NOT BE USED , TO CLOSE TO ARE CAMPER, COUND NOT USE ARE RUG. TREE ROOTS TRIP HASERD. CAMP SITE 148 WAS A CUT TU AFTER THE CAMPER ,

Very nice park! Close to AA and our daughter. Would be great for families as there is a pond with a big slide to swim in. One problem we encountered was 2 lots from us was a camper who had a cat that they let roam free. We have a dog who wanted to bark at the cat everytime she saw it! It was hard to keep her from barking at it. Other dogs barked to!! Otherwise it is a very nice park!

Park was well kept up very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. I had forgot my dump hose and the store had 1. The store is very well stocked.

The people working at the KOA were very nice and helpful. But this park was packed! I never even got out of the camper it was so crammed. Staying at the KOA will definitely not be in our near future and definitely not at the Detroit/Ann Arbor KOA. And it’s a shame because it was a nice setting with the lake & the woods. Great staff! TOO MANY campsites/people!

We will definitely be back. Hope to see some improvements like a net at the volleyball court and basketball hoop. Maybe remove the empty mini golf area and put in a gazebo and garden. Also the shower fixtures need updating.

We have been staying at this campground for years and it is always an enjoyable, relaxing experience. With the recent transition to KOA, the staff has worked hard to make it seamless. They are the most wonderful, caring people and I won’t stay anywhere else. Thank you for all you do!

This was a week that I took for "Brain Draining" and Mental Restoration. It was a wonderful week. My family joined me on the last leg of my stay at several cabins and a tent site. We had a little mix up with the tent site and some staff handled the situation better than others however overall, our stay was outstanding.

The website was not updated to reflect that none of the activities were available as described such as Putt putt, WiFi, basketball court, arcade, a waterside that was only open on the weekends and not during the week, store hours listed that did not match the actual store hours, a playground highly outdated and not kept clean, among other things. The price for one week was $425. Unbelievable.

Great campground. Nice clean lake with fun slide of the kids. They had activities all weekend for the kids.. Which they loved. All camping needs at store with delicious ice cream also. We will be back for sure!!

It is a family friendly establishment with friendly workers and staff. My kids enjoyed all of the activities and the lake. The only negativeside were that there was not sand at the beach to play in, and the campsites were too close. It was hard to get to sleep at night with the neighbors being loud even after quiet hours. We will however be coming back again!

Lovely area around a lake. Attractive sites. Wifi awful but was told theyre undergoing expensive improvements in that regard. Comcast was working on installing upgrades during our stay.

Hard to believe that it is a KOA! Seriously needs MUCH improvement everywhere, lots of poor quality band aid maintenance, repairs and upgrades. Still has a long way to go. Staff is friendly and helpful. Mostly used by annual site owners that contribute to the trashy feel of this KOA. It has potential, but will need money and a caring owner. S/B 1 star I gave 2 cause of friendly staff.

We spent several days camped here in December-January, preparing to travel west for the winter. We needed access to hookups and space to connect the tow vehicle. The site was really perfect for this purpose, even under 6" of snow. The owners were helpful, the rate was great, and from what I could see in the dead of winter, the campground and lake would make for some good camping in happier weather.

Everything was great! Our group will be back! Appreciated garbage pick up at the road daily!! Linda was very helpful and quickly had our bill adjusted for group price. Thank you Linda!
