Staff was very friendly. Our Site was a little crowded. People next to us had really spread out close to us. But otherwise it was good. Quiet time was observed. We picked out a bigger site for our next visit!

We arrived after hours to a Dirty site... complete with trash, & broken glass. This was a very atypical KOA experience... Our family didn't feel welcome or safe.

Park is in nice neighborhood. Camping sites are nicely shaded but neighbor sites are too close for our comfort. The lake is clear with a nice swim beach & slide. Restrooms & showers kept clean. FYI guests visiting you pay $5 per person. We had a bonus during our stay as the US Navy’s Blue Angels & USAF Thunderbirds were practicing over park. We had a free air show!

A work in progress. A lot of chaos in the office & outside. Space # assigned & on the map did not match the site poles-no one told us otherwise. Dirt/gravel roads plowed for 2 days w/o any spray of water for dust. Rig & truck filthy! Fire pits level with the ground, dangerous tripping hazard. If work is done timely & correctly, should be a nice place. Convenient to many tourist locations.

Apparently they double booked out site, so they gave us a better one at no extra charge. Staff was courteous & friendly. Camp was very quiet & peaceful at night. I wish the store/office was open more in the evening, but there are other shopping options nearby.

This was our first visit to this KOA and it was very quiet. The ONLY reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we did not find many amenities at this campground. In all fairness, they just recently became a KOA Campground. We did not use the Dog Park as it was some walk to get to it. Perhaps in time they will add more amenities like other KOA's? Really dirty, dog park fence ripped off completely on one side, packed in, next door camper's sewer drain 2 feet from side door and picnic table in every pull in space, run down.

Every Campground should "have a Ron" ! We think he was the groundskeeper. He directed us in, knew we wouldn't be able to fit where they put us, so he called and had us switched. He sold us firewood, as the front desk closes at 5PM. The next day he helped direct us out and helped to take our garbage. He was awesome! I cant say much about the manager, I left 3 messages and he never called back.

Just a quick over night stop. I requested a pull thru but trying to leave in my 35 footer was all about backing up and not even trying to pull out. It would be impossible for my camper size. Plus charging $5 for just one slide is ridiculous. If this KOA can improve and use the big lake onsite along with better logistics on sites. This place could rock it!

Very crowded camp ground. Not well kept. Only a few showers for so many campsites and they were not clean. Would not recommend staying here. We chose it because it was close to the Henry Ford museum and Greenfield Village.

Nice site overlooking the lake but the campground needs attention. Nice helpful personnel but closing the camp store at 5:00 PM is not helpful when you are sightseeing and not returning until after 5!

The camp a fiasco. And the internet is ridiculous. The only signals are slow connection to no connection. I’m marking up to you having company growing pains. Hope things are better next year.

The staff was friendly and had no issues with my site or hookups. The campground was severely lacking. They advertised a dog area but none was to be found. There was a weird fenced in gravel pit with a partially busted fence right in the middle. Place definitely needs work for the price I was charged.

Only complaint is the dust from the roads. Know it’s hard to manage something like this but even lightly watering would help. We were there Dinosaur weekend and the grandsons had a ball!

Campsite was great beautiful site on the water nice clean showers and bathrooms. Great staff. Dumpsters were not easily accessible at the exit. Can't easily dump trash after being hooked up to leave

No site when we arrived . Prepaid for a pull thru site. Lady at desk said it would create domino effect if site reserved was given to us. No WiFi manager said he didn’t know he needed to let folks know about internet being down only a month. Campers told us it’s been down with May. Camp need maintenance. Poor dirt rds and pads sand gets in your camper.

We had a lot of fun here. The amenities and store were great. The water slide into the lake was neat. It’s a busy place and not many trees near the pull thru sites. The only issues we had were a golf cart blaring music and driving around at night. Also, our site was a little short to accomodate a trailer and truck, we had to wedge in the truck on the end. All in all, we’d stay there again!

Camp is very nice & the staff is very friendly & helpful. Only problem was that the office & store seems to close at different times every day. Other KOAs I’ve been at send a reminder text 1 hour before closing; this would have been nice if they can’t be open more hours.

We had site 5 on a corner and the dust from the road was so bad, we couldn't sit outside and the motorhome and car got covered. We also had a tree limb hit our windshield and break it.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The grounds need some work. Would have been nice to have the roads chip and tarred instead of dirt. Was quite dusty even when going slow. Fairly new ownership so I must give them the benefits of the doubt that they are planning on making upgrades. The lake and amenities are really great. If back this way I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

Large campground and lake with walking trail. Nice staff. Recently a KOA again, still improvements to do. Doesn’t feel well kept. Seasonal sites looked messy. Charge $5 for big water slide, not a part of the $75 per night we paid, huh? Pot smokers everywhere, not sure they can stop that but not for us and our family. Weird feel from other KOA’s we’ve stayed. Decided we prefer private campgro

Peaceful. Kids enjoyed riding bikes through the trails, swimming, fishing, made new friends and staff was great. The only downfall store opened too late (9) n was not always opened in middle of day. Also, speed is 10mph, number of children flying around it should be lowered to 5mph for there safety. Other than that...great place. MAYBE OPEN STORE AT 7 WITH FRESH HOT COFFEE N CHEAPER PRICES, < MPH

Very friendly staff, easy move in procedures. I like being able to pick up supplies at the store making it convenient. The sites are laid out well and everyone has been so nice.

Your website said you had activities my grandchildren were looking to do. When we inquired you said they had taken the arcade out and no more miniature golf. There were bees around the playground, luckily no one got bitten. They we wanting t use the water slide but that was being repaired also. Our site could smell sewer quite often and neighbors were smoking marijuana which is now legal.

Very friend staff. Our site was tight for our size of trailer. Please consider putting a pool in. You would be closer to a 5 star rating. Not everyone likes a lake. The grounds are a little run down.

Very relaxing! Staff was very friendly. Did have to ask them to empty the trash near the dump station - it was overflowing for 2 days. They stepped up their game after that. :)

We spent several days camped here in December-January, preparing to travel west for the winter. We needed access to hookups and space to connect the tow vehicle. The site was really perfect for this purpose, even under 6" of snow. The owners were helpful, the rate was great, and from what I could see in the dead of winter, the campground and lake would make for some good camping in happier weather.

Everything was great! Our group will be back! Appreciated garbage pick up at the road daily!! Linda was very helpful and quickly had our bill adjusted for group price. Thank you Linda!
