They took care of us! The site we were assigned was not suitable. The person who took the reservation did not schedule us properly. After we arrived, the owners moved us into a suitable site without us even requesting the move. The stay was great. We were there a week.

We had to pay extra for the camping space because it had a patio and it was the only one available. Had to clean the grill as it had never been cleaned and had cooked food stuck on it. No sewer hook on our space. Had to wait for dump tank on certain days or unhook and go to dump station. No WIFI in park.Had to go to office to use it. Ok for family camping. Safe for kids.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of trees surround each site, a UP vibe! Loved it!

We parked on Grass which was very damp. Our jacks even with pads underneath dug in the soft ground. We never could get level! It's someplace we would not stay again, especially after it had rained.

Disappointed that slide was broke and one pool not heated. Also no fitted sheet on main bed, just mattress pad to sleep on.

A beautiful place to camp, although mosquitoes and raccoons are there more than I've expected. And if you arrive late(after sunset), and get one of the wooded spots, I don't recommend trying to set up your camper, unless it's a less then 20 feet long and your driving skills are above average (it is tight). Otherwise, HAPPY CAMPING!

Great campground with a TON of amenities and things to do! Extremely clean and well taken care of - lots of options for site locations. Wish there was more full hook up availability/sites to accommodate longer stays.

5 days campground is clean restrooms are clean staff is always friendly we had changes in the 4 sites that were booked with no problem

Staff was always helpful.Treated our family as their own.Each seemed to enjoy their part and care about the place.Disappointed in upkeep of pool heaters, slide, part of splash pad not working, weeding/need of more sand at playgrounds.Will stay here again and recommend to friends.Would pay more for our stay if that would help to keep the slide running and use a deposit system for mini golf.

Overall it was a nice campground but the sites were very close and right on top of one another. The firepits were too high so you couldn't enjoy a fire unless you stood up or had a raging fire. Also, we like to cook on the fire and there weren't any grates available so we couldn't cook outside. Thankfully we had a camper and were able to cook inside.

We had a very enjoyable time. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the facilities were clean. If I had to say anything negative, it would be the loud music coming from the pool area, (which started up at 7:10am Sunday morning, quite time is 11:00pm - 8:00am) Also, the only people going too fast on the golf carts, would be the KOA staff.

The campground is awesome for families. There is so much for kids to do. My only complaint is the smell around our cabin. We stayed in 264 and when standing on the porch, all you smell is septic/sewage. It is TERRIBLE. When you run the water in the kitchen sink it also smells like sewage (on warm). You don’t smell it on hot. It makes your stomach turn. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable.

Such a beautiful campground!! There was so much to do for our son and he was never bored!! I loved the texts that kept us informed on the daily activities! Your camp store has everything a person could need!! We will definitely be back!!

Couldn’t use fire pit due to every time it rained our cabin yard flooded. I know u can stop Mother Nature but put some trenches in or something. Staff at store was very unfriendly and never once did I hear a thank you or have a nice day, it’s little things that mean a lot. Pool needs to be vacuumed.

Bathrooms not clean, first night stay fecal matter on the floor and toilets at the front of the campground. Attempt second bath house and same, fecal matter on the toilets. Showers appeared not clean in second bath house, handicap shower hot and cold was backwards in setting. Needed to turn handle to cold to get hot water. Roadways not marked well and does no allow two traffic, no direction signs

Lots of things for the kids and family to do. Not over crowded. Only reason for not the full 10. Was difficult to get our camper into our spot. Thankfully we knew the people across from us and had some people help.

I really like it there but I don't like that you're turning all the wooded sites into permanent sites. I really like site 252 but my Favorite was 251 that I would get for years. But now it's a permanent. And the fire pit rings are horrible. You really need to cut the in half. So the kids can actually make pudgie pies and smores.

Great family campground. Lots of great activities for kids of all ages. Great friendly and helpful staff. Clean restrooms/showers. There is a sewer smell throughout the park. We had temps in upper 70's concerned what the smell may be like when the temps hit 90. Overall great place and we will visit again.

From check in to leaving our first time camping (in a tent) was wondering! Tanya was working the front desk and was so incredibly helpful…. She got Westley to escort us to our site and was so helpful with all my questions! Throughout our weekend stay she checked in on us and was a smiling face to see around the camp. Westley went out of his way to start a fire for us! What great young adults!!!

It was a campground with many amenities and the staff were pleasant, however there needs to be some significant maintenance done in bathrooms (only one shower worked in the women’s area), pool/slide (heater not working for the small pool and slide not operating due to a broken part) and general cleanliness. Washers/dryers broken, too. Many weeds around mini golf area. Lots of seasonals

Busy 4th of July week. Crazy and fun in campground. All was good, but bathrooms could be attended to more often. Great place for families. Lot of activities and workers were all good. Overall good experience.

What a great place to stay! Everyone was friendly and waved. They are very strict on the pool wrist band, which seemed a little overboard.

We reserved the deluxe site which was great!!! However it is not an easy campground to maneuver. Our site was on the end so it wasn't too tough for us but other sites were way to narrow and would have been a challenge. The ladies bathroom had 3 stalls and two of them were plugged on and off everyday. The showers were small and cold, no room for getting dressed. The site cost me over $200 a day!!!

It was very nice we had a nice big spot. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We didn’t use any facilities so can’t comment. We did try to get a drink/food at the bar but no one w as ever available to work but we get it with the shortage of workers so we won’t hold that against this place

Most disjointed KOA we have ever stayed at. One of very few parks where having an escort to your site is valuable, and this one didn’t have it. Site itself was huge, never stayed in park with only grass for site, no pad. Was afraid to put jacks down given the wet state of the grass. Although in Door county, it’s southern county and quite a ways to most of the touristy things.

Needs more sites with full hook up! Poor bathroom and showers. Restaurant needs more help serving food and drinks. Food and drink order was wrong and we were the only ones eating at the table. Water slide broke. Said they could not get the part. Heard from other campers that go there all the time, that the water slid is always broke. Movie night was forest Gump! Disney movie better for the kids.

I stayed in Deluxe cabin for two nights. It was good stay, i used pool and game room. Pool was good , gameroom needs little update so kids can have more fun on rainy day as on second day of our stay it was raining all day. Also there was some smell in water in cabin kitchen tap. Overall i liked the concept and amenities at door county KOA.

Please don’t post pictures of my kids in swimsuits on FB.Please invest in new toilets, sinks, shower heads. The shower area by park: 1 worked well, 1 a little mist, 1 not at all. When I asked the cleaners inside while trying to take shower to see if they could get one to work she said she didn’t know and it works for her. Had a good vacation, only thing is the very large fire pits hard to cook on as well as see and enjoy a fire. Also the dog park is great but could use some shade with a couple more benches. Dust is also a concern, with all the vehicles and carts riding around very dusty.

We had an enjoyable stay. After visiting KOA(Quietwoods) over the last 30 some years, the lack of maintenance is apparent.

This campground is a gem - beautifully wooded sites with fun and well kept pools. The only thing I would improve is the cleanliness and water pressure in the bathrooms. We had a wonderful time!
