The campground was very nice and clean. All the employees were really helpful and nice. The only issues were the amount of golf carts running around and the group of 20 somethings that decided to play with my cornhole game. We saw them and they left as we pulled up to the camper. Overall it is a super nice campground I will book again in the future.

Pool slide was broken...again. 2 years ago there were 2 slides, last year 1 slide that broke halfway thru our trip, this year no slides. Kids were disappointed. Bathrooms need maintenance, only 1 of the 3 showers worked. The site across from me had no working electric so had to move. Some sites did not have fire rings, and the constant push to buy from fireside bar and grill is a bit much!

Wish the site was picked up from garbage left by last campers. Found lots of beer bottle caps and other garbage in the grass. Band and activities were fun!

Rude general manager who lies. Elderly security on golf cart called children "jerks". Slide seems never to be operating. Extremely overpriced. Should not be charging extra for over 2 people!! We will be looking for a different campground for next 4th of July.

1. Bathrooms were gross. Toilets plugged constantly because they had no flush power (not staff's fault, but plumbing). Shower heads did not work well. Iron in water smelled bad. Rebuild the bathrooms with more stalls! 2. Various campers were playing loud music during the day. KOA should enforce a no loud music from sites 24 hours. 3. Fire rings were so tall! We couldn't even see our fire.

There were too young adults taking food orders that had the demeanor of a rock. No hello, no greeting whatsoever, and when we told them thank you no response from either.

The bathrooms are disgusting. The water hookup was broken at our site and it took over 36 hours before it was fixed. The pools were filthy and the water slide was broken.

Fire pits are too high, you can’t enjoy the fire. My toddler has a higher tendency of touching the fire pit since it’s at his level. Where’s the safety in that? Camping is a family activity. Why don't the seasonal people have them? All amenities were not up working. Site wasn’t big enough for our camper (& I always over exaggerate when booking). Dirty/clogged bathrooms. Water slide didn’t work. Half the splash pad didn’t work. Broken boards & rusty screws on the playground. Rope ladder broke when my 3yo used it. Stumps in the middle of the site. Water lines not buried so most likely full of bacteria. Extremely unenthusiastic staff in the store.

It was very noisy and I was surprised that they provided unlimited beer. The laundry facilities didn’t work and they were filthy. (Especially the one at the top of the hill). We were also not given any help getting into our spot and it was not easy to figure out. (The spots next to the laundry facility in the middle really need to be more clearly marked). Overall very disappointing.

While we had fun this past weekend, we were disappointed that our group was broken up. My brother booked three sites together in January. Upon our arrival, we found out that he was put on a different site because his site was given to someone else. No one seemed to have an answer to this issue, which was frustrating. I am not sure if I would come back with a group for this reason.

We really enjoyed our 5 nights here. We had a site in the trees that looked great but didn't have full hookups. They let us move to the other side of the park with full hookups. Staff was great. Very peaceful and quiet enough to hear the birds. Trees for shade, lots of space, close to facilities. We'll be back next time!

We stayed there for 3 nights and had a great time. The bathrooms were clean, for the most part. When it got busy, Saturday, is when they got dirty. The tall fire pits, defeated the purpose of having a fire, as they blocked the view of the fire, any heat they may have supplied and made it hard to even roast marshmallows. Other than that, the staff was great and activities were fun.

We loved coming their with the kids as the location n sites are amazing! But the water slides were not open at all this year and your prices are crazy high!! Almost $400 for our family to stay for the weekend and there isn’t anything for them to do besides sit in a pool cause the water slides are supposedly still broke and it’s almost 100 degrees out.

$400 does seem a little excessive! I checked all the reservations in your group and don't see that anyone paid anything close to $400. Perhaps you have confused us with another campground.

I understand that the fire pits are set high for safety reasons. You can't cook over a pit this high. I have never been to another KOA with these pits. I was not able to cook over the fire this week! I called ahead regarding your golf cart rules and was told there were none. We were not told the pool/slide was closed. This is the main attraction of this campground.

No problems but the pool music could be heard inside our trailer. Vary loud.

Too many unfilled potholes on the roads within campground. Bath house by dumpsters only the middle shower had decent water pressure. Sink water pressure wasn't good. The one and only water hose at dumpstation in back did not work. Look like the handle broke off cuz there's a lot of black electrical tape over it. 206 was my site, water hook up was far off the site, almost hidden

The staff was very helpful. We changed cabins and they were great about it. We also forgot something very important and they were great about that too. The cabin and location was beautiful as well. We would definitely stay again. It was a great time.

Very disappointed the big pool and water slide were not in use. After talking to a permanent they said it’s been down for at least 3 weeks. We pay the extra to come to Koa for the nice pool facilities. Won’t be back for a long time

The big pool was down for less than 5 days before we had removed it, taken it to be rebuilt and reinstalled. I'm sorry you were misinformed.

They have a very nice pool, the staff was friendly, and the restrooms were ok. The showers at the front never really got hot, so if you want to shower here use the ones that are farther back.

the camp site was very small an was shoved in between two spots couldnt pull car up to spot. asked to be moved got moved to better spot but didnt find out till after set up it was rv plug only so didnt have any electricity. was close to pool but other pool was closed down. we were across from some long term campers who were loud. pool was very nice.

Very quiet and well maintained facility. The staff was friendly and polite. The only issue we had was that the prior campers threw leftover hamburgers in the treed area on our site and our dogs found them. This is no reflection on the campground but the inconsiderate former campers.

Pool slide wasn't working, adult pool was closed and parts of splash pad were broken. The staff was friendly and very professional. They were the best part of our stay.

Thank you for your kind remarks. It is certainly not our intention to have the water slide down. The pool motor blew out at the big pool. It has since been repaired and all is well again.

We stayed here before it was taken over by KOA and it is not the same anymore..the nice little store is empty and high cost on what little they do carry, The pool was cold, the 2nd pool was closed and the water slide was not working, the big side is gone..even with the 2nd pool closed and the campground FULL they still let people come in on a Day Pass which over crowds the pool that is open more..

We have stayed with Quiet woods several times. We have also camped at several KOA's in the past. We were very disappointed this camping vacation. The heater in the pool was out, the other pool was closed, the fire pits were problematic for cooking with a tri-pod, the bathrooms were dirty, one shower didn't even work, and activities were limited (not counting the rain at all).

We left early with all the issues we had. Toilets not clean, no tp or soap. New fire pits are horrible, too high. Can’t see or feel heat from fire. Our tripod didn’t fit around it to cook over. Advertised open kitchen but so understaffed they only had pizza but at least 5 working in the store part. They changed one pool to adult only(disappointing) and wasn’t even open. They said broke pump.

Rain turned our spot into a mud pit (no drainage), bathrooms were constantly out of TP and soap. Tractor driving around pumping campers making the whole place smell like poop.

Was very packed when we arrived on Friday and empty on Monday. The folks running this place do a heroic job coordinating lots of activities for families and deserve lots of credit. We just needed a quiet rest so we got that. It did rain a lot while we were there which was lovely because we are from California and need rain I would recommend this for other families for sure

Unsatisfied, charged $5.00 per child that could not use the big pool or slide it was closed. No movie Friday night. No toilet paper in restrooms. Pizza was smaller and didn’t taste as good as quitewoods. Fire pits so high couldn’t watch the fire.dog park needs water for pets and shade umbrellas to hot for them to run and have fun with no shade. Would recommend a splash pad for dogs.

We use to visit this campground before KOA took over and it was amazing. After this stay we are unlikely to return. The arcade appears dirty and run down. 1 of the pools was not open. The open one was freezing cold. The water slide did not work. All of the dumpsters were moved to the back of the grounds. Bathrooms were not as clean as previous years. Our sites were not marked as sewer sites.

Disgusting. It was very dirty. The bathrooms were not cleaned well. I went to the bathroom AFTER the cleaning guy was removing his sign and packing up and 2 toilets were plugged and disgusting, floor was gross, door on the 3 stall didn't lock. You also charged me to take my children CAMPING. Isn't camping supposed to be a family affair and you are going to charge me extra when it'salready$$$?
