I was a bit disappointed in the cleaning of our cabin, there was food left in the sink, food crumbs on the counter, ketchup on the wall and light switch. I cleaned all of those things. We left the cabin cleaner than we got it.There also was no blankets or pillows for the sleeper sofa. We didn't know this till we opened it up for bedtime at 10:30pm.There were no garbage bags, or other needed things

Not all bath rooms were open and functioning like they should! Amenities were lacking for kids half the stuff doesn’t work! Will try one more time if things aren’t fixed will never go back or recommend it to any one!

I don't know of any restrooms that weren't open during your stay. Next time, please mention to the front desk or ask for a manager. We will be happy to address your concerns.

Very disappointed our unit wasn’t available at 3, first available at 3:30.We found the unit dirty especially the covered deck, disgusting.The vent inside the unit had 1/8” dust on it.Floors were dusty/dirty.Door to the water heater did not close letting any critter crawl in & be inside the unit.Dead trees above our cars very worry some.Loved going when it was Quiet Woods.Won’t come back!

We had a wonderful time from the sweet welcome in the office to the funny guy who escorted us to our site to the services this campground offers, we were beyond satisfied! Thank you!

Cabin was really nice staff was very friendly and helpful A little disappointed about the swimming attractions not being completely ready The Bar has FANTASTIC frozen flavored margaritas..with great bartenders and a nice outside bar area to overlook the pool

Our reservation said "tranquil woody area". Nothing tranquil here. This place is mostly permanent sites and very congested. They seemed surprised at the size of our trailer even though it was in our reservation. Told us we might have trouble getting to our site - they were right. We had a permanent camper 5 feet from our firepit, with a large wastewater tank staring at us under the camper. YUCK!

Was looking forward to one of the best campgrounds I use to camp at before KOA took over and when we got there nothing was working the slide was shut down the entire time and that was one of the biggest reasons for going, also one of the pools was green and shut down the day they got that running the other pool went down which made that pool packed and we could not swim and it was VERY HOT outside

I was actually thankful that the temperature was cool, every day but Sunday. We have be working with the pool company to get these problems resolved.We do aplogize for the inconvenience and hope you were able to take advantage of several of the other planned activities we had to offer.

When we arrived it was closed but I found my reservation. The restaurant was closed but two staff were sitting outside and they volunteered TY o heat up f old we forvour dinner. One staff member walked to our campsite yo see if we needed anything else and where the bathrooms and showers. Very helpful and friendly staff.

One of the main selling points for us was the body slides, splash pad, and pools. When we checked in, we learned that the body slide was not working. One of the pools was not working (which made the smaller pool much more crowded), and half of the splash pad was not working. The bathrooms were horribly disgusting (even by campground bathroom standards).

Bathrooms are gross. When I changed my toddler’s poop diaper there was no liner in the main bathroom so I was walking all over the pool area with a poop diaper looking for a garbage can. Staff doesn’t seem to know anything and is rude. There were multiple different incidents in the same weekend when the pools weren’t open for various reasons. Got chased by dogs. One site had 7 unleashed

I'm sorry you had that experience. Please feel free to ask for a manager if you feel you need further assistance then what the front desk clerks can provide. Dogs should always be on a leash and we would have addressed that immediately had we known.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds. The grounds are always well kept, bathrooms are clean, and the staff are friendly. We had a concern this past weekend and the manager came to our site within the hour to address it personally. We feel so safe at this campground and they’ve even recently hired individuals to assist as security. Would highly recommend!

One of the pools was broken, the water slide was broken and the kiddos pool was down as well. I understand some things happen totally out of their control but the management/staff was not friendly or sincere about it at all. Bathrooms near the pool were absolutely disgusting also. We camped with 2 other family's and will NOT be returning ever again.

It’s upsetting that we are paying to have the amenities of the water slide and multiple pools and two of the pools and water slides were closed leaving a very crowded single pool open. Staff were rude when questioned discounted sites or vouchers. Fire rings were ridiculously high where you couldn’t enjoy a fire with them on without a huge pile of wood. We used to love coming to this "Quiet Woods" camp ground. Last year when it became a KOA, it seemed a few things went downhill. We chalked it up to new ownership and Covid. This year we were greatly disappointed with our stay. Only 1 of the two pools was open all weekend. The children's pool was closed. And the water slide also closed. Office staff was less than helpful. Better options...

The park was well maintained, and our pull-thru sight was spacious and quiet. The only issue we had was seasonal site drivers drove past the transient sites way to fast, creating clouds of dust that blew our way.

Was 1st trip since KOA took it over. We had our 9.5 mo grandchild was and should have been the perfect spot. Upon arrival, nobody by large pool, splash pad, or slide. Young workers behind counter said they've been down for wks so they didn't know. Mgr said the motor broke weeks ago. No excuse for this especially in heat and for price charged. No restaurant anymore. Everything gone downhil.

The staff was fantastic!! The campground was clean and easy to navigate. The only issue was that the bathrooms weren't kept clean on a regular basis.

The cabin had a rotten egg smell. The linen & towels had someone else hair on it. One of the pools and slide were closed on a weekend where its more busy. Some of the staff was clueless on questions we had. The people working the front desk charged both me and my husband's card for fire wood.( Because you can't bring your own fire wood). It was a nice experience could use some improvements.

Bathrooms were disgusting and your big pool was closed. We paid a lot of money to camp there and we weren’t even able to swim in the big pool.

Loved the campground and the people we met there. Super frustrated with the pools. Throughout our stay there was only one pool open. The water slide was broken and has yet to be up and running for either of our stays. We had to leave the campground to go to a beach because the one pool open was extremely crowded. Honestly we won’t be back unless the weather is too cold to swim.

The new firepits are horrible unless KOA is going to be supplying the firewood at no cost (which they didn't). The pools and splashpad were constantly broke and closed all weekend which left my children completely disappointed. The bar/restaurant is no longer serving food like it used to. The showers had only cold water. I will not be returning to another KOA as this is unacceptable.

We only closed the pool and splash pad for a brief time when we had to do maintenance and sanitizing. I'm sorry if this was an inconvenience to you and I do hope you were able to take advantage of some of the other great planned activities.

We had a good time. We were arriving late and in the dark and original had a back in site assign but before they left for the evening, the staff reassigned us to a pull through site to make it easier for us. We were thankful.

I think the slide is still broken from last year how can I not be repaired and running yet I do not understand. The one pool was shut down the whole time. They told us the pump was out how hard is it to get a pump or keep a spare does not seem that difficult at all. Kitty pool was also broken during our stay. For the reasons that we go there nothing was working. Campground was clean and staff was

I don't recall the pool being down at all last year. Safety is our top priority so opening the pool without it being chemically balanced just wasn't an option.

Very friendly. Nice amenities and wonderful pools. The roads are VERY narrow and winding - it was very difficult getting our 27-foot trailer to our site, and one of the two dump sites has a hairpin turn. WiFi is only in the office, and cell service is nearly nonexistent, so plan on being truly off the grid. The staff is friendly and helpful.

When we stayed here, it smelled so bad of sewage that we requested a refund and took our business elsewhere. Much happier at a different campground. Very disappointed in the KOA here.

This was my 2nd time at the DC KOA. I love the Deluxe Cabins! Only concern with cabin 263 was the pull out sofa...it was not at all usable. The surface of the bed was uneven. I had to purchase a queen size air mattress for my daughters to sleep on. The water also had a Sulphur smell that was not present when we stayed last year. Overall though, I love the campground, location and staff!

Disappointed compared to when we were there 2 years ago. Cabin was dirty, needed repairs and had a terrible sulfer smell when hot water ran. Nothing was done to fix it while we were there. No discounts or refunds were offered.

Bathrooms were filthy all weekend. Parts from broken urinal piled on last working one. Streets thru wooded permanent side above 120 as well as site were so narrow We had to back up to repoint my 30’ to miss trees. I rubbed one. Golf carts/ side by sides galore. This is the reason we use KOA and not Yogi Bears! And $80 Back in with NO SEWER should have everything including WiFi that Amazing but n

Please note that your new fire pits that were installed on the sites have a VERY shape edge on the bottom of the upper lip. My husband cut his leg pretty bad - he should have had stitches, but we were camping with several paramedics, and they were able to clean it and dress it. Someone could really get hurt on these new, higher fire pits...

This is the 2nd year in a row that we rented a cabin (203) in Brussels Wi. that the Air Conditioning didn't work. Always freezing up. Need to unplug it for several hours to thaw out as it gets hotter in the cabin. By the time you go to bed it's still extremely uncomfortable. We fish all day in the heat and want to come back to the cabin to relax and cool off and can't. Everything else was fine.
