Had a great time!! Only disappointment was pool wasn't open on Saturday like email had stated but they did explain that it was a typo. We just adjusted plans. Had a great time!!

The pool was supposed to be open, but wasn't. It was weather permitting and mid-80s I thought for sure. I love this campground, but would have gone elsewhere this weekend to get in the water.

We were slightly disappointed the pool wasn’t opened since online it said it would be weather permitting and it was HOT and beautiful outside but other than that we had a fantastic stay! The kids loved it and we will be back!

Tried to call for months to ask a few questions, I also emailed with no return call or emails. Once my dad checked in I got a text asked if I could check out late on Sunday I got the okay since I had to work and my family would be staying there. I showed up to pick up the trailer and a kid came and yelled at me for not checking out on time. Showed him the text and that was the end of his attitude.

Lot was big and nice, barely any spots with sewer. The water smelled so bad. Made our camper smell awful at first, then it was very metallic smelling. Barely any cellular connection in the area we were at. Kinda in the middle of know where if you needed something delivered if you didn’t have a car like food or something, nobody would. Bathhouse in the back, eww Not up to my typical KOA standard.

3things that bothered me. Dead bird parts on my picnic table could not use it bathroom floors were very wet after cleaning had to use lots of paper towel to dry the floor and sites was not level and very soggy no gravel pad.

What a wonderful stay we had! This is a terrific campground and the facilities are great. The bathroom areas are immaculately clean and extremely well maintained. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was great to see so much renovation and renewal being done. The absolute highlight of our visit was the magnificent manager Denise. She is absolutely the best we have ever known. Thank you!!

Looks like there is plenty to do at the KOA. The downside is the amount of golf carts in the camp is unreal. Once it gets dark, guests drive crazy and go faster than the poster 5.5 mph speed limit. My camper was full of dust when I left. My family almost got hit a few times. This KOA is more of a permanent camping spot and not a destination for just weekend campers.

Campsite was full of tripping hazards. They had taken out the brick from around the fire pit which created a 2-3 inch lip. Fresh gravel was put down and not leveled out very well.

Staff had no idea what was going on, from the front desk to the bar. The bartender didn’t even know that they had a happy hour that was advertised around the campground. A lot of confusion at the front desk with how to even check out a purchased item.

Early in the season so not much open but we loved that KOA! Staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom/showers were phenomenal! Lots were beautiful, and even though we didn't have any kids with us we could tell there were a ton of things for them to do. We will definitely stay there again when we're up in that area.

Only 6 full hookup sites. Pump out available $ after 5 days. Cell service was terrible. No WiFi or cable. Store was not open to posted hours. Otherwise clean quiet campground.

Rude staff, the closest laundry facility and dumping station were broken. Closest bathrooms were closed and locked. They had no propane or firewood on site. Seasonal residents were flying around on golf carts. Our site boarded someone’s personal property line with their dogs that barked constantly. Door County is beautiful. KOA has limited full hookups. Campground was not fully operational yet... laundry and restaurant were closed

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! They remembered our group as “The Cousins!” Which made us all feel really welcome. The grounds were clean and the cabin I stayed in had all new appliances!

My family stayed at your Door County KOA this weekend and we see there was a 30% discount for new reservations. This was not provided to us and I am wondering if we could get the 30% discount because we were first timers with a new reservation. We stayed April 23-25 at campsite 252. We paid $46 something per night but we show new reservations are 30% off at that time. It was great other than that.

I find it interesting you care about your guests’ stays. Multiple seasonal campers have reached out to corporate officials to express concerns about this campground with no response. Disappointed they turned the shallow pool into adults only. Kids really enjoyed that pool in the past. Now the one pool is going to be overcrowded. Otherwise we really enjoy it here.

This is by far the best year that I can remember. The staff was so nice, they spoke to everyone with respect and never once did I hear any staff screaming at customers like occurred with the old owners. This was an amazing positive change and I'm excited for next season!

We truly enjoyed the cabin, the space was great! My husband and I felt that it could have been a bit cleaner. There was a lot of dust on tv stand, toothpaste in bathroom cab & crumbs in the cabinets. I even took pictures. Im just curious why someone couldn’t have wiped that down prior to us checking in!? I believe we left it cleaner when we left because I wiped down all the cabinets and wood wor

There needs to be more staff. Priorities need to be identified. Staff regularly cleans out fire pits and picks up garbage bags from campsites. Campers can dispose of their own garbage. Cleaning of fire pits doesn’t need to be done as often as it is. A bathroom remained out of order for nearly have the season. Why was that not fixed immediately? Bathrooms cleaned more.Dead trees need to be remove

Thank you for your feedback. During this year of pandemic it was difficult trying to fill the positions that we have. It was a tough year for us all, but I'm glad to say we made it thru. I'm not sure which bathroom you are speaking of. We didn't have one that was out the entire season.

The people were so loud they're it was never quiet till almost midnight then it got loud again by 5:30 am. No sewer hook up was a pain. The sites were hard to get into and not level by any means.

Please refund my money from my stay last weekend 10/16 - 10/19 Covid was in the office and we were told everything was cancelled and we could leave and be refunded.
