The bathrooms were not clean and not functional because of plugged toilets. They just fired the manager so there was no help there. Firepits are too tall with tall tree stumps around the firepit. No activities for the kids to do which were canceled because of no staff.

I'm in disbelief with the state of the grounds and bathrooms. I have pictures to prove it. You're better off using the woods and no shower then using the bathrooms. Wow just wow. I didn't want to believe the reviews . I feel I need a refund. Very disappointed. Kids were so grossed out. Only bonus staff was kind during interactions . Views were great. But pretty sure we caught a disease or two

They had 7 people quit the weekend we went so they had no activities or anything that was originally scheduled. They could have at least offered the activities as do it on your own with the kids.

Overall our stay was ok. Mix of KOA campers and permanent campers was a fun experience. Friendly check-in staff. Be more aware of site layouts when giving directions. Their was confusion on the very narrow road between multiple campers due to not knowing which way to go to get backed in. Heavily wooded sites and a few barking dogs. Did not see KOA staff at all after check-in.

Overall a good campground with beautiful views of door county and a wooded theme throughout. The major (and only) shortcoming was they seemed very short staffed. So much so that all of the activities that involved staff were canceled for the weekend. Luckily trick-or-treating stayed on or the kids would have been devastated. We will certainly be returning.

Stay was good but all events were cancelled and that’s why we had 9 campers come up there I wish I could by the camp ground and make it fun like it use to be

The site was way over priced. I was okay with it since there were a ton of activities planned for the Halloween weekend which they even text us to remind us of before we came and when we got there it was all cancelled because of low staff. Everyone with us was disappointed!

The cabin was great we had a wonderful time! My only request/complaint is that the cabin could’ve been cleaned a little better and there were no towels and blankets and pillows without asking for them. I understand due to a situation they were completely understaffed but they were super friendly and did the very best they could.

The cabin we rented was very clean. The bed in the main bedroom was not. Looked like the sheets and bedding we not cleaned or changed since the last time someone was there. Also, disappointing that were weren't any activities going on.

There was no staff except for one person in the office. We went for the bands for Halloween weekend, they were cancelled. Bar and restaurant were closed, at least for supper time. The water wasn't working at the pump out station. Overall experience was not like the past years.

Our experience was awful. Apparently due to staff being fired/quitting every activity was cancelled. No music and nothing for the kids and adults. Bathrooms were gross. Some were closed, toilets clogged forcing people to pee outside. I am so disappointed. To spend about $175 to go there for Halloween activities just for nothing to be going on was ridiculous. Some sort of refund needs to be issued.

Water pressure was terrible all weekend, and there was nothing going on for the kids to do. I 100% understand staffing issues however for the price you pay to stay, there should be things to do and decent water pressure.

All activities were canceled, but we didn't kno that until we got there. Too many trees in the way when back in camper.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin for 6 nights. We were only given 2 towels and could not get them replaced because the office was always closed when we were at the cabin. Inside the cabin was fairly clean but outside the cabin was covered with spider webs. We had a few spider encounters inside also which didn't sit wello with my wife. No TV, No wireless. Firepits is 2 feet deep so you can't enjoy a fire.

Bar was never open. No entertainment that they stated they were going to have. The wasps were awful my husband got bit.

There are a lot of full-time residents at this camp and it shows. The atmosphere is very party-like and loud late into the evening. On the plus side, the showers were clean, but there weren't near enough of them for a camp this size and there was always a line. We went for special halloween event that was canceled due to lack fo staff. It looked like it might be fun in the summer for kids.

Bathrooms needed a good cleaning. The presentation of the employees was not good. Uniforms needed to be more presentable. I know they were short staffed, but we were there mid week and not a lot of campers were there. Appearance is the first thing a camper sees and it has to be improved. Laundry was very expensive! Not like other KOAs. It should be more reasonable. ,

Late in the season . everything closed up for the season.But I'm sure it's great in the summer. Couple of things I would recommend. For people that don't have a tow vehicle it would be nice for you to have a shuttle going to the closes town a couple times a day. And golf cart rentals would help us elderly get around better.

Staff were lovely, we checked in after hours and site exceeded expectations. It was quiet. Bathrooms and showers are dated, but you can see they are working to update things.

Quietwoods Halloween weekends were always a blast. KOA taking over and it was so-so. Not happy to have to pay extra for kids and not many activities for them. Could use some more kids activities - like a Fri night movie, Sat morning craft. Bathrooms are in need of maintenance. So many empty sites and so many seasonals for sale is concerning. Makes me wonder about the KOA future up there.

This is a big KOA, rustic with lots of trees and many long term campers. Our campsite was not cleaned before we arrived. There was a small stump sticking up in the campsite entry, made for a rough backing in. The firepit rim was 2 ft high, really could not enjoy the fire. Gravel needs to be added to campsites and roads. There is no propane, wifi, or cable. The restrooms and showers were clean.

Overall our stay was good- good site location, no issues,enjoyed the band and activities.Unfortunately, it wasn't like other years.In the past the campground was packed full-this year lots of empty sites; tons more trick or treaters-this year was way less; really missed the haunted house, haunted corn maze and zombie buses.I realize these are not all the campgrounds fault, just noting the change.

We have been booking the Halloween weekend for years. This year, was disappointing. The band was great! The sites were good. But… the other activities were terrible. There was so many open sites that it was disappointing trick or treating also. Not sure if we will be back. It is definitely not like it used to be. It went downhill in regards to the Halloween weekend.

Very nice staff. Good communication. Only negatives: no Internet available. We stream our TV; not able to do so. There were a few channels available over the antennae. Might consider signage to the dump station and to the exit. Utilized the map to the dump station. When leaving the park, we turned one street too soon and weren't sure we would get our 36 ft rig down this tight and winding road.
