Pool slide wasn't working, adult pool was closed and parts of splash pad were broken. The staff was friendly and very professional. They were the best part of our stay.

Thank you for your kind remarks. It is certainly not our intention to have the water slide down. The pool motor blew out at the big pool. It has since been repaired and all is well again.

We weren’t thrilled that it doesn’t seem like there’s good cleaning before a new family checks in. There were still crumbs on the table in the cabin & the floors certainly aren’t cleaned. Very nice, friendly campers and staff, the atmosphere was great. But, the campground it’s self was not meeting our expectations. The pool, stated “newly renovated” was not. The water slide was closed, and so was a whole other pool. In fact part of the pool sidings was ripped off, and so was a urial in the boys bathroom. During our stay 1 of the 2 pools were shut down as well as the water slide. There were several maintenance issues that needed taking care of as well. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

This was our very first time "glamping". We stayed in a deluxe cottage. We were beyond impressed! Such a quaint cottage that had everything you needed for a long weekend stay. So nice that you allow dogs to come stay as well...our dog loved laying by the firepit with us! I mean the supplied grill, the fire pit, the warm shower, the fully equipped kitchen...all was perfect. We will be back!!

We were sad to hear the slide is broken . That was why our kids wanted to come to your campground . I wish we were told that when checking in. There should be a sign Also our cabin was not ready till 345 and they did not let us stay longer the next day Otherwise it was great activities food and clean

I was a bit disappointed in the cleaning of our cabin, there was food left in the sink, food crumbs on the counter, ketchup on the wall and light switch. I cleaned all of those things. We left the cabin cleaner than we got it.There also was no blankets or pillows for the sleeper sofa. We didn't know this till we opened it up for bedtime at 10:30pm.There were no garbage bags, or other needed things

Very disappointed our unit wasn’t available at 3, first available at 3:30.We found the unit dirty especially the covered deck, disgusting.The vent inside the unit had 1/8” dust on it.Floors were dusty/dirty.Door to the water heater did not close letting any critter crawl in & be inside the unit.Dead trees above our cars very worry some.Loved going when it was Quiet Woods.Won’t come back!

Cabin was really nice staff was very friendly and helpful A little disappointed about the swimming attractions not being completely ready The Bar has FANTASTIC frozen flavored margaritas..with great bartenders and a nice outside bar area to overlook the pool

The cabin had a rotten egg smell. The linen & towels had someone else hair on it. One of the pools and slide were closed on a weekend where its more busy. Some of the staff was clueless on questions we had. The people working the front desk charged both me and my husband's card for fire wood.( Because you can't bring your own fire wood). It was a nice experience could use some improvements.

This was my 2nd time at the DC KOA. I love the Deluxe Cabins! Only concern with cabin 263 was the pull out sofa...it was not at all usable. The surface of the bed was uneven. I had to purchase a queen size air mattress for my daughters to sleep on. The water also had a Sulphur smell that was not present when we stayed last year. Overall though, I love the campground, location and staff!

Disappointed compared to when we were there 2 years ago. Cabin was dirty, needed repairs and had a terrible sulfer smell when hot water ran. Nothing was done to fix it while we were there. No discounts or refunds were offered.

This is the 2nd year in a row that we rented a cabin (203) in Brussels Wi. that the Air Conditioning didn't work. Always freezing up. Need to unplug it for several hours to thaw out as it gets hotter in the cabin. By the time you go to bed it's still extremely uncomfortable. We fish all day in the heat and want to come back to the cabin to relax and cool off and can't. Everything else was fine.

Cabin was nice. Emplyees were very rude. The store sucks. The man who came and looked at our firepit was the first nice employee we met. The slide was down. Tjat was never down before unless ot was and was fixed right away. Just not a friendly place lime it used to be. My brother and nephew had their own sites and they all said the same. Such a shame. Used to be great. Will try one more

Deluxe cabin was superb old and nothing was working. We had worst first night with kids. Technician came and fixed it next day though. Cups were leaking. Would never recommend this!

It was a great weekend, we did have trouble with the heat in the cabin. It took them a long time to resolve it, I realize it was a busy weekend, but still took a long time to resolve. Should have just offered us the space heaters right away and not worried so much about the furnace not starting. You also said we will be compensated for our troubles and still no word!

The location is too congested, RV and cabins mixed no proper directions to the cabin… no sign of cabin number you can see it from car.. I spent 10 minutes to find my luckily my sister had other cabin booked next to it so I could find it. Cabin was ok the patio and the grill in patio was not cleaned at all so could use it. I been to other koa locations will never think of coming back to this

Wonderful campground with a very nice deluxe cabin accommodation. This facility is large and heavily wooded with many recreational facilities. There are long term residential campers at this location, so it's a very unusual KOA. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Nothing too special. Campground appeared run down. Landscaping could use a nice sprucing up. Water smelt AWFUL in the cabin.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! They remembered our group as “The Cousins!” Which made us all feel really welcome. The grounds were clean and the cabin I stayed in had all new appliances!

We truly enjoyed the cabin, the space was great! My husband and I felt that it could have been a bit cleaner. There was a lot of dust on tv stand, toothpaste in bathroom cab & crumbs in the cabinets. I even took pictures. Im just curious why someone couldn’t have wiped that down prior to us checking in!? I believe we left it cleaner when we left because I wiped down all the cabinets and wood wor

We had a great time. The trick or treat activity was so much fun. The camp sites and our cottage was clean. The little general store and lounge was very convenient and fun. Excellent place!

Unfortunately there were mice in the cabin we rented and decided not to stay the night. We were refunded which I appreciate but we didn’t have anywhere locally to stay. We ended up having to drive an hour to find a hotel because there weren’t any in the area.

There was lingering faint smell of wet dog in the cabin. There were no hooks to hang clothes or bath towels in the bathroom. The curtains by the bunkbeds needs to be washed, it’s dusty and smells like body odor.

nice Denise and Sue were very helpful to our group's need's and were just great. We enjoyed the weekend there. the only problem I had was the heeting unit went out 2 nights. Got very cold in my unit, DC225. Other than that really good experience. We'll be back again next year.

We had such a relaxing weekend. We really appreciated all KOA did to make that possible. The discount KOA gave to us for Veteran's weekend was unexpected but totally appreciated. Thank you! Without hesitation we made our RSVP for next year already.

Always friendly staff. Beautiful grounds/area. Affordable-price like an average hotel but get much more! Love pools, water slide, store, ice cream, restaurant & retro arcade. Nice wooded site cabin- full kitchen/bath, very clean, comfy-towels/linens/dishes/soap/shampoo etc. At night enjoy fire pit, DVD player & comfy sleep w/ac. Kid safe biking. Stay 3-4 times per summer. Horrible rude at checkout in and check out. Left a day early. Deluxe Cabin was dirty and gross, Dog hair everywhere and food , coffee maker doesn’t work, rust on microwave. Shower head missing. Well water when using hot that smells so bad we couldn’t stay in the cabin and use it. No plexiglass or masks worn in the camp store. I’ve stayed in over a dozen KOAs this is the worse one EVER!

Cabin was clean and had several amenities we didn't expect (pots, pans, etc). The only complaint was that the cabin cooling was uneven between the bedroom and the main area.
