Rather disappointed that 1 of the pools and the waterside were both broken. Bar/resteraunt only having pizza was a let down also. None of this was told to us ahead of time. Site was large and clean and staff was very accommodating. As a campground it was nice but the amenities we chose them for not being available was a let down. Also no tp in bathrooms a couple days was concerning.

We chose this campground for the pool and water slides, to only arrive to slides being down and one of the pools being closed. More than once when using a restroom there was no toilet paper. We paid and scheduled for our tank to be pumped on the camper, but it was never done (we did get our refund when we asked for it)

We have been camping here for several years. I was sadden upon check in that we were not notified that the new pool or slide were not operating. We were charged a daily kids fee, which could have been waived since 2 of the 3 swim areas were closed. The additional charge for minigolf is excessive since we are already paying a daily fee for the kids. So disappointing it has become corporate.

The park is really nice. We stayed several times last year. This year the staff was not really very friendly. The big pool wasn’t open, the water slide isn’t open, and the one pool that was open was quite cold. It just seems like they weren’t really ready for customers yet. Really disappointing management is moving permanent site holders which creates a very nag tube vibe.

We have been coming to this campground before KOA took over last year. We can't believe how much it changed in 2 years. The bathroom (men) had broken urinals, Bathrooms ran out of toilet paper and was not very clean. The golf carts speed should only be 5 and not 10 mph. There is to much dust. I was slightly disappointed in staff: when dropping off the wood it should be place next to fireplace.

Very disappointed with staff interaction. Not the same as when it was Quietwoods. Disappointed that was not working. I heard no intentions to fix until fall.

Disappointed we weren't notified in advance that a pool and the slide would be shut down. That should be taken off the $5 for each kid.

Water slide was not working and we were not made aware of it prior to our visit, nor was there any mention of it while we were there. Only one of the 2 pools were working and again no explanation as to why. Pool was very crowded. Very challenging sewer hookup. Overall very disappointed.

I don't like the new fire rings. Would be next to impossible to put a tripod over it. The big pool and water slide were not open during my stay. My granddaughter was disappointed that the water slide was not open. Some of the bathrooms were "out of service" at times and at one point only one bathroom was available at the shower house. Certainly didn't have these problems when it was Quietwoods.

Bathrooms were a mess and seldom had toilet paper wherever I went! Services were nice and very convenient, Camp was quiet and restful and staff very friendly,…. All wonderful, but bathrooms seriously need work!

We had a great time! Would be nice to know that the water slide was not open, but we still had so much fun in the other pools and splash pad.

The campground was very nice. We are locals and usually camp here a time or two during the season. Slide and newer pool were closed which, although understandable that this can happen, seems like the extra fee for children should have been waived. Overall, a good stay.

Our only complaint was the poor-to-non-existent WiFi. We had issues that needed our attention and were forced to get in the car to drive to a place where we could get decent service.

The kids had a lot of fun with the crafts and the campground is very clean and has a lot of shaded lots (which we like). I was disappointed that they charge $5 per day per child extra. This past weekend the large pool and slide weren't working and the water in the splash pad was very cold.

The big pool and slide were down all 4 days we stayed there so the small pool was quite full. The bathrooms over by the full hookup were somewhat gross. Even after the members cleaned the bathroom, you would find poop streaks in the toilet and the showers filled with leftover scum water. Outside of that, the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.

Was disappointed only one pool was working and majority of the games in the game room were out of service. I thought our site was very nice. It was spacious and the fire ring was clean and good sized. I really appreciated the garage pick up. The dump station was clean and easily accessible.

Price was ok, the bathroom where gross, no paper toweling, toilet two of them over flowing, no toilet paper in them. Should have staff checking them at least two times a day. Was not a fan for the staff pinpoint are group out from all the other people staying at the grounds. There was many people driving golf carts around the grounds the staff always came to are site and said it was use.

We love it there, unfortunately this time the slide and big pool were not opened. I wish the would have warned us, that's my kids favorite thing there.They having a new texting 9to keep you informed that was very nice. One site that is seasonal had some very rude children. Which made our weekend hard as they caused problems for us. Management is great.

The Bathroom connected to the store. The urinals are broken and the bathrooms are filthy. The one Pool was broken and the slide still not fixed. With some of the amenities not working, I believe we shouldn't be charged the full amount

We were very disappointed in the fact that the pool and slide were not working and you knew about it well before we came and said nothing and charged us full price, bathrooms not 100% functional, quiet time not being enforced, minors speeding around in gulf carts. Fire ring policy should also apply to seasonals, they all should have the new taller ones too. Fire rings too tall, can’t enjoy fire.

Bathrooms were not very clean and were always low on toilet paper. Have kids we were using bathrooms frequently. Otherwise things were fine. Wish the bigger pool was open for more space for the kids to play so it was so crowded.

Disappointed that only 1 of the pools was open and that the slide wasn't open. We stayed here last year right after it was purchased by KOA. We loved the big sites so we came back. We couldn't do anything without being stopped by a KOA worker or seasonal camper. My kids got stopped for not wearing helmets! Everywhere you looked someone in a yellow shirt was talking to someone, LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE!

The wooded sites are perfect however, the bathrooms near the dumpsters were disgusting. Were not cleaned daily or in several days. Out of toilet paper in one stall and the other stall was locked for whatever reason. Dirt and dead insects everywhere on the floor, debris behind the toilet, dirty shower area. I guess they couldn't be bothered to even sweep the floor.

We were very disappointed the pools were not open, lack of restaurant food options (one day was pizza only), and overall lack of good/decent help. We went to the game room at 11am. Doors were still locked. Sign said open at 9am. Very simple task to open a door and was missed. The young staff workers seemed lazy and had an extreme lack of customer service skills. ExtremeMinimalHustle or motivation.

The campground has really went down hill since change in ownership. Pools were not operating, the one pool that was open had to be evacuated at noon on Saturday and closed to put in chemical. Bathrooms disgusting with duck tape holding tile in place. This used to be our favorite place. Will not be returning.

We didn't evacuate the pool. With the big pool being closed and a heavier bather load in the small pool, it was necessary to clean and sanitize. I'm sorry for the inconvenience but safety is our first priority.

This campground used to be so nice! It is going downhill. One of the big pools weren’t open. The slide was broken, part of the splash pad was broken and the water was freezing cold! My children wouldn’t go in the h20. 1/2 the games in the game room were broke. The selections for ice cream we’re gone. The customer service was poor by the younger kids. There was no ketchup. Ran out of room!

The games in the game room are not KOA property. They are pretty good about getting out here same day if there is an issue. Please report it to the front desk as this is the first time I've heard of it.

We booked our June 2021 weekend back in June 2020, booking sites next to my cousin and her husband. When we arrived we found out we were moved and another camper, who called just the week before ,was given the site we reserved a year ago. To say we were dissatisfied is an understatement, we have camped together on adjoining sites for more than 10 years, never having a problem.

I do not see any notes on the account that you had specifically requested the site. If you would like to guarantee your future reservations, just ask the front desk about the site guarantee.

The upper pool, kiddie pool, and water slide was closed our entire 5 day stay and the only pool open was very cold.

Not all bath rooms were open and functioning like they should! Amenities were lacking for kids half the stuff doesn’t work! Will try one more time if things aren’t fixed will never go back or recommend it to any one!

I don't know of any restrooms that weren't open during your stay. Next time, please mention to the front desk or ask for a manager. We will be happy to address your concerns.

Our reservation said "tranquil woody area". Nothing tranquil here. This place is mostly permanent sites and very congested. They seemed surprised at the size of our trailer even though it was in our reservation. Told us we might have trouble getting to our site - they were right. We had a permanent camper 5 feet from our firepit, with a large wastewater tank staring at us under the camper. YUCK!

Was looking forward to one of the best campgrounds I use to camp at before KOA took over and when we got there nothing was working the slide was shut down the entire time and that was one of the biggest reasons for going, also one of the pools was green and shut down the day they got that running the other pool went down which made that pool packed and we could not swim and it was VERY HOT outside

When we arrived it was closed but I found my reservation. The restaurant was closed but two staff were sitting outside and they volunteered TY o heat up f old we forvour dinner. One staff member walked to our campsite yo see if we needed anything else and where the bathrooms and showers. Very helpful and friendly staff.

One of the main selling points for us was the body slides, splash pad, and pools. When we checked in, we learned that the body slide was not working. One of the pools was not working (which made the smaller pool much more crowded), and half of the splash pad was not working. The bathrooms were horribly disgusting (even by campground bathroom standards).

Bathrooms are gross. When I changed my toddler’s poop diaper there was no liner in the main bathroom so I was walking all over the pool area with a poop diaper looking for a garbage can. Staff doesn’t seem to know anything and is rude. There were multiple different incidents in the same weekend when the pools weren’t open for various reasons. Got chased by dogs. One site had 7 unleashed

I'm sorry you had that experience. Please feel free to ask for a manager if you feel you need further assistance then what the front desk clerks can provide. Dogs should always be on a leash and we would have addressed that immediately had we known.
