Your Home Away from Home From our clean facilities to our friendly staff, we strive to make your long-term stay as comfortable as possible. Extended guests return to Douglas KOA Journey year after year for the convenience and small-town charm that can only be found in Wyoming.

• 24-Hour Laundry: Our coin-operated laundry facility is open around the clock to fit any work schedule.
  
• Recreation: Enjoy our pickleball courts, kid’s playground, and seasonal swimming pool.
  
• Convenience: On-site propane and a well-stocked General Store for your daily needs
  

Reservation & Policy Details

• Security Deposit: A $100 deposit is required to secure your reservation. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.     
  
• Payments: Monthly fees are due on the first of each month.
  
• Monthly Contract: All extended-stay guests are required to sign our RV Monthly Contract. This ensures all residents are familiar with our campground policies and helps maintain a safe, pleasant environment for everyone.
  
• Camper Age Policy: To maintain the quality of our park, units older than ten (10) years require management pre-approval. Please send photos of your camper for approval to [email protected].
