Great place for a night or two. We stayed 2 nights so we could go to the National Route 66 Museum just 10 minutes away. Long level sites, great dog park (the big one, they have 2). The store was nice and they have a bar! Would stay again in our travels.

This is a smaller campground that we greatly enjoyed. It has lots trees with a surrounding wide open spaces and views. We enjoyed a lovely sunset and the following morning enjoyed the lovely aurora before the sunrise. The staff member directed us to a local convenience store along Historic Route 66 which was lots of fun. Clean and well kept.

Nice campground off I 40 easy on and off for a night stay. Staff friendly and the bathrooms were clean. Would recommend and stay again.

This was the most run down KOA I have ever been to. The showers were terrible and everything about this KOA did not even come close to meeting the cost. Never make a stop here.

I know now is not the best time of the year to be writing an RV park. The Elk City KOA seems to be a little wore out. I tried to follow the “hiking path” to the lake. It was non existent! I ended walking a hard road and may have trespassed to get to the lake. Ok for a one night stop if all you want to do is go to sleep.

After staying in several other kale ways across the country, we were a little disappointed in this campground. It was practically empty, because of the time of year. However, the few motorhomes that were there we’re parked right next to each other in a cluster. I would’ve thought to at least spread the motorhomes out. The 50 amp feed was loose. There were no cleanup bags in pet area.

Very welcoming & friendly staff. Very clean bathrooms & shower. Dog parks were much appreciated. My kids loved the park. We will return in warmer months to enjoy the pool & rodeo in town. Best RV park for that area!

We needed a quick stay for the night due to an unexpected emergency so we pulled into this KOA and there was still a spot (50 amp) available for us. The following morning, we went up to office to get some breakfast, coffee, and pay out. The attendant was very helpful and accommodating. Thanks again, Campers from TX

This campground is in the middle of no where, but was quiet. Check in was a breeze with the reservation details on a clipboard outside the office.

Came here for one night stay over. The men’s bathroom was not very clean and needed some attention. Otherwise the location is close to the highway and makes for a easy pull off for the day.

Long level sites with green space between sites. We faced a nightly amazing sunset. Contactless check in. Nice clean laundry facilities. Walmart 15 min away. Right on Route 66.

Site was clean, functional, and dead level. After a long day's drive, not having to get out the Lynx Levelers and play lego for 30 minutes was a big relief. The campground is spare, and pretty much surrounded by a lot of nothing. As their web site says, they're halfway between the two nearest towns. It is close to the highway, so there's going to be some noise. Checkin 100% no contact.

Nice camp, friendly service. Always nice to be able to get a cheeseburger in their restaurant instead of having to cook after a long day of driving. One of our regular KOA stops when driving through this part of the country.

We stay here overnight whenever we pass through on I40. Friendly, helpful hosts. Small campground, nice shaded sites, great pizza delivered.

1st let me say, the staff at this KOA was amazing! Very friendly and super helpful in addressing any and all of our needs! Also the great little on site bar & restaurant provided excellent, (but limited) food & service...:-) Now, I would love to give a higher rating but unfortunately this KOA is in need of some much needed maintenance... The roadways are full of pot holes and sites need TLC.

The Cookie was a warm welcome, then I found out the delivery delicious food right to your camper! Great place nice walking trails, and very friendly staff!

We were there for less than 10 hours but the bathrooms were clean, the services were great, the check in was seamless. Everyone was quiet and I appreciated our stay.

Because of covid 19 we didn't want to stay in a hotel so we book a tent site at KOA for one night. We would definitely come back for another stay if needed.

1 night stay ,very easy access off of I-40, management was busy cleaning up tree debris from previous ice storm,did a good job making the campground presentable,

Campsites were good especially for the one night we stayed. Dog park was big but truly needed to clean up the pikes other dog owners didn’t. Other than that it was fine.

Very nice! Had a pizza in the tavern and it was good. So glad after a long drive to have it available to us! Would stop again!
