No one at office when checking in or out. Moldy food in container in cupboard. Plastic fitted sheet on Queen bed and mattress disgusting. Fitted sheet on bunk disgusting. Drain in shower didn’t work. No easy way to watch TV, bed wrong direction and space between bed and wall so you couldn’t lean back.

I had snow blowing in on my head. The water froze. Toilet froze. The two heaters were not effective at all. May I suggest that if you continue to rent in the winter-winterize the cabins. I love the concept of the cabins, though.

Nothing open during advertised hours. Paid for a cabin that should have had linens and towels and there was none

It was excellent for our needs even though the internet connection was weak or did not exist. I don’t watch TV much.

We ordered some food. It was ok. The cabin was clean and the space heater was sufficient for the space.

We stayed in one of the cabins - it had a bathroom w/ a shower (nice) but no mini-fridge or microwave. :( It was a really nice stop - the campground has a great vibe, staff friendly & accommodating. There is a restaurant on the property in the camp store, & a bar. it was a nice treat to eat a hot meal before beginning the next leg of our journey. We would definitely stay at this KOA again.

Intended to tent but area overrun with large red ants so switched to Kabin. Change last minute, so in fairness they did not have time to air out. But Kabin never lost strong musty smell & a.c. Didn’t work very well so hot & musty all night. Bath facilities not in great shape which made them seem less clean.

We got stranded in a tornado while driving through Oklahoma, and Misty was so kind to take us in and give us shelter til it passed and helped us with a room for the night. Such an amazing place filled with kindness. Really appreciated our stay there

Stayed in a camping cabin. Cabin was comfortable. Bonus of staying at this campsite: nearby Lake Clinton to walk to with path connected to campsite. Major complaint: no lights outside of bathroom. It was very dark at night, a dangerous situation.

Cabin was very nice. Grounds nicely kept and the dog run is large enough for a big dig to stretch his legs. Restaurant and Bar is a big plus. Staff is friendly and helpful.The only negative that I can say is that the location is very close to Interstate 40. Road noise from big rigs all day and most of the night.

The cabin called deluxe needs more places to hang your clothes and towels, also a place to put ur suitcase on besides the floor. Also could you Putin a small bench. The staff are wonderful. A little more attention to the grounds our yard was littered from the last people. All in all staff wonderful and would stay there again. Oh yeah food was good. Thank you

Super easy to work with when we had to change the date of our stay. And easy check in/out as well! Rate was fair and the cabin was great! The campground was well kept and seemed like a fun and safe place to stay.

Just a quick stop on the road. They handled our reservation well and we had no problems arriving late. Park is average, but we were not there to try out the pool or other amenities. Came in late and left pretty early.

The restrooms and lodging were clean and felt safe. The wifi was almost non existent. It would not stay connected long enough to do anything. Only three tv channels were useable. The mattresses were firm. The air conditioning was very loud even on the low setting. The cabin door was difficult to open and close as it rubbed against the frame and its wooden latch.

We decided to try the biggest of the cabins this trip and we both agree it is well worth the cost. We were very comfortable. My only suggestion would be a ceiling fan but that’s just a personal preference. This was our fourth stay and as with the other’s it was without incident. Flawless check in/check out. The cabin was clean and in excellent shape. We travel with our dogs and love the dog pa

Surfaces in the cabin were dirty. Showers in the men's room were broken. There is a bar on the premises, perhaps that is where the priority is.
