Pool nice and clean.Friendly staff but veiled threats for rules violations. Over priced for the amenities. Overly concerned about dead grass. Had to re-park in drive through site because we were a few inches off the gravel pad and sitting on the dead grass. Insufficient room to make a turn required disconnecting and reconnecting tow. Construction around pool made daytime swimming less attractive.

It was our 3rd night out on our adventure 1st night stayed at a rest area (free) 2nd night in a state campground (15.00) 3rd was KOA (78.00). We did enjoy being parked next to river, having all the hookups, the staff and everyone there were all really nice. If we had time to camp more we would buy memberships and it would be more reasonable priced. I would stay at more KOA if they were all as nic

The kiddie pool was closed down and the river was too fast to attempt to go into. None of that was disclosed when booked.

The staff was amazing!!! So helpful! The burgers were Great Friday evening really didn’t feel like cooking for all the Grandkids after traveling what a treat for me!!!

Campground is a bit noisy, since two Highways are nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful especially Jason the manager goes the extra mile to help. Thanks Jason!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Site was right by the river and quiet. My 11 year old loved that there was a basketball hoop!!

Very poorly organized given wrong site with only 30 amp service and work came to rig 3 or 4 times wondering what my name was even after emailing receipt. The workers were new and inexperienced but very nice

Clean and welcoming. Very peaceful watching the river flow by. The dog park was huge and my Aussie was very appreciative for the room to run after a long day cooped up. The pool area was clean and a lot of fun. The staff was gracious and very nice. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

We stayed in a cabin, which was a pleasant experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. The bathrooms and hot showers stalls were clean. The laundry room was nice. There was night security also. Saw many sites for motorhomes, and trailers, a few cabins, and about three teepees. Did not see any sites for tents.

We've stayed at Ellensburg KOA for years and after the ownership change this spring we cannot recommend it. The new owners don't appear to want to understand the area or maintain the park to it's previous standard. Previously, the main areas and each camp spot had green grass, now its dried and dusty. They mowed and threw dust all over campsites and personal items. Very disappointing.

We loved our time at this KOA. The only draw back is we wished there was a beach to enjoy the river. But it was super quiet and very clean.

The staff working were super nice and helpful but our campsite was supposed to be riverside and was not. It was right next to the front office and we didn’t have any privacy. It was also next to the overpass which was very loud.

Was disappointed you ran out of ice bags, Paper towels were not available in restroom often Dust from the help driving by going fast could be alleviated by slowing down

We really like being able to camp next to the Yakima. The bathrooms were never crowded, which is a plus.

We have stayed here several years. This year is apparently different. Grass is dead, our reserved spots were dropped. The staff seems unhappy. No more cards on file. Just not the same standard it has been in the past. Took out beautiful trees. Dry and Crusty now.

Great place. But when I filled out my reservation, I requested to be located close to my family. They were placed in I think 55 and 56. I was put on site 7. I love the river placement. But at 83 years old, it was a good walk between family and my site.

This was a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and kept up on keeping the KOA clean. Definitely going to be coming back to this place.

Traffic noise is horrible, tent sites were right next to/under an overpass. Rules were not enforced, as some other campers had a loud generator running all night. Dog leash rules were not followed and multiple times the same dog ran through our site and aggressively approached our dog. Multiple times a group of people walked through our site to get to the river. (Staff did asked them not to)

IT IS A REALLY NICE PARK, WE WERE REALLY DISAPPOINTED AT THE SPOT WE WERE GIVEN, 1ST SPOT BEHIND THE SHOP, AND HAVING TO LOOK RIGHT ACROSS THE ROAD AT AN EMPTY SPOT WE COULD HAVE MOVED TO. PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR AND UNSHADED, DRIED UP GRASS, NO PICKNIC TABLE BUT WE MADE IT AND WILL TRY AGAIN NEXT YEAR TO SEE IF WE CAN GET A BETTER SPOT.

The staff was friendly. The campground was full of dead grass, weeds, pine cones and dirt. We were in a pull thru spot for $69, the sites were very close together, we didn’t even want to sit outside. We didn’t use any of the facilities. If you have to book here, the good spots are the water front.

We left early due to lack of enforcement of campground rules. We had spot t18 and spot t20 had a generator running throughout the night, a dog off leash constantly, and they decided to have sex around 11:30 to 12:30 pm loudly keeping my family awake and mortified. Ruined our holiday weekend.

My truck broke down and we had to have our 5th wheel towed to the site; we had no reservations and no way to move our 5th wheel until my truck was fixed. The staff was extremely understanding and helpful making a spot available to us until the truck was repaired 4 days later. Thank you, Rick Wilbanks

Beautiful campground and great staff the downfall to this campground is the cell service and internet connection with phones. They have free WiFi but it's not good and doesn't work half the time so don't count on working remotely and staying at this campground. Beautiful otherwise.
