Price Gouging for sure $77.00 a night fee. The place is so neglected. No dumpster's, you were asked to place your trash in your bag and left on the ground at your site. The 1st spot they assigned to us was to small, the electrical box should have been condemned. we were ready to bail. For this cost the sites should be blacktop or at least well gravel and level. Would not recommend ever!

Called to get reservation, was told none required, just come in. The people traveling with us got reservation for 78$. Ours ended up costing over 90$. We were charged a “trailer fee”, our friends were not. Our receipt shows “electric surcharge”. Plus we only had a 30 amp service. Inconsistent pricing and unnessasary “add ons”. Poor business model

Didn’t stay long enough to have a real opinion. It was 114 degrees so we stayed in the motorhome.

Loved the air conditioned deluxe cabin. Wish it had more of a kitchen to cook in. The staff was very friendly.

This is a nice campground. Bathroom were nice The river that runs behind the property is nice wouldn’t want one close if I had children with me.

Our stay was wonderful great camping lots of activities clean showers and restrooms, everything was amazing. Great staff very courteous and helpful thank You for the great experience for me and my family.

Pleasant with a few exceptions. A "NO Jumping" policy in the pool is needed. When five teenage boys hold a cannonball contest in a crowded pool and no staff member steps in to maintain guest safety the fun stops. Also, we received electrical shocks opening our RV door. We quickly reported it and staff confirmed the issue existed. This is a VERY serious health & safety concern if left unresolved.

Temp was 110, we were in a TP, BUT...by the river. We had a family reunion and there were over 40 of us. Your staff is wonderful, very helpful and the grounds are very clean. Lots of amenities for all ages. We had a great time, THANK YOU!

It was very much fun and the staff was very awesome and friendly, plus helpful with any need that came up. I would most definitely recommend this KOA camp grounds to anyone. My family had so much fun.

It was nice and peaceful. I was met with smiles and the young fellow who showed us to our site was very helpful. He just needed to learn how to bring rigs in differently than you would back ins. Other than that he was great :)

This KOA facility was entertaining for the whole family. I got to relax by the river and the pool, our kids enjoyed swimming and playing in the playground. My husband took our dog for a walk on a nearby trail. They had a movie playing and my kids enjoyed it from the pool. The store could have a better selection of items to sell. Overall we enjoyed our 3-day stay.

No recycling. it's a shame to see all the recycleable material thrown in the garbage. The landscape was too dry. Watering would freshen it up? An adult swim time would be nice.

It was very clean and well taken care of. The staff were very nice. There was a hiccup when we arrived because guests that had already checked in moved into our spot as well as their own. The staff handled the situation very appropriately and I’m happy with how the trip turned out.

Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend 2021. Friendly staff always moving around keeping the area clean. Like most campgrounds close to the interstate but noise does not impede on being able to relax. Buildings are well maintained. Odd thing was most of the other campers were not willing to return a friendly hello. KOA website does not make it clear if you have a reservation or not.

It was a joke. No toilet paper or paper towels in either bathrooms… and when you said something to the employees all you got back was attitude or excuses. $17.00 for “bundles” of wood is very excessive. Each of them had only 4 or 5 pieces of wood in them! Everywhere else was selling for &4.50 to $5.00!! No garbage cans anywhere. No way will I stay at or recommend KOA to anyone! Horrible stay

Cabin was in excellent condition. We were a littler surprised there wasn’t a small refrigerator though. It wasn’t a big deal for us, just something we thought was “standard” for KOA cabins.

Booking online impossible so calling ahead confirmed a site for 24 ft RV turned out it was a tent site, hookups wrong side even the escort guy went back and told them no way , no room for trailer much less parking for truck .. they had him escort us there any way… no way … “ park was full nothing they could do. “Of course owners “out to lunch “ 3 pm… staff was rude even before.. no

The grounds are nice and facilities clean. Staff very friendly. The pool however is too cold to enjoy and somewhat dirty. Could use improvement.

I stayed at a tent site by the river. The site though was under an overpass so with all the noise I couldn't even hear the river. Not worth $65/night. The playground was pathetic: absolutely no shade and very difficult for small children to use. I like that there is a wading pool and my toddler did enjoy the sand pit. Overall I don't think I'll stay here again.

We have stayed here a few times and always had a great experience. The park is clean, the staff is friendly & helpful, and the laundry facilities are great!

Best Koa we have been camping at. Very quiet, wonderful spot by the river. We will be back and highly recommend it to anyone traveling through Ellensburg.

Beautiful campground and great staff the downfall to this campground is the cell service and internet connection with phones. They have free WiFi but it's not good and doesn't work half the time so don't count on working remotely and staying at this campground. Beautiful otherwise.
