We stayed for our anniversary and Mother’s Day. We loved being backed up to the river. The cottonwood was terrible at times lol. We loved the peaceful, clean park with the kind staff.

The manager charged us $15 late departure, since we left 1hr 15min past cutoff on a Monday completely empty campground. The overall camping cost was already a high price.

This is the first KOA I've been to that needs a lot of upkeep. It looks like parks we have avoided in the past. Very run down. The staff was nice but strict.

Nice clean campground with helpful maintenance who quickly fixed an issue we had with the drain plug. We rented one of the patio sites and it was very nicely laid out but too windy and cold on this occasion for us to use.

We have stayed there regularly. New ownership, garbage pickup horrible idea. Propane minimum horrible idea. Internet didn't work, cable didn't work. Neighbors tent practically under our tipout. Staff not as friendly. Hope this gets fixed soon or this campground will go the wayside. We want to come back but hope the changes are reconsidered.

Nice park. Office closes early in comparison to other KOA places we have stayed. Most are open till 8 pm.

We couldn't book a reservation online they were having trouble with a new reservation system so we called we were supposed to get a Riverside back inside instead we got to pull through site in the middle the pull through sites the trailers are really close to one of the neighbors like within three or four feet with push-outs little too tight for our liking we would have been happy if we would have

This is our home base campground for we live in Yakima. I know it is early in the 2021 season however most of the sites need work. The grass is almost non-existent and very uneven (Water, dirt, grass seed). Gravel is sparse as well. The fire pit locations are all over the place. Eliminating the garbage cans I do not understand either. Lack of dog poop disposal is lacking. Sorry...

Very nice helpful employees, facilities were clean, pool heater was broken but my granddaughters didn't mind. Lol The parks could use some upgrading, but other than that a great experience.

Great people who work there!!! Only issue was "high speed" internet was to slow to use to watch morning news - it would error out due to slow speed. Otherwise the people who work there make it a great place! Clean bathrooms, full hook-ups, nice play areas.

The nightly prices are the highest in Washington state. For our needs the next time we will skip and save $80 a night. Wish corporate wouldn't have raised the nightly fee so much. It’s got to be hard for the new owners.

Very clean campground along the Yakima River. They have made some upgrades--each site now has Adirondack chairs and a fire pit, playground equipment looks new, more outdoor games, garbage pickup-but I am not sure the changes justify the price jump from $45. per night in 2020 to $75. per night in 2021.

Unfortunately the leadership changed and so has the vibe at that KOA. The staff are amazing and hoping all the best for them. Price increase a 100% with no additional services. Communication is extremely poor. So sad

Everything was great. I didn’t pay attention to the price until later. Wow! $70 plus tax! I should rent out my driveway!!

The campground is nicely taken care of and located right by a river. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It would be great to have access to the river in the hot summer months, but that is not the case, which loses a star. Also, the standard wifi is not acceptable, it barely hangs in there, and that information should be given to you when you check in: pay 3.00 for more.

Too close to freeway, not very tidy around campsites. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. All garbage cans were removed and took some time to figure out where to Take garbage as we were leaving.

We had a great site on the river. Since it was April 12th, the water was not turned on at our site but they were very helpful in letting us fill up our water tank at another site. The "Grounds/Maintenance" man was so nice and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was super friendly and we had a great stay.

Nice place to stay. Next to both a river and a major interstate, so you do have a bit of road noise. The staff was very friendly as well as very helpful. Also convenient to services just across the interstate.

Got there late and left early but was met by the owner and shown to the cabin. Cabin was clean and comfortable and well stocked. It was quieter than expected being next to the interstate.

Beautiful campground and great staff the downfall to this campground is the cell service and internet connection with phones. They have free WiFi but it's not good and doesn't work half the time so don't count on working remotely and staying at this campground. Beautiful otherwise.
