I would give the highest scores all around if it wasn’t for the fact that rates increased by 30% overnight. $82 a night for any of the sites is a travesty and price gauging. We were planning to return like we had done before, but this is unacceptable. We will not return unless the price per night comes down to a reasonable rate.

Price was out of line. This was the most expensive campground even more expensive than New Orleans , Charleston, San Antonio Seattle. Camp site next to river was nice and facilities okay but we moved to another campsite in town for less than half the price. $80 get real.

I think there could be some improvements at the lots. Some are more dirt then grass and very bumpy or not very level for chairs.

The price was too high and tables were in poor condition. Owners were new but nice.

The office and RV employees were very friendly and helpful. The check in process was short and concise. The RV spots along the River are my favorite. Our dog was happy as well.

Wonderful, as usual! We have been going to this KOA for about 25 years. This past weekend was the first weekend with the new owners. Very nice people! Looking forward to getting to know them. Marissa is very nice. ��� There was a bit of confusion regarding check in/check out, which was to be expected as they were just changing over. All in all, great stay, we will be back!!

Two nights, tent and friend in RVs. New owners, great staff. RV sites had tables, chairs, propane BBQs, and firepits so we were able to easily make dinner and then sit around the fire with minimal effort. Only downside is it's right next to a busy road and there was a fair amount of traffic by the tent sites. Visually isolated by bushes, but not from the noise.

This is a good 1-2 nights stay , staff is very helpful. Stay away from the east end back in sites, there are some very sappy trees.

All of the staff are very courteous, helpful. The campground is free of litter and trash. One thing that might help folks with RV’s is if the sites were more level. Overall, a pleasant overnight stay.

Friendly staff. Convenient to freeway. Nice playgrounds. Basic full hookups with small fire pit. Not much in the way of landscape or grass in our RV site but nice trees

Staff in golf-cart was sooo helpful! Staff in office was very accommodating and helped us rent trikes before closing! The Kabin had linens provided which was very convenient on our road trip thru Ellensburg. The Yakima river was pretty -Thank U all at KOA!! p.s. the teepees were not up yet for the season, but we really want to try those next time too!

I checked in after the office had closed and a maintenance man (Brian) showed me to a perfect lot and offered help if needed. (I am an older woman traveling alone) Very clean park.

Everyone at the campground was friendly and helpful. The group is were well maintained and the sites were large. We will definitely go back. Being in an area that has very cold winters some of the sites had the water shut off for the season. They told us they typically turn the water back on April 15th. So if water is a concern, go after that date.

We stay here often because our son lives in ellensburg and it’s always a great experience. It’s clean and well maintained and it feels like a safe place to be which is important to me.

Our original reservation was for a riverside site with water, electricity and cable. On arrival, we learned website info was incorrect about which sites had water. We needed water and the receptionist was very helpful in changing our reservation to a site with water and sewer for just a few dollars more. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Great place for family time. Nice and clean friendly staff. Kids can enjoy riding their bikes walk around with friends and family. Safe for the kids. Good family time creating new memories.

Very bare bones, but the office staff was helpful with all questions. If you want to sleep and have a base close to town. Good choice. If you want to be within walking distance of attractions or activities, keep looking.

Very very clean! The cabin was cozy, as my son put it, It was like Tardis. Small appearance on the outside surprisingly spacious inside. The folks I dealt with in the office and via text were kind, thoughtful and communicated important information promptly. I would 100% stay there again.

Staff was great! Nice spot, just off the freeway beside the river, surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Our only issue was wifi and cell signal reception, so if these things are important to you, ask the staff to help you choose your spot. If you park near the wifi broadcast (they have two), your reception will be much better.

Very nice people working at the park. One of the workers helped get our cable TV going in our 5th wheel. Awesome! Park was nice and clean. It will be nice when restrooms will be open.

We stopped for just one night so never saw showers or bathrooms but our stay was very nice. Fast check-in and friendly escort to our site. There is a river running through the property with nice water front sites. If we were to stay longer we would have reserved one.

when i made reservations i told them i wanted next to your friends that were camping there also and was told we would be side by side when we got there they put us clear at the other end of the park away form them and said that spot was taken which it was very disapointed with them

Stayed in a cabin this time. Have stayed in RVs there several times. As always the grounds and facilities were clean and maintained. The cabins are close to the road and the road noise was much more than at the RV sites. It’s just being sold so I hope the new owners continue with the great service the current owners have provided.

Beautiful campground and great staff the downfall to this campground is the cell service and internet connection with phones. They have free WiFi but it's not good and doesn't work half the time so don't count on working remotely and staying at this campground. Beautiful otherwise.
