It actually is a nice facility, with pool, playgrounds, etc. It is soooo close to the freeway that I only got about 5 hours of sleep. In future planning, try to find lots that are away from the main freeways, at least 1/2 mile. That's why I'd be hesitant to recommend this KOA. deafening. Also, the price is exorbitant for a one night stay, when I got in at 10PM due to high winds.

Contacted them 60 hours ahead of scheduled arrival of 7/13 to notify that arrival would not be till 7/14. Telephoned ten times, no answer. Then emailed them, no response. Called again, went to voice mail, I left voice mail. Again no return call. On arrival on 7/14, I was advised that they cancelled my entire 8 day reservation! I was given a cabin with no bathroom, no fridge, no shower. No RV acces

The site is nice with an open pool and lots of fun activities such as pool basketball and bicycle rental. But the wireless network sucks or is non existent. We couldn't get on any of our network equipment signal was too weak and we were less than 200 feet away. It would work if you were next to the pool.

Great little park! Water pressure was a bit low, but manageable. Grateful for the trees due to the high temps!

Changes with new owners: Price is high for location, condition and amenities Lots of dead grass (overly dusty) Internet’s down-5 day apart stays-without a voucher or any token of “we’re sorry” (making reservations was a challenge) No delivery to site No visitors without a fee No site requests ….much more

Center Bathroom very poor, dirty shower curtains (should be replaced or washed regularly). No paper towels, no urinal in men's bathroom. This RV park is very noisy at night due to the freeway traffic ( Not the RV parks fault). Find another park away from freeway.

Have stayed at Ellensburg KOA several times. Always comfortable (notwithstanding occasional 99 deg temps and smoke from nearby wildfires). This time temps were mid-80s and NO SMOKE due to stiff breeze blowing it to the East. Good stay. Will be back.

Loved almost everything especially the nice staff. The wi-fi was useless as we couldn't get on it on any device. This is common in campgrounds but still frustrating for folks like us that are full timing. Luckily there was good cell phone reception so we used our hotspot. I would stay here again for sure.

Our campsite was absolutely beautiful! KOA team does a great job keeping the place clean. With the exception of the front desk, the staff were really nice & helpful. My only problem with the sites are that they are extremity close together. Each site is sharing camp space with their neighbor. Not the best design. Bring a privacy wall for sure. The main dog park was great! Clean & spacious.

Loved our site with all the shade. The trees are beautiful. Wish the pool was heated. Very cold water. Would like sewer hook ups. But was relaxing.

Great family that runs the place and they try really hard to make everyone's stay enjoyable. Fun events like breakfast and theme events, outdoor movies, etc. Easy-going management that goes the extra mile and keeps the campsite clean and well monitored.

Horrible . So expensive. So much road noise. Wifi didn’t work. Cable didn’t work. Total rip off would Never stay in a koa again

Although we were there for just one night, we enjoyed the pool (with country music blasting through the speakers!!) and the morning garbage pick up. We also appreciated the escort to our site. Well done!

I’ve camped here many times in the past and it has always been good, but this trip was disappointing. They are fixated on imaginary grass, garbage all over the area, ran out of paper towels and toilet paper. And the guy big who drives around in the golf cart is less than professional. Pretty disappointed to say the least.

At first, we were not able to book the group site and asked for campsite next to each other as we were traveling as a family. I even asked at check-in $ was told “they are too packed” & when my brother in law got there, he asked & we got the site next to each other. The noise level during the night from I-90 was little much. Pool was not heated; water was cold. The staff was friendly and helpf

Our dealings with the staff at the Ellensburg KOA was very pleasant. They were knowledgeable and helpful. There was events set up for the weekend and when we walked over to see what it was like everyone seemed to be having fun and enjoying themselves. Seeing this made us want to join in the fun!

We came in last minute and they were so helpful and were able to make room for us!!! The staff was very welcoming and the campground was very clean and had a lot of things for us to do with our kids! We will definitely be staying there again!

The pool was to cold. We asked a couple times if heater could be turned on. It is advertised as a heated pool with a kiddie pool. The sites are run down. To much dust. The gravel needs to be re done with a dust free gravel. Overall not well kept up. Needs work with the landscaping. WiFi was not working and I picked the campground for the pool and WiFi. So it was disappointing.

I would like to preface my review by saying that we only stayed one night for sleeping and not to enjoy the site, so my comments are limited. To start the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Our site was clean and wasn't next to the Yakima River, but we still had a nice view of it. My only gripe might be the entrance/exit. It's not clearly marked and created a bottle kneck between rigs.

The whole park except the laundry room was excellent. Clean and the park is busy keeping up its appearance. The traffic noise was a bit loud from the big rigs but that's expected. The laundry doesn't seem to get cleaning. The tile floors were filthy and not from a couple days. I cringed if something fell on it from the dryer. Cost and size is perfect. This park would have received a 5 star.

Staff were very accommodating , baths clean, pool great. The grounds, however, were terrible. The lovely grass that has been there our last 4 visits is mostly dead so very dusty and dirty. The prices have increased significantly and their new visitor policy; $5 per person and $5 per visiting auto per day was a true surprise. We go there to see our children and grand children who live in the area.

The staff was very polite. My family had a better time staying at a camp site, then they would have staying in a hotel. The camp grounds were clean and everyone was friendly. They had lots of activities for kids to stay busy. Thank you, we’ll be bk next year �

It's great to see improvements being done to the facility and as usual, the staff is above and beyond. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and really make our stays pleasurable.

Accommodated our RV breakdown and allowed us to tow it in. Recommended a great RV mechanic and allowed him to work on rig in spot. The only disappointment was that the spot we were assigned was treeless, grassless and primitive. The cost is higher that other KOA we have stayed at the past month. We are very grateful for your assistance.

Don’t pay for a deluxe patio site if you think it’s private because you share it with your neighbor who paid too. We needed to leave early and gave plenty of notice and were still charged $90 when we couldn’t stay a 2nd night. Not KOA policy. Pass by this place. Wouldn’t stay again.

We loved our stay! Wish we had planned for a longer stay. The staff was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The grounds were well kept and the upgrades look fabulous, so far. This is a great place to relax by the river and a great base for day trips to see the area. We will be back!

It was a lovely place. The staff were nice and helpful, and consistently greeting people. There is a great dog area that is large enough to accommodate lots of dogs and give space. The bathrooms are fine but nothing to be excited about. Coukd improve on cleanliness, courtesy soaps and shampoos, and stronger water pressure.

Beautiful campground and great staff the downfall to this campground is the cell service and internet connection with phones. They have free WiFi but it's not good and doesn't work half the time so don't count on working remotely and staying at this campground. Beautiful otherwise.
