This was a quick over-night stay. As usual Ellensburg KOA was clean, the staff was friendly & helpful and the campground looked great. On our way back through Ellensburg we stopped to use the RV dump and again staff was friendly and accommodating. Ellensburg KOA is one of the best.

A camper two rows over from us was repairing his rig banging up a storm till 8.20 pm Grass was gone used to be nice and green only a dirt pile in camp site

except for not having sewers in more camp sites it was ok. Did not appreciate the power outage, which was beyond your control except it would have been nice if a worker bee notified the campers. we spent considerable time going thru our coach testing to make sure it was not us!!!! You did give a credit but not until I suggested it at check out!! The gesture was not volunteered!!

Unfortunately there was a power outage just as we arrived. Power did not come back on till around midnight. It was hot so we ran our generator until 10. They were very generous letting campers run their generator. The campground was well maintained and workers very friendly.

The stay was great. Enjoyed the even bbq and drinks that staff held. Only downfall was the power outage it was extremely hot and miserable for a period of time. The power was suppose to be back on in about 2 hours instead it was around 11-12 at night. But after that it was great. Thanks KOA

We expected an upscale stay since it was a KOA and it cost $65 per night. Very disappointing to get an uneven dirt and rock site, no sewer and no wifi. I specifically asked the young man who checked us in if we had good wifi and could stream on it. He assured me we would have no problems with the wifi. Totally untrue. I couldn't even get aan internet connection.

We were very disappointed that we were not refunded a night when we were without power. We realize it was a city problem but it isn't the service we paid for.

Nice shaded pull through sites. No sewer hook ups only dump station. Relaxing. Need shade by the pool.

Normally prefer more rural campsites. Having a spot on the River felt like the best of two worlds. The convenience of a town with a great view.

There was no power! Store wasn't open. We asked for a refund to leave a day early. Temperature was near 100 with no power, to cool dog or children. They would not even discount stay. They have no events for the family either.

Site 97, ant everywhere, ant colonies, bees nests! Could not sit outside due to ant infestation. Power outage all day and night on Thursday. The new owners have stripped the pool area of trees surrounding pool that used to bring shade if desired. Kiddy pool bricked over. Grass at sites completely dead, dusty and extremely dirty, we’ve been staying at Eburg KOA for 20Yes. Won’t return

We arrived to no power. The power people were working on it. We decided to see what happens so we stayed. The staff was very apologetic but it wasn’t their fault. Power issue was off property. Sites were a little close. Power came on after 11pm. All was good. I’d go back and give them another try for sure. They deserve it.

We have been regular campers at the Ellensburg KOA since we purchased our first trailer in 2018. It has always been a favorite campsite of ours and we have made it a tradition to spend our 4th of July holiday here every year, but the recent changes to the reservation process make us extremely leery to return or refer people to this KOA. Please revert back to the original reservation policy.

We were well taken care of when setting up our reservations and very happy with the two sites we were assigned (best in the park)... Our 10 day stay was very pleasant and staff was friendly and quick to accommidate..If I had to address 1 bad thing, it was that the weather was extra warm and dry, which had all the lawns DEAD... New construction and maintenance was in progress for the best.

Good garbage pickup. No tissue in bathroom over 12 hours. Didn’t get put in same row as family as promised. Almost the whole park separated us, too far for older folks to walk very often. We did get moved 2 days later. Space had tp residue where people had dumped black tank. Water your grass! Dusty dirty! Gravel the roads! Dusty! Expensive! Not the KOA we are used to.

It was horrible and will never return unless you make it right by us. Not only the prices were raised over $20 it was like a desert as we were told by the staff they were not allowed to water so our site and camper were a disaster. Second my Mom was supposed to be 3 spots away when we booked and when they got there they were on the complete opposite side of the park so we didn’t see much of them

WIFI signal is not adequate to make a connection to a WIFI TV or other devices throughout much of the campground. The restrooms were not adequately stocked with toilet paper. Cleanliness was good and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Campground was very nice and clean. Trailer spots were easy in and out. Hook-ups were too far from my trailer, and I had to use extension cords and extra hoses. Site was quite pricey as well. Staff were nice and helpful.

Back in site 10 ft from the beautiful river. Everything was clean and organized. No dumpsters, garbage was picked up at your site every day at 11 AM. Pool area excellent. Events through the weekend. I loved this KOA.

Some of the staff were not too friendly when it came to interactions. And we were disappointed that the kiddy pool wasn't operational. But overall we had a nice time.

Spots were very tight. Can't believe you charge extra for visitors and their vehicles, after charging me $65/night. Highway robbery...Yup, won't be back.

Great location off of I90 and very nice campsites. They had lots of things to do there. The staff was amazing and friendly. WiFi doesn’t reach to all the campsites would be the only negative thing to say about the campground.

4 night stay. Our group (4 sites with children) were VERY disappointed that the kiddie pool shown on map was closed up. No statement on website that it was closed. Says pool heated but it was cold. Sites clean but close, large trees for shade were awesome, WiFi bad. Can be a bit dusty. LOVED the garbage pick up daily. Fire pit arrangements were a little odd (sites facing other). Overall, good.

I will never stay there again. I have there the last 3 years and loved it but never again! They changed their cancellation policy and I am out ALL my money instead of the previous $10. And I was never told that when I made the reservation. I will never refer anyone there as well.

Jim was awesome from the start. When we checked in on a busy Friday and could not would not fit in our assigned site to when we extended our stay for two more days and got a better spot on the Yakima river then assigned to!! Thank you Jim

The facilities were clean and well stocked. When we discovered our picnic table was damaged, the staff quickly replaced it for us. The kids loved the pool and renting the three wheel trikes. Overall, we had a great time.

Beautiful campground and great staff the downfall to this campground is the cell service and internet connection with phones. They have free WiFi but it's not good and doesn't work half the time so don't count on working remotely and staying at this campground. Beautiful otherwise.
