Great park! The staff went above and beyond to keep their campers happy. Very clean, many fun things to do with the family and lovely beach and fishing area. Loved our stay!

It was great except for the bed in the camper we rented. It bowed down in the middle. Also, caterpillars kept falling from the trees. Other than that, always a great time

Had a great time on our stay! Staff and the owner were very generous and friendly! Made our stay awesome! The campground is very clean and the staff go out of there way to help you with things. Our site was awesome! Full Hookup right next to the pavilion. We will definitely be back!

Stayed there in the past. Staff seemed untrained this time. Campsite was a mess trying to figure out where to park even with assistance from staff who directed us to wrong site!

Nice size sites. Sites are shaded by big mature oak trees. They have a lot of activity for kids. Over all we enjoyed are stay.

Trains go by every hour between 10pm-5am. The rustic sites are not marked and the bridge across to the sites is sketchy and collapsing. There was a house right next to our site with some kid blaring music from his car. Felt like the campground catered to the weathy that could afford an RV, and my hard earned $50 for a rustic means nothing. That’s what i get for struggling.

We had lot18. Disappointed when time to leave because we were stuck & unable to hook up due to line of those using dumping station. We paid extra to have full hook up for convenience & quickness of leaving. With one way out, access to leave was blocked for many. Terrible noise issues at night, many not following quiet time rules. Otherwise clean park & nice staff! & fun activities for family!

Very unorganized. Ended up parking in the wrong spot because the after hours paperwork wasn't labeled. Had the same nightly rate but had to pay more anyway because "someone wrote the wrong rate" lake was disgusting. Nothing to do for the kids. Ended up leaving early and going to a fun campground. Happy that it was only a $10 cancelation fee.

Our staff is all new and learning positions, as we train and learn we will continue to improve. We do have many amenities such as pond with floats, jumping pillow, playground, chess, putt putt, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball along with our planned activities for kids.

I stayed in a cabin. I wish the staff would have given me the remote to air unit when I checked in. I checked in late 6:30ish. Luckily I found someone there after close to get remote.

Staff was helpful, store is clean and kids enjoyed shopping there. Loved the colorful chairs added to the beach. Fishing was so fun. Nice family camp that’s close to home so we don’t spend the weekend in traffic.

We booked the rental jayco camper for 2 nights. Within a few minutes we saw a dozen giant carpenter ants, which was expected camping. The first night was terrible- the beds are like sleeping on rocks! The next morning we went to grab some breakfast and found some food with mice bites all over! Told the owner and they just came and “sprayed” and didn’t help at all when I asked to move rentals

We have hired a pest control company to help review all issues on the ground.

Check in disorganized. Took 5 hrs, 2text and trip to office to get firewood delivered. Sites dirt, very little grass, unlevel. Mature trees a bonus. Family oriented with planned activities for the kids. A couple sites down from us they had 2 barking dogs most of the time so it was a noisy stay for us . There is only one dump station for the entire park which can cause a backup when leaving.

Thank you for your feedback, we are new to the business and have many new young employees learning. As staff learns their positions and daily tasks things are becoming smoother throughout the day and at check in. We hope this does not discourage you from returning.

Staff and owners were incredible. Very clean park. Lots of things to do for all ages. Nice beach. Some of the sites seam a little close. Just what we observed while biking around. Most are good size. Ours was great. Definitely would recommend

It was our first time at KOA Emmet and it definitely won’t be our last! We loved it. There is so much fun to keep busy. The new owner is doing a great job so far.

The play area and train ride/conductor was great. Staff was nice. My rating not being higher is because we paid extra for a premium patio that was cracked and completely damaged. Myself and child almost fell into a hot fire pit, which was in a big hole with broken/loose tiles that tilted in toward the fire into a hole around a pit. Dangerous/Disappointing compared to other premium patio KOAs.

Everything was great except we were on site #28 and it was a muddy mess after the rain Friday. On Sunday it was still muddy. All the other sites I looked at were dry. Maybe some gravel on that site so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Other than that it was excellent! We are coming back in July!

Staff was amazing.. very energetic and fun! They even gave me a carnation flower at check in for Mother’s Day! Our deluxe cabin was awesome! It was very welcoming and cozy! We will definitely be back!

Two weekends in a row we had an amazing stay!! Engine is super helpful and personable! We loved the kampk9 area as well. Only suggestion would be taking down some of the dead trees that don’t provide shade. Wish there was more grass than sand in the sites but understand this is new owners that probably haven’t had a chance to make any changed. They are doing a great job running the place thoug
