The trailer was clean, nice well equipped. The only downside was the hot water, once I told them about it they came out and switched out the propane tanks and the problem was fixed. Slot of fun things for the kids to do

We've stayed at the Halloween camping event for a few years now, the weekend is always really great, lots for kids to do, they're never bored. There was a noticable difference this year with the new management in place. We're hoping they're just in the process of ironing everything out still.

This stay I was super disappointed when I arrived and found out that corporate changed the rewards weekend to the weekend prior to my stay even though when I booked it was for this weekend I arrived. So they said they were sorry but couldn't do anything about the change and I was no longer paid in full but owed an additional nights stay. We had difficulties with things not working in the cabin.

The campground is beautiful and I loved all of the activities that there were for my boys. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was that our camper smelled like an outhouse from the moment we arrived and our propane went out on our last night. Other than that the staff was wonderful and so was our trip.

Another great visit to Emmett KOA. This was our first stay in a deluxe cabin, and it didn't disappoint. The addition of the texting feature was great! The new staff is doing a wonderful job of keeping the kids busy, and keeping the camp clean. We have already booked our return stay in 2022.

Everything was perfect, staff super friendly & very sweet, also helpful. Beautiful campground, great everything. Always come once a year but that might have to change to like, two or three times a year. Can't go wrong with this place.

We have stayed for the last 9 years Labor Day weekend. Disappointed that larger inflatables are gone. Stayed in rental trailer for first time, bathroom was smelly the entire weekend. We were not able to secure rental trailers or cabins for next year due to the trailers being removed. Also felt that the new owners were wrong in having our campsite lights out at 11 on the dot. Makes me sad

We are sorry we did not exceed your expectations. We have decided to replace unrepairable floats with a new obstacle course. We do ask everyone to honor quite hours as we are a family park with many kids trying to sleep by 11pm. Hope you'll give us another try next year.

We stayed in a cabin this time. We usually stay in a travel trailer. The cabin was nice and had a good time with our grandchildren. The only complaint I have is the cabin had mouse droppings in the cupboard and mold on the shower curtain and bathroom ceiling. Maybe it should be inspected before campers arrive. Since you would of charged me $100 if I left it dirty

The stay was great! However the cabin we stayed in with our children was not very Child "friendly" The fire pit was slopped down the back next to cabin so was not stable for our kids to sit in around the fire. We were also located pretty far back from "kid" friendly areas. KOA knowing when we signed up for cabin and paid deposit and saw we registered kids it would of been nice to be accommodated.

Great place for kids. Super busy but quiet at night. Polite staff and great lake inflatables! The kids LOVED the huge inflatable pillow. We hope to come back next year.

enjoyed the stay. Use to camp there years ago many times a year. Loved our cabin. Loved that the new owners have activities during the week and not just on weekends like it use to be. Lake was nice and clean for swim. Only concern was I was charged $15 for an early check in which I checked in 15 WHOLE MINUTES early. NOTHING WAS SAID BY THE STAFF WHEN I CHECKED IN. Office staff not very nice

This was our 5th year at the KOA in Emmett (DC2) and as usual, we had an absolute BLAST!!!!! I continue to sing your praises to anyone who will listen and in fact, have family staying in DC1 right now as a result of my recommendation. The only suggestion we have for improvement would be some sturdier chairs that the beach. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING! We WILL be back, again & again!

The camper we stayed in was great! Very comfortable for the 4 of us. We hung out in the lake,, played golf, rented bikes, enjoyed ice cream, and participated in the dance party. It was a great time for my family!

Emmett KOA staff is always friendly and accommodating. Grounds and cabins were clean. Kids loved the blow up obstacles in the lake. Fishing was awesome! We highly recommend booking your stay at Emmett KOA.

The koa employees were very friendly, and did a wonderful job taking care of the park. Very clean bathrooms they were so clean, the best I’ve seen in all my camping years. And picking up trash at the beaches. KOA EMMETT is a great place to Camp. #1

Although the park itself is nice. We got ripped off renting the rv for $169 a night . Wasn't not worth that at all. Many things broke on rv, leaking sink, had musty smell, hot water went out several times. Disaster! Never again!! Was just looking for a relaxing few days away.

The campground is clean and has loads of activities. The only issue I have is price vs value. For the high price of a cabin (no bathroom, just beds) it is frustrating to pay extra for activities like the bikes, and an additional fee for a second car that you have to park out at the front entrance of the park. Overall we always have a good time here.

Always love coming to this campground. Just wish cabins could be a little cleaner. Ours had something spilled all over the floor when we got there. If the crew can’t mop, maybe leave a mop in each cabin to give the occupants that opportunity? That would definitely help.

KOA went over and above! New owners are fabulous and working their butts off! We met the owner numerous times during our stay. He’s very involved and kind. We would highly recommend this KOA!

Had so much fun! The staff was so friendly and the owner went above and beyond to help several of my family members during our stay. He even took our trash out for us. We will definitely be back!

All staff was friendly and accommodating. The cabins, baths, and laundry were clean and stocked. The store had everything you need and more. If I had to say anything it would be the lack of even ground by the cabins (specifically Ds3 and 4) we were not able to use our fireplace as it was on the side of a cliff and several of our group stepped in holes or rolled their ankles, nothing serious.
