Stay was fantastic, I do think the nightly rate is a little high and if you add kids it is even more. But a great place to camp

Great time as always, we missed the Father’s Day breakfast but understood why it couldn’t be done. Already making plans for going back in July and August. Staff is great, property fantastic.

Overall I enjoyed the campground and the staff was very helpful. My only complaint was having very large 5th wheels surrounding my little A-Liner.

Was happy w/the spot we had #54 until late afternoon on the 19th when site 53 had a 5th wheel backed into that site. So all we seen was the rear of that camper. Then there was a tent set up between that site and the site next to it. Then another 5th wheel on that site. Apparently they were all friends and/or family. Was disappointed to say the least. Have a few pics if anyone wants to see them.

Our stay was great! all the entertainment was a great added bonus for our daughter's first camping trip. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful the only downside is the men's bathroom smells like feces all the time to the point that my husband refused even shower because of the smell in there was nauseating. when talking to a few other people they had the same complaint .

Some issues. Mask rule in store not enforced, The lawn mowing was so annoying. Not because of the sound, but two different mowers were mowing where there was no grass long enough to mow and kicked up so much dirt and rocks that actually hit our RV and we had to close our windows. Last, the deep hole firepits on the patio. Unuseable. No issues that would keep us from returning.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin, and had a wonderful time. The cabin was clean, and always had hot water. Beautiful view of the lake (from out site), and overall we just had a wonderful experience.

I liked the barrel train ride and the ice cream at the snack bar. The beach was a lot of fun and I really liked swimming. We did some fishing but didn't catch anything.. Ceth 6 years old.

Campground was nice but when booking we were not allowed to pick sites so we had 4 separate sites and could not be together. No Golf carts allowed made it tough for us to all be together all the time.

Great place many activities for the kids, the only issue with our cabin was the hot water did not last for a complete shower

We love Emmitt KOA, it’s family oriented and the staff goes over and above to meet all of our needs. Highly recommend!

We come once or twice a year and love the fishing pond, swimming, and inflatables in the water. Park has lots of trees and has an "Up north" feel. The wifi is terrible and completely unusable. In their defense I asked ahead of time and they said it was spotty at best. Most people don't care about wifi while camping but if you need to work from the road it's not possible here.

Love the new texting for orders availability and that my kids can charge treats and ice cream to our site/card registered!! Very thankful for that because we forgot to bring extra cash with us. So glad you guys are open!!

We had a great time. The campground was clean and well taken care of. The only problem was that when we were trying to leave the sewage overflowed from the ground and leaked all over our site. Gross! I think too many people were trying to pump out at once and the system got overwhelmed. The owners were very nice though and as soon as we pulled out they had someone there to try and fix it.

Always love Emmett KOA. Big country feel in a small package. Awesome swimming and fishing pond, the kids love it here.

Confusion with reservations due to same last name. But we were able to work it out with Amy. We have stayed here several times and this is the first time so many barking dogs. I think most sites around us had two dogs. Not sure if we were in The dog area but we will inquiry before we book again.

We enjoyed our stay mostly. It definitely wasnt the best though. The staff is especially nice. We have been coming there a couple years and I will say that emmitt is becoming I'll maintained. The lake is filled with catfish now. That's a huge bummer for my younger kids who wouldn't go in. There should be some sort of netting to separate the fishing side. It wasnt that bad even last year.

We were impressed with the amount of trees providing shade and the area was quite appealing. I did not knock starts off due to the fact that we were assigned a site that was a bit small for our 37 and a half foot 5th wheel. Sites were a bit snug but this is what you get when you go to to a KOA as it is about making that dollar. Dump station layout wasn't very well thought out either.

Campers next to us constantly smoking marijuana along with people of different ages going into the woods to smoke as well. I have NEVER been to a KOA - a family campground - that had this much smoking going on. SO upsetting since I had my daughter with me!

It's a beautiful campground. Prices are too high, though. Our cabin was nice other than the fire pit. It was in the ground which is so dangerous for one, plus so hard to start a fire. I had to get on the ground just to reach in. Then with the chilly temps you don't get much heat because of it being in the ground. We had to stop kids balls from going in. Seems like a huge liability.

We loved it!! Our site and bathrooms nearby were clean and nice. Wish the gem stone mining, and bikes weren’t so expensive for such short time. When doing the train ride for the kids, it should be by age groups at certain times, or by campsites etc. There was way too many rude big kids in front of a ton of little ones that should’ve went on the last ride. But, over all, it was a great stay!

Great second stay in a cabin. The cabins are VERY NICE!! My family members have campers, but I don’t. It’s great to have a cabin for four. I’m definitely staying here again.

Nice, clean facility:) Totally clean and amenities are perfect for a family. We stayed in a cabin, very clean and comfortable....tried to book a weekend, for a cain, but they are all full:( Book early!
