Really loved staying here with the family.

The campground was great. For a family with children there is plenty to do and lots of fun for the kids. We stayed the second half of our week on site 9. I do think the campground should invest in building the ground up in this area as most of our site was unusable due to the mud.

For a smaller campground it was very nice. Interested in seeing the improvements from being taken over by new ownership. Also, maybe consider a community sink for tenters/cabin ppl to wash their cookware/ etc.

Great kids, workers are nice. Only down fall was wanting to rebook my site and 2 ppl said I had to wait then I called and they said it was open to the public already.

It was a good time. Nice, quiet and lots of activities for the kids. We would definitely come back.

#1 Some sites in the "W" area need to have some type of boundary lines so that newer campers know where their campsite begins and ends. #2 Campground needs to upgrade how the dump station area & in and out gate to the park would correspond to allow the dump station to exit straight out of the park through where the current entrance is. Instead of having to back up (REALLY IMPORTANT)

We had a nice time! The swimming area was really nice! The cabin was more spacious then I thought it would be! The barrel train was my sons favorite part! My other son loved the porch swing! We are looking forward to making many memories here! The whole staff was very friendly the girls at the counter we super sweet! And Jimmy was great!

My favorite KOA. Relaxing.excellent customer service.Clean.Lots of activities. Beautiful lake and grounds, new owners are doing a great job, only thing I’d add is a credit card machine at snack bar

Knowing we were a childless couple they put us right in front of the playground. We like kids but it was constant noise until 11 pm at night every night. For us it was not a comfortable vacation. The cable was screwed up and had infomercials on several channels. A majority of the staff was not friendly although some were every nice. And we have never paid an early check in fee before.

Thank you for your feedback, sites are often booked a year in advance, we do our best to accommodate guests as requested. We do offer the opportunity to check in early with an early fee to enjoy our amenities a few hours before check in. We hope you will give us another try in the future.

It’s always a wonderful time. The new staff is doing a great job. Hannah was awesome with the kids. So was the blonde, I didn’t get her name. Energy of the campground felt lighter in general than the past. Still very clean and well organized. I was happy there were so many activities during the week this year. We can’t wait to go back!

Quiet and so much to do!! New owners text you of when store opens, trash pick up, extras for the weekend like an escape room, and tornado warnings!! Saw employees working all over—never saw that with prior owners. We saw a big improvement of morale of workers!!

As always we absolutely love love love the campground. The new owners are very nice and the staff is amazing! So friendly and interactive with the kids. By far our favorite place to stay!

We love Emmett camp ground ! My grill on the outside of it could of been cleaner as it had the last person food grease still on it so I had to wipe it down before using ! And the table and chairs need to be cleaned up at each site with Dawn dish soap and bleach as they will come clean other than those two things our grandkids had a blast and we all will be back in 2022 ! The new owners are great

Loved the campground, the activities, the bathrooms were very clean, the camp store was well stocked with all the necessities. We had a storm come through and a tornado warning and the staff was informative and kept everyone safe. We already booked for next year.

Was very disappointed in check in procedures. We had driven 6 hours anticipating traffic in Detroit. We were attending a Celebration of Life Funneral on Saturday. We fortunately did not encounter any traffic. Therefore we arrived at the campground 1 hour early & were told we would have to pay a $15 fee. No where was this indicated on web site. Ridiculous rule. Will not be stay here again.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed when arriving at the park. Our staff works hard to ensure all sites are clean for camper arrivals as soon as possible. We do have an early check in fee to ensure we can cover additional staff on hand.

Hope new owners will update cabins & inflatables in pond. Could use more showers, better visitor parking.

We had an excellent time time staying at Emmett KOA. Our cabin was very clean and the staff was amazing. There was plenty for the kids to do. The lake was so cool while swimming with the catfishes. Huge perk for my 8 yr old daughter and 8 yr old grandson. We will be back

I wasn't able to stay, unfortunately. My tent poles were taken out of my car before I arrived. However, the grounds were beautiful, the staff was extremely accommodating, and everything was set up wonderfully. Definitely plan to go back when I'm able :)

We enjoyed our stay at the Emmett KOA. The campground was clean and well taken care of. We rented a RV at the campground. We weren't overly impressed with the accommodations and probably wouldn't choose to stay in one again. In the future we would choose to visit for the day, or bring a tent.

Everything was great except for our neighbors in C05 They were wasted the entire time, their dog was always off of a leash, their children were shooting their cap guns at 6:30am and the sheriff department were at their cabin for some kind of issue besides what we witnessed
