What's not to love. Cabin was awesome. Enjoyed the beach. Kids love the events. Owners and employees are welcoming and friendly.

We had a great stay! Lots to do! My cabin needs a few upgrades like a larger TV and new bed mattress!!! Otherwise a great little cabin!

Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly. The facilities were kept clean. We will definitely be back.

The only thing to complain about is the bathroom smells bad. The bathhouse was WONDERFULL! We used that one, it was also closest to our site.

We love the lake and the blow ups I’m the water although the rocket blowup had a lot of handles and ladder missing. Us big kids like that and it wasn’t really functional. The bathrooms are very clean and maintained. Lovely campground to stay.

We had such a great week at Emmett KOA! We already booked another trip for next month. I love that it’s small and my kids can do a lot on their own while I watch from the camper. We had torrential rain while there and our campsite flooded. Jimmy (owner) came over and inspected everything and had a backup plan, but it drained on its own overnight. Very pleased with how he handled it!

This was the best experience being a first time camper. Our children were able to enjoy camping without us actually owning a camper. The rental campers were worth every penny and gave us memories that they will cherish. I wish you had more campers to rent, these are always booked and we would camp here more often if they were available! Rental campers give a different experience than cabins!!

Very family orientated. I have 1 suggestion concerning the dump tank. Does it make sense that the lane where the dump tank is the exit lane. and the left lane coming in is the coming in lane. I realize its backwards. I dumped at a middle site on my way out , but it was a observation. we will be back. mark looked like a allot of confusion where the dump tank is located.

The staff was outstanding. They always have things to do for the kids!! It was clean and well kept. You can't ask for a better pond for the kids to swim in!! Ok now the bad, bath house smelled realy bad everytime I went in it,I don't think it was frome use,It smelled like a backed up septic. It was expensive to stay there, we rented a camper! All said if you have kids GO!! You won't be sorry!!

There was not water pressure, gated and had to park outside and walk to the office to checkin, staff not friendly, quite zone after 10 was not adhered to and no enforcement

Easy to check in. Enjoyed the cabin; just right for us. We enjoyed the planned activities. First time we stayed three nights and we decided to do it again next year.

We stayed at RT2 camper rental and it was a beautiful rig. The only downfall was the beds. They were ALL hard as a rock. This was disappointing as we really only used the camper to sleep in. We didn't cook or even hang out in there. It was solely for sleeping in and 2 days of no sleep really affected us. For the future I would highly recommend putting some type of foam mattress topper on there. T

I have been coming to this same campground for 40 years. I love this place very much. We had a lot of rain when we were here and he had a low site (15) so we were underwater for a day but the staff did what they could to help drain the water. That was nice to see. I really love with all the rain they still did all the activities for the kids and that’s really nice to see.

Besides not having power for hours, a leaky window and having to remind that we paid for wood, it Wes good.

Thank you for your feedback, we will be looking into the window issue. Our Emmett and Riley Township area did lose power on and off for two days. DTE was working on it as quickly as possible as they explained it was due to high temperatures.

The campground is so well kept, bathrooms clean, and beach well maintained. The kids had so much fun with all the activities and it was so peaceful. It's a hidden jem so close to home.

This was our 3rd year going for the 4th of July. Lots of great activities for the kids. The fireworks are right on the beach and the show is top notch! We will continue to come every year!

Campsite was very nice , however the power went out multiple times which affected the water and toilets so my family couldn’t even go to the bathroom in the camper . I was disappointed that the campsite did not even have a generator for the well . I will not be going back based on this terrible experience .

The guide that brought us to our campsite put us in the wrong site. When I brought it up to the front desk the next day (when I realized we were in the wrong site) she actually thought we would move our whole set up. When I told her I was NOT about to do that she gave me that deer in the headlight look and said “oh, you won’t?” I am sorry but that’s a lot to ask of a family, nevertheless a

Our staff is new to the campground and working very hard to learn how to handle the variety of situations that can occur at a campground. This situation was handled by switching those due to arrive to avoid moving the camper setup. Thank you for your feedback and patience.

Really nice campground. Activities for the kids. Not just a pool but a swimming pond!!! Bathrooms are nice and kept clean. The owner was super nice, Everyone that worked at the campground was super nice.

The change of ownership has hurt the campground. New staff does not know what they're doing. Seems very disorganized. They lost our wood order, a staff member drove the barrel train children ride into a fence, the list continues. They no longer offer a weekend breakfast which is a big benefit to families.
