The fact that we had to sign a paper that we wouldn’t sue if we contacted Covid-19 was a bad indication of your running of this campground. I do believe that other than the office worker we were the only ones wearing masks. By the way your state endorsed the use of masks and social distancing. You ignored both. You could also post something to the effect that walking though other’s campsit

We enjoyed our time there. I just can't understand why children are extra. The site rental fee should include 2 kids along with the parents.

Thank you for coming and your feedback. Our base rate for all of sites includes 2 guests and all additional guests are $5. This is so we can offer many amenities including the inflatables in the lake, the barrel train ride, jumping pillow, mini golf which is all included with registration.

This campground is fantastic. The kids loved it here. They had a blast between the beach area, playground, jumping pillow and dance party. The staff was great. Bathroom/showers were clean. Booking here next year!

There was some rubbish left at our site, whether from previous camper or the kids at the playground, who knows. This was our first time staying at KOA and it won't be the last, as we did enjoy our stay.

Pros: Clean, nice lake, near home Cons:Our site was nearly all sand with only little patches of grass. It was also on an incline and we were crammed in very tight with the neighboring campers. We visited due to many recommendations of friends, but don’t think we will return. Our site was definitely not worth the $60+/night that we paid and overall it was our least favorite trip this summer.

Some of the young girls at the front counter could approve customer service friendliness. Also they told me items were out of stock or they did not have. Another guest help me find what I needed. I needed a raft blew up and either the owner or director helped me.

This was our 2nd stay at Emmett KOA. Our family had another amazing time. It is so refreshing to see so many young staff members really take pride in their jobs. Every single staff member is always polite, friendly, & helpful. This is our family’s absolute favorite campground.

Love this KOA! Has great sites and is well-maintained, and there's lots to do. Very family-friendly, and the beach is fantastic. We'll be back!

Campground was nice. Only complain is that campers were loud until 3am swearing with children trying to sleep. Womans bathroom was not kept very clean vomit left in sink for several hours. One toilet was clogged in mens bathroom never fixed all weekend. Worker refused to sell firewood at 8:45pm our last night so we couldn't have a fire.

Thank you for coming. We are sorry to hear about the women's restroom issue as I can assure you it was cleaned at 7am as we do not have a midnight cleaning service. Wood sales end at 8pm as we need to start closing up for evening and it gets dark fast. Wood can be ordered and deliveredfrom9am-8pm

This our 4th time staying and we absolutely love it! It's always clean and the staff are great. It's a great family place where we feel our kids are safe to bike and be on their own to entertain themselves.

The check in procedure is terrible. No one knew where to park or go to check in. Vehicles were backed up waiting to clear the gate. Draining tank campers blocked people that didn’t need to while leaving, again creating another big back up at the gate area. I didn’t have to drain tanks but was stuck in the backup waiting to get around.

We love this place & come here regularly. Never had any issues until now. I’m not sure if the rules on entry changed, but normally people registering park back away from the gate so that already registered cars can enter with their pass. That didn’t happen & I didn’t know until I was stuck at the exit being called names. 3 Employees watching traffic back up onto the road did nothing. Frustra

Clean, spacious restroom and campsite. Nice store. Clean beach with plenty of swimming rafts. Owner helped us figure out why we had no brake lights. Accepted a return at the store. A-1

Loved our campsite. Not happy with the power outages all weekend long. Almost packed up at 11pm due to power being out and having a CPAP. Beach was super crowded. First time staying at a KOA. Overall don't feel the need to stay at another one. Might feel differently if we had kids.

My stay was good, but I wasn't happy with the fact you cannot bring any outside wood. Most everyone does it and with the cost of everything it just helps out the cost.

This was our first time at Emmett KOA and already have 2 more trips booked!! Everything about the grounds was beautiful, peaceful and a great camping experience.

I had to call Chris on 7/18 at 11:00 pm because my electricity was out at my site. He was quite rude to me about calling him. He seemed bothered by having to come out to check on one of his guests. He said, "You don't call at 11:00!" What if the electricity had gone out in middle of the night? This was out of my control, and feel Chris could use some training in talking to people. Bad service
