This was our very first trip ever camping with our new travel trailer. The park is amazing and so very family friendly! The only issue we had was during check in, we informed the employee we only had 3 children instead of the 4 we booked with but the rate was not reduced. Other than that we had an amazing time. Very well ran and clean we will be back for sure!

We’ve enjoyed staying at Emmett at least 7 times over the years. It’s a nice campground. The only thing I was not happy about was the fact that, despite signage, customers and even some employees weren’t wearing masks in the camp store- which is a small space. With COVID numbers increasing in MI, I think it is important for your facility to lead by example and enforce the use of masks in the

Great location, nice and quiet. Our 2 dog's loved walking around the lake and saying "HI" to the fishermen.

A true "campground"! Every spot was different, not an RV park. My first time backing my camper into a spot and the owner came out to guide me in and make it seem very easy, to him I say again..."Thanks"! The lake is very a very spot to spend a warm day. We will definitely be back!

My son and I both asked for campsites next to each for our 3 night Fathers Day weekend well in advance of out arrival. His family was located at the front next to the bounce pad thing and my wife and I were in the back at site 35. Made it very difficult moving things for meals and time together.

We did have issues with the 30amp power at site W12. Amy was SO much help in finding a resolution and getting us moved to another site. We were so grateful that we could enjoy the rest of our stay. Also, the young man that escorted us to both sites was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

We LOVE this campground! It really feels like camping should feel! So many fun options to keep the kids entertained and the sites have so much shade it makes it very comfortable! My husband and I are hoping to be seasonal here eventually

Loved the smaller campground feel. The pond was so much fun!! We also appreciated the new text option and ability to book the same site for 2021.

Emmett koa is my favorite campground! They are always so friendly, everything is always clean, rules are enforced and theres always activities for the kids. We love Emmett koa!

Had site 71, the amount of foot traffic from the visitors lot was excessive. People were parking and using our camp site as a pathway to enter the campground. This campground does not provide a barrier, fence, or even a sign that directs visitors past the office where they should be checking in. This foot traffic went on all day and into the night, felt very insecure about my personal property.

The amenities are amazing for the children. The kids had a blast playing on the water toys and eating Ashbys Ice Cream. The bathhouses where clean. The only downside is the sites. The full hookup sites are small, awkward to get into, and ours was all dirt. Sunday is a nightmare, no honey pot, and an extensive wait to leave even if not dumping due to location of dump station.

Great time as always, we missed the Father’s Day breakfast but understood why it couldn’t be done. Already making plans for going back in July and August. Staff is great, property fantastic.

Overall I enjoyed the campground and the staff was very helpful. My only complaint was having very large 5th wheels surrounding my little A-Liner.

Was happy w/the spot we had #54 until late afternoon on the 19th when site 53 had a 5th wheel backed into that site. So all we seen was the rear of that camper. Then there was a tent set up between that site and the site next to it. Then another 5th wheel on that site. Apparently they were all friends and/or family. Was disappointed to say the least. Have a few pics if anyone wants to see them.

Our stay was great! all the entertainment was a great added bonus for our daughter's first camping trip. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful the only downside is the men's bathroom smells like feces all the time to the point that my husband refused even shower because of the smell in there was nauseating. when talking to a few other people they had the same complaint .

Some issues. Mask rule in store not enforced, The lawn mowing was so annoying. Not because of the sound, but two different mowers were mowing where there was no grass long enough to mow and kicked up so much dirt and rocks that actually hit our RV and we had to close our windows. Last, the deep hole firepits on the patio. Unuseable. No issues that would keep us from returning.

Campground was nice but when booking we were not allowed to pick sites so we had 4 separate sites and could not be together. No Golf carts allowed made it tough for us to all be together all the time.

We come once or twice a year and love the fishing pond, swimming, and inflatables in the water. Park has lots of trees and has an "Up north" feel. The wifi is terrible and completely unusable. In their defense I asked ahead of time and they said it was spotty at best. Most people don't care about wifi while camping but if you need to work from the road it's not possible here.

Love the new texting for orders availability and that my kids can charge treats and ice cream to our site/card registered!! Very thankful for that because we forgot to bring extra cash with us. So glad you guys are open!!

We had a great time. The campground was clean and well taken care of. The only problem was that when we were trying to leave the sewage overflowed from the ground and leaked all over our site. Gross! I think too many people were trying to pump out at once and the system got overwhelmed. The owners were very nice though and as soon as we pulled out they had someone there to try and fix it.

Always love Emmett KOA. Big country feel in a small package. Awesome swimming and fishing pond, the kids love it here.

Confusion with reservations due to same last name. But we were able to work it out with Amy. We have stayed here several times and this is the first time so many barking dogs. I think most sites around us had two dogs. Not sure if we were in The dog area but we will inquiry before we book again.

We enjoyed our stay mostly. It definitely wasnt the best though. The staff is especially nice. We have been coming there a couple years and I will say that emmitt is becoming I'll maintained. The lake is filled with catfish now. That's a huge bummer for my younger kids who wouldn't go in. There should be some sort of netting to separate the fishing side. It wasnt that bad even last year.
