Our stay was good but the thing is we stayed for the weekend only and having 1 dump station and the honey wagon not in service on weekends, it really should run on weekends also not just Monday and Thursday like I was told from the office staff. We had to go else where to dump. So this does put a damper on staying again in the future.

It was really great. Nice area great pond and lots of nice staff. They do a phenomenal job! If it wasn’t for these small caterpillars that were coming down from the trees it would have been perfect!

It was our 1st time there did not expect to have the pond in all of Water toys for the kids it was a very hot weekend. We fished all day had fun in the water, Our Deluxe campsite was beautiful . We will definitely book another trip back.

We just live Emmitt. MI. We’re regulars and we’re happy to meet the new owners. They seem as though they’re making every effort to please us campers and have lots of activities for us. It’s clean, well kept and that’s why camp there most of the summer.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are kept pretty clean. Kids (3 and 2 yrs old) loves the activities and amenities!

Jimmy, Mrs. Jimmy and staff are all fantastic people really doing whatever they can to make your stay a good experience. It is a nice well kept campground. we enjoyed our stay.

We had a veryn8ce stay at Emmett KOA. The campground was very clean and the young man who brought us to our site was so sweet and helpful.

When reservation was made I stated and asked about motorcycles, I was told no problem. When we arrived I was told I would be charged for an additional vehicle because of parking. I had to explain my motorcycle parks under my awning and inside my camper. I have never been charged at any KOA across the US for my motorcycle, I was told well we are all individually owned.

When we got there, The spot we were supposed to have was full. We spent an hour working it out with management. We finally got a new place. The next day the same guy that spent an hour looking for a different spot with us was knocking on the door asking why are we in the wrong spot, and trying to put some one new in ours.....WTH?.Plus swimming lake was gross an slimy smelled bad.

Great park! The staff went above and beyond to keep their campers happy. Very clean, many fun things to do with the family and lovely beach and fishing area. Loved our stay!

Had a great time on our stay! Staff and the owner were very generous and friendly! Made our stay awesome! The campground is very clean and the staff go out of there way to help you with things. Our site was awesome! Full Hookup right next to the pavilion. We will definitely be back!

Stayed there in the past. Staff seemed untrained this time. Campsite was a mess trying to figure out where to park even with assistance from staff who directed us to wrong site!

Nice size sites. Sites are shaded by big mature oak trees. They have a lot of activity for kids. Over all we enjoyed are stay.

We had lot18. Disappointed when time to leave because we were stuck & unable to hook up due to line of those using dumping station. We paid extra to have full hook up for convenience & quickness of leaving. With one way out, access to leave was blocked for many. Terrible noise issues at night, many not following quiet time rules. Otherwise clean park & nice staff! & fun activities for family!

Very unorganized. Ended up parking in the wrong spot because the after hours paperwork wasn't labeled. Had the same nightly rate but had to pay more anyway because "someone wrote the wrong rate" lake was disgusting. Nothing to do for the kids. Ended up leaving early and going to a fun campground. Happy that it was only a $10 cancelation fee.

Our staff is all new and learning positions, as we train and learn we will continue to improve. We do have many amenities such as pond with floats, jumping pillow, playground, chess, putt putt, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball along with our planned activities for kids.

Staff was helpful, store is clean and kids enjoyed shopping there. Loved the colorful chairs added to the beach. Fishing was so fun. Nice family camp that’s close to home so we don’t spend the weekend in traffic.

Check in disorganized. Took 5 hrs, 2text and trip to office to get firewood delivered. Sites dirt, very little grass, unlevel. Mature trees a bonus. Family oriented with planned activities for the kids. A couple sites down from us they had 2 barking dogs most of the time so it was a noisy stay for us . There is only one dump station for the entire park which can cause a backup when leaving.

Thank you for your feedback, we are new to the business and have many new young employees learning. As staff learns their positions and daily tasks things are becoming smoother throughout the day and at check in. We hope this does not discourage you from returning.

Staff and owners were incredible. Very clean park. Lots of things to do for all ages. Nice beach. Some of the sites seam a little close. Just what we observed while biking around. Most are good size. Ours was great. Definitely would recommend

The play area and train ride/conductor was great. Staff was nice. My rating not being higher is because we paid extra for a premium patio that was cracked and completely damaged. Myself and child almost fell into a hot fire pit, which was in a big hole with broken/loose tiles that tilted in toward the fire into a hole around a pit. Dangerous/Disappointing compared to other premium patio KOAs.

Enjoyed our stay as always, New oweners are amazing looking forward to see what they do with the place, (hopefully something about the dump station location and single makes leaving difficult if you dont have to dump) Looking forward to our next trip there
