Too crowded. Some staff rude. Deluxe cabins fan and air conditioning very loud in cabin DC4. Deluxe tent site had beautiful view but tent sticks would not hold as gravel too thin. Very expensive too stay.

Nice place. Staff is friendly and willing to assist when needed. The facilities are excellent. Pretty pricey, but not unusual in a high travel location.

The people at this KOA are very friendly and did a great job. This KOA is VERY tight. Sites are way too close together and getting in and out is difficult. We were not allowed to keep our truck by our trailer (had to park in away from the site) but the guy next to us was allowed to have his truck on his site?

Lots of smiles and genuine kindness. Coffee is just right, hot and ready every morning to start your day. Colorado homemade pies delicious. Nearby horse riding, biking and fishing. Bfast blueberry pancakes are excellent. Clean bathrooms, laundry service, overall d tranquil environment. Terrific 1st stay of hopefully many more. Wine and gift shop value price and quality.

I can’t believe how small and crammed in the sites are, Must not be any local safety/fire regulations, because I don’t see how you would get out in a hurry. Close proximity to RMNP, but that’s all I can say positive about this KOA.

The KOA and it’s amenities were top notch. There was one area where an opportunity exists and that has to do with customer service and the management of vehicles. I completely understand the need for policy in this area, but if a guest has room in the site(s) they’ve rented for an additional vehicle(s) and the vehicle(s) will not impede the other guests, additional vehicles should be allow

We got a cabin last minute for the 4th of July. The site was perfect, the staff was amazing, super clean grounds, will definitely be staying again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. A really beautiful spot. The spots are pretty close to each other but the staff was so helpful that it was fine. They helped guide us in and out and even stored our tow trailer away from our site. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed in a 31 ft motor home.

Courteous and friendly staff, and nice facilities. This is our go-to campground in Estes Park the week before we camp in the RMNP. We will be back!

The camp sites very close to each other and the site was close to horse ranch it was very smelly. And the sites are close to a major road there was road noise whole night . The quite time was not followed the people next to us decided to leave around 3 am and was very loud . Bathrooms were clean and had hot water and shower.

We didn’t like the chat gravel especially after a rain… it packed in shoes and dog fur and tracked into the camper. And after rains, the water pooled everywhere. Also the dog walk needed some grass, mainly dirt and pine needles. Really nice and friendly staff. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wasn’t at the campground much. Mostly just used as a sleeping spot for our camper.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Campground was clean and in a great location. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in Estes and bringing along a smaller camping unit.

Excellent service, clean campground, and family friendly. The KOA Holiday is ran with such excellence! We brought family with us this time and they were blown away with how friendly, helpful and kind the staff at this KOA. They are looking forward to our next stay here. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed in the tent area. Nice to have restrooms, showers and dishwashing station right there. A bit tight for parking vehicles in the tent area, but manageable. Also used the laundry facility and it was very neat and clean. Nice store. Clean camp! Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our short, overnight stay and would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

We LOVED everything about Estes Park KOA from the friendly, super helpful staff, to the gorgeous trees and setting!:) Our Tent Cabin and the bathrooms were the cleanest we've ever experienced!:) We felt welcomed and very much enjoyed our stay...we WILL return!:) Thank you for everything!! ~Larry G.

We absolutely loved our stay at the KOA in Estes Park! We have two small boys who so enjoyed the park area, being super close to the lake, and all of the great KOA activities (train ride, ice cream social, and others!) despite there being so much rain. Henry was particularly helpful and friendly during our stay! Thanks for making our time there so special!

The staff was excellent and the facilities were clean. However, the noise level was unbearable from the road. All night we listened to trucks engine breaking then nearly everyone getting up at 4am and making noise. The 10p-7p quiet times were not observed nor enforced. Also, we were instructed about the potential for bears to be a problem in camp, yet there were no bear boxes for our food.

The campground was okay. I wish there were more bathrooms to use throughout the campground, there is only 3 toilets in the shower house. The cabins we stayed in were also stacked on top of each other practically. When camping I am more used to having space to sit outside without feeling like I'm camping with other complete strangers. It was a nice campground overall.

We had a great stay at the Estes Park KOA. The cabin was clean as well as the bathrooms. No complaints. The staff there was friendly and very helpful as well

Our kabin was amazing, and the service was absolutely great! Pancake breakfast was beautiful, and who doesnt love waking up to a mountain view on the front porch swing with some coffee. We love staying at Estes Park KOA, and will be coming back again for sure!

Possibly the BEST KOA that we've ever stayed in! It's extremely clean and well kept, the staff was terrific, and the owner is amazing, Best family oriented KOA we've ever stayed in! Came for a night, stayed for three, and left wishing that they had more available days so that we didn't have to leave! Ice cream socials, kids events, get togethers!!! Can't say enough!

My service dog Valor and I stayed here not one, but 3 nights. It was supposed to be just the first night, but all the boondocking sites were full From the time you walk through the office door you are greeted with a smile from a staff that wants nothing except the best for you on your trip The staff can tell you where to eat and where not too. They are very friendly every time they drive by seeing if anyone needs help The bathrooms are clean from the toilet to the showers and I never had to wait to use one Finally, this is one of the best parks I have stayed in and that is mainly because of the staff first and accommodations second. So do not hesitate staying here and this is only 10 minutes from the entrance f Rocky Mountian National Park Greg
