The KOA was beautiful! We had been there about 2 yrs ago to tent camp and it was really nice but this time we rented a deluxe cabin with family. They have done so much to the campground to make it beautiful! Had such a good time. The staff was so friendly and had the pancake breakfast which was delicious! We will be going back again for sure. Close to town also!

the first night I spent in my tent which was right in front of a horse farm that smelled really bad. Even worse after it rained. The gravel sites are not ideal as I would prefer grass or mulch. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean, but went into the last stall and could not get hot water. The other stall had great hot water. Ate pancakes that were made by Greg who was very friendly.

We extra activities for our kids were amazing. Greg, the owner was driving the kids around the KOA on a "train ride". The next day our kids couldn't stop telling us how much fun their train ride was. They also had Karaoke for the adults Saturday night. We've stayed at several KOAs across CO in the past year. Estes Park is by far the best. Greg and Henry were very accommodating. Thank you!

The campground is nicely maintained, but too many spots for such little space. It's right by the main road & too much noise. Didn't sleep all week. People coming in all hours of the night. If you have quiet hours from 10p-7a but didn't matter. Definitely didn't relax during my stay. My cabin was right on the main camp road so every car, person, & dog I heard all hrs of the night. No peace & quiet.

I especially appreciated the private bathroom shower units, friendly and helpful staff and the clean and tidy cabins. My one complaint is that people are allowed to smoke on the front porch of their cabin. This means that the smoke drifts to all nearby cabins, forcing other people to breathe in the nasty smoke. This is a significant health hazard. KOA needs to designate a special area for smokers.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and well maintained tent ground and bathrooms. Safe. My spot was right next to the road, so if you are a light sleeper like me, that might be an issue. (Hence only 4 stars) K9 dog run was clean and convenient for potty breaks. For longer dog walks by the lake, just cross the street and you have bike baths for miles. ~Solo female traveler w/ pooch.

Best RV park in Estes! Clean, well cared for, and friendly staff. Views of the mountains from all around. The owners really listen to what campers need and want and work towards that in this beautiful small mountainside RV park right in the heart of Estes Park. You can walk across the street to the lake or all the way downtown from the park. Elk right outside the grounds every evening!

Henry was extremely friendly &helpful!! The owner had a major attitude problem. On the first night my boys were yelled @ by some lady saying the park was closed. When all they were doing was getting their football that landed in the playground while on our walk. When we confronted her she was extremely rude saying I’m the owner! OKAY AND?! That still doesn’t give you the right to yell @ my kid

This is the second year we have stayed at the Estes Park KOA and have already booked agin next year. Great location, excellent staff, and well maintained campground.

Campsite above us had a dog that barked for hour and a half straight. Inhales all of their cigarette smoke, too. We left a day early but still paid.

We had a late check in and just spent one night. Gone early the next morning. Did not get to experience the campground much. So really can’t rate. Night check in was all set up for us.

Estes Park KOA is an enjoyable camp ground. The family that runs it is very friendly and has gone out of there way to entertain children. They also have an outdoor cafe. The sites are accommodating. Elk came into the camp at night. Close to town . I would definitely choose them again.

Sites are too close together. Greg was very friendly! Kaye and Aly were not! They don’t need to be helping at the desk! Really strange, since Greg and I were talking the first day about how workers need that attitude more today than ever! The park was very clean! I guess the rude behavior just soured me. We have stayed at two oaks since we were there. They seem to have more nice employees

The park was pretty packed and the sites were stacked right on top of each other, I feel like there wasn't much privacy. That didn't bother me as much as the attitudes of the staff. Every staff member (except one woman who cracked jokes with us) was incredibly rude! They did not want to talk, were reluctant to help with anything and were just plain unpleasant. We will not be staying again.

The sites were really cramped together, which made it difficult to fit all of our equipment on our site. But the hosts were friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient, and the campground itself was clean and had a variety of activities for us to participate in. Also, having free, hot showers after several days on the road was an excellent added bonus!

This was the best KOA we have been to EVER! A beautiful, well kept resort! The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. We have already recommended to everyone we talk to. We will definitely be back!!

The staff are first rate. Henry is five stars. The site won’t accommodate longer rigs and when i booked, i said i was towing. I had to leave my trailer elsewhere and it was inconvenient. Otherwise, my space was very nice.

We stayed at this KOA for the second year in a row. We requested the same camp site and were amazed at the upgrades the owners made. Beautiful views, great location, and positively wonderful owners and staff. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Estes Park.

Cabin was perfect: clean, cozy, and comfortable. Estes Park KOA was quiet, but one of the best things, is that every staff member was pleasant and semed eager to assist in anyway.

Too noisy as the park is right next to the freeway. Sites are on the smaller size and sites are cramped up with little room between sites adding to the noise of cars coming in and out. Also, the quiet time was not enforced.

I really enjoyed the campsite. The bathroom lines got really long and it was kind of difficult with a young child having to wait for every one taking a shower. It would have been nice to have designated shower areas and designated toilets. Or just more than 3 for every one to use.

Possibly the BEST KOA that we've ever stayed in! It's extremely clean and well kept, the staff was terrific, and the owner is amazing, Best family oriented KOA we've ever stayed in! Came for a night, stayed for three, and left wishing that they had more available days so that we didn't have to leave! Ice cream socials, kids events, get togethers!!! Can't say enough!

My service dog Valor and I stayed here not one, but 3 nights. It was supposed to be just the first night, but all the boondocking sites were full From the time you walk through the office door you are greeted with a smile from a staff that wants nothing except the best for you on your trip The staff can tell you where to eat and where not too. They are very friendly every time they drive by seeing if anyone needs help The bathrooms are clean from the toilet to the showers and I never had to wait to use one Finally, this is one of the best parks I have stayed in and that is mainly because of the staff first and accommodations second. So do not hesitate staying here and this is only 10 minutes from the entrance f Rocky Mountian National Park Greg
