Not much dog walking area. Small tight sites. We were disappointed the campground had not advised us that current entry into Rocky Mountain National Park is appointment/time passes only, unless you are willing to go before 6am or after 5pm (even with the lifelong passes we have). We were only there for 2 days.

Excellent staff, super-clean bathrooms. Great location, easy to get to lake (across street), Safeway, visitors center. Spots close together.

Great place that is extremely clean and has lots of nice features. Very pet friendly. Close to town.

The place is clean and pretty close to RMNP which is why I gave it two stars. I have camped a lot! All over the state on this trip and in many countries. I have never 1. Paid so much for a tent campsite 2. Been placed in such a horrendous location. My tent site was right next to the road, for $65! A one person tent next to the road for $65! I heard cars pass all night and people on the sidewalk.

You can’t beat the location and amenities! Hosts are friendly and helpful, loved the pancake breakfast and church service :). The sites are SMALL but most time is spent out in the park or downtown so not really a problem. Can’t wait to visit again!

Creative campground in the mountains that makes for a great stay! Very clean even with the fires north of there. Great people, always ready to help with any need!

Staff and facilities were great. The cleaning procedures by the KOA were outstanding. Greg stopped by on our last night. It was a pleasure meeting and talking with him. Would recommend and return to this KOA.

Very small KOA. All back in, tight, but clean and cozy campsites. Bathroom is 5 star with good water pressure, clean and spacious showers. Staff not so friendly but efficient. Henry was great helping us back into our site and recommending things to do.

Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. However, sites are crammed together like sardines. We only stayed there after our RMNP campground site was cancelled because of COVID.

For the amount if money we spent, $133 For one night in a cabin, I didn't think it was a good value. It is rather crowded and they are having quite a mouse problem presently. I sat on my porch that evening to make a phone call and had to shoo two of the away from the cabin door.

People were really friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean and warm. Park was clean. Sites right behind the office were a tight squeeze, but we managed fine. Very convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park (12 minute drive), especially if you want to get into the park before 6AM when you have to have a timed entry ticket

We had a lot of fun as a family staying in a cabin. It was our son's first time camping and he had a blast at the park. We always enjoy coming here and it's always relaxing. A very hospital and friendly place to stay.

Sites cramped together, no real camping area. Mix up on site information. Some staff was helpful with misunderstanding.

Second visit. This time we stayes 4 nights. Love the larger spaces which have increased since our last visit. Clean campgrounds with everyone so nice and helpful. Will definitely stay again. Did not use laundry or restrooms.

It was stact everyone on top of others. You have a very little space way to close. When you get a email saying you can check in early wrong you have to wait because the other's are not out and they want to stay in that spot because there family right next to them. The staff was rude they really didn't seem they want to be there. They were selling some things that said not for individual sales.

Perfectly sweet place cozy with all accommodations well located. The owner manager went out of his way to personally take care of any requirements or requests that we had including coming out at night with a new electrical connection. Admire Gary — one of the best !!

Woman at the front desk was friendly. Brad got a little uncomfortably close considering Covid. Cancel face was the worst I’ve seen. Dirty, crowded. Don’t think that you can keep your car near your trailer I need to park it in a nearby lot. Over all, 1 of 10.

Internet was great, bathrooms clean, though they ran out of papertowels in on suite, no biggie. Some sites had amazing sunset and Mountain Views. People were really nice. Well stocked store. On the shuttle route to town or a 4 min drive. Only complaint is that you’re really packed in as it’s built into a hill off the highway.

We enjoyed our stay. The site #44 was level and easy hook up. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was great. Our best elk sighting was in the afternoon across the street at the marina - a herd of elk with 3 males bugleing! Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Only down side Is tight space between sites but neighbors were friendly as usual!

Great staff. WiFi excellent. This is a very tight campground but the staff does a good job of getting you situated. All sites are back in except a few that are like parallel parking. Bath facilities very clean

Absolutely fantastic. We go to this KOA 4-5 times every year. The friendliest, greatest staff ever. The grounds are always clean and maintained immaculately. They go out of their way to make everybody feel welcome.

Despite some smoke in the air; the mountain views were spectacular. The KOA staff was very helpful and always available. The restrooms were very clean as well. We look forward to returning again.

Possibly the BEST KOA that we've ever stayed in! It's extremely clean and well kept, the staff was terrific, and the owner is amazing, Best family oriented KOA we've ever stayed in! Came for a night, stayed for three, and left wishing that they had more available days so that we didn't have to leave! Ice cream socials, kids events, get togethers!!! Can't say enough!

My service dog Valor and I stayed here not one, but 3 nights. It was supposed to be just the first night, but all the boondocking sites were full From the time you walk through the office door you are greeted with a smile from a staff that wants nothing except the best for you on your trip The staff can tell you where to eat and where not too. They are very friendly every time they drive by seeing if anyone needs help The bathrooms are clean from the toilet to the showers and I never had to wait to use one Finally, this is one of the best parks I have stayed in and that is mainly because of the staff first and accommodations second. So do not hesitate staying here and this is only 10 minutes from the entrance f Rocky Mountian National Park Greg
