We camp there once a month. We love it and the people.

We always enjoy staying at the Estes Park KOA every year. The VKR weekend is great for our budget and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful location and there's lots to do in Estes. Also, the bathrooms and sparkling clean and the cabin mattresses are comfortable. I appreciate that there are ceiling fans as well as heaters in the cabins. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Packed in like a parking lot. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Over all it was ok but not near as great as most KOAs. We have a 36’ 5th wheel and the spots were extremely tight. The sewer and water hookups were in the back making it a far reach. Really no room for camp chairs or anything. Our friends cabin was over ran by mice and they had to leave a night early.

Each year we stay here, you add a little more to the deluxe cabins. This year we were pleasantly surprised to see towels and bedding! Thank you for continually improving the cabins and making our stays better!

Cabin E5 right on very busy highway On the plus side the bathrooms/showers are close by. Great view of Longs Peak.

The staff was great!! However the spots are tight and a bit pricey.

Easy check in, great location, super clean and amazing bathrooms/showers! Great place to relax after a long day !

Nice and clean! Very nice staff! They had a great deal on breakfast all the pancakes you could eat plus bacon and a drink for around $7. There was a shuttle bus that you could catch into town at no cost. I would have given 5 stars but held back because the camping spots were small but adequate. I would stay there again because of the convenience with transportation to town lots of shops and restau

Everything was clean from the bathrooms to the office.

We loved our stay! The only negative was the mouse that came into the cabin, but we figured out that a towel along the bottom of the door held them off.

We really enjoyed our stay. The sites are narrow but the location is great. The KOA is right across the street from Estes Lake and every night we went for a long walk along the lake. A couple of nights, we saw dozens of elk, up close. The wifi was incredible and the staff was very friendly. Great laundry and dog area.

Being so close to a busy highway made for a rough night of little sleep. Overall the staff and facility were great. Thank you.

My husband and I have traveled to many KOA’s. So this time I, decided to travel alone to Estes Park and my husband had to stay back. First, time traveling solo, and this KOA, was absolutely amazing! From the time I checked in, to the time I left, restrooms were clean always! A huge plus, community and private rr. The camp ground was great, I can’t wait to come back with my husband! See you soo

The Estes Park KOA was located close to the town and reasonably close to Rocky Mountain National Park. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the laundry room fine. The reason for the low rating was the proximity of the sites to each other - they were almost on top of each other with VERY little room for parking. Would we stay there again? Likely not when there are other choices available.

Clean and neat office, helpful staff. Book a stay with confidence.

The location is awesome but the sites are mediocre and the price is high. There was a serious propane smell throughout the rv park. Office staff personnel Lynette was unfriendly as if we were an inconvenience; the staff workers outside and other office staff were professional and friendly.

I've stayed here multiple times and I'll keep coming back.

Campsites too close together and no parking area with your campsite. Too crowded.

Staff is very accommodating and friendly

The place was a little cramped but we didn’t go there for the stay but the Park. It was very clean and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the herd of Elk that walked thru the campground in the morning.

It was great. The restrooms were very clean. Only complaint would be the amount of people coming a going in the middle of the night and having their lights shine in the tent.

A really nice KOA. Staff/ owners? were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed staying here. Everything was well kept and clean. Thanks Brad for all the helpful tips on area trails/attractions.

This KOA has arguably the best location in the valley, and it has done a LOT with the space it is--perhaps too much, actually. The campsites are very close together, many without trees or other natural barriers between them. We appreciate all of they have to offer--plenty of Kamping Kabins, two dog walks, a good store, and the giant Adirondack chair! The staff is great, too.

Perfect location and cabin was great!

Great place. Great time

Lovely campground! We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it had so many extras like the gas grill and the fire pit. Yes, the cabins are close together but it's Estes Park plus we had friendly neighbors on both sides. It was a great campground and I'd recommend it to anyone. From tenters to usual motel people, everyone could stay at this KOA!

Comfortable. Beautiful surroundings. Peaceful.

Awesomw place! Great views! Warm bathrooms!
Sep 14, 2020
We stayed in a cabin. During our stay, it snowed and we were plenty warm. However, there was quite a huge gap in our door that let mice in very easily. They were quite bothersome even though we had no food or trash in the cabin. It was difficult to sleep with so much action from the mice. Otherwise the campground is fabulous!

Enjoyed the location. Sites were jammed too tight to the next site. Mostly felt like a dirt parking lot. People were great. But for $80 expected more.
Sep 11, 2020
Well managed, clean and very well maintained. Camp hosts are excellent!
Sep 11, 2020
Cabins were neat!
Sep 10, 2020
This is my new favorite place to stay
Sep 10, 2020
Clean cabin, electric, no water, $100 night! No WiFi, But clean bathrooms! Road noise is very high! Nice office lady! Smell of manure is high, horse corral next door! Close to park entrance, convenient! Prices are higher than comparable facilities!

This was our third stay at this KOA. We are looking forward to our next. The staff and owners are great people and always make us feel at home. We are seriously considering becoming KOA hosts/employees when we retire.

We stayed in a tent site. The sites were a little close together but had shelters and the grounds had a very fun vibe. They had great events and the staff were amazing. The owner Greg was great with our girls at the morning pancake breakfast. This is such a great place!

Possibly the BEST KOA that we've ever stayed in! It's extremely clean and well kept, the staff was terrific, and the owner is amazing, Best family oriented KOA we've ever stayed in! Came for a night, stayed for three, and left wishing that they had more available days so that we didn't have to leave! Ice cream socials, kids events, get togethers!!! Can't say enough!

My service dog Valor and I stayed here not one, but 3 nights. It was supposed to be just the first night, but all the boondocking sites were full From the time you walk through the office door you are greeted with a smile from a staff that wants nothing except the best for you on your trip The staff can tell you where to eat and where not too. They are very friendly every time they drive by seeing if anyone needs help The bathrooms are clean from the toilet to the showers and I never had to wait to use one Finally, this is one of the best parks I have stayed in and that is mainly because of the staff first and accommodations second. So do not hesitate staying here and this is only 10 minutes from the entrance f Rocky Mountian National Park Greg
